Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to clamping devices.
Background
Medical devices such as infusion pumps may be mounted on vertical rods or on rails, or in some cases, the medical devices may be inserted into racks (including holders in which multiple modules may be positioned).

Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic perspective view of a clamping device 100 according to of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the clamping device 100 includes clamping assemblies 110, 0 pivoting chassis 120 and 1 pivoting rod 130, the clamping assembly 110 includes 2 jaw 111, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the pivoting chassis 120 includes 4 receiving portions 121, and the jaw 111 has main portions 112, pivoting portions 113, th jaw portions 114 and second jaw portions 115, specifically, in the present embodiment, the th jaw portion 114 and the second jaw portion 115 of the jaw 111 are respectively located at two ends of the main portion 112, the jaw portion 114 and the second jaw portion 115 extend from the main portion 112 of the jaw 111 in a direction away from the pivoting portion 113, and form a 3-shaped structure together with the main portion 112, the pivoting portion 113 of the jaw 111 protrudes from the main portion 112, and the central receiving portion 121 of the pivoting chassis 120 has a recess at the center thereof, and the pivoting portion 121 is disposed at the upper portion of the jaw 111, and the pivoting portion is connected to the receiving portion 121, which is connected as shown in fig. 8291.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5D, the clamping assembly 110 further includes clamping bolt 116, the clamping bolt 116 is screwed to the claw 114 and configured to rotate relative to the claw 114 to adjust the distance between the clamping bolt 116 and the second claw 115. thus, as shown in FIG. 5D, in this embodiment, the clamping assembly 110 can clamp articles or medical instruments of different tube diameters or sizes in the horizontal direction. however, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the clamping assembly 110 can clamp articles or medical instruments of different tube diameters or sizes in the vertical direction, as will be further described in with reference to FIGS. 6A-6B.
FIG. 6A is a side view from a perspective of the pivoting chassis 120 of the clamping device 100 in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention with respect to the submount 200. FIG. 6B is a side view from a perspective of the pivoting chassis 120 of the clamping device 100 in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention with respect to the submount 200. FIG. 7 is a side view from a perspective of the pivoting chassis 120 in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention with respect to the pivoting chassis 120 in the second position and with respect to the submount 200 in the fourth position.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, in the present embodiment, the pivoting chassis 120 and the base 140 can pivot the chassis 120 and the base 140 from the third position to the fourth position by rotating the pivoting hinge 150 along the second axial direction D2. for example, in the present embodiment, the th axial direction D1 is substantially perpendicular to the second axial direction D2. therefore, as shown in fig. 6A and 6B, in the present embodiment, the line connecting the slot 141 and the pivoting hinge 150 when the pivoting chassis 120 is located at the third position is substantially perpendicular to the line connecting the slot 141 and the pivoting hinge 150 when the pivoting chassis 120 is located at the fourth position.
Thus, in the above configuration, the pivoting chassis 120 can be located at different third and fourth positions relative to the base 200, and can clamp articles or medical instruments with different tube diameters or sizes in different directions. For example, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the clamping assembly 110 can clamp articles or medical instruments with different tube diameters or sizes in the vertical direction.
In summary, the clamping device according to the embodiment of the invention can clamp the articles or medical instruments with different tube diameters or sizes in different directions by the arrangement of the clamping assembly, the pivoting chassis and the pivoting rod, so as to adapt to diversified use environments. The clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jaw further comprises a pawl portion and a second pawl portion at each end of the body portion, the pawl portion and the second pawl portion extending from the body portion in a direction away from the pivot portion to form a ㄇ -shaped configuration with the body portion.
- 3. The clamping device of claim 2, wherein the pawl and the second pawl are substantially parallel to the pivoting chassis when the pawl is in the th position, and the pawl and the second pawl are substantially perpendicular to the pivoting chassis when the pawl is in the second position.
- 4. The clamping device of claim 2, wherein the clamping assembly further comprises a clamping bolt that is threaded into the th prong and configured to rotate relative to the th prong to adjust a distance between the clamping bolt and the second prong.
- 5. The clamping device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising restoring member disposed in the hollow space of the receiving portion, wherein the restoring member is disposed adjacent to a second end of the receiving portion opposite to the end and between the rod portion of the pivot rod and the receiving portion and between an end of the pivot rod and the pivot portion of the pawl, and wherein the restoring member is compressed and abuts against the end of the pivot rod and the pivot portion of the pawl when the pawl is rotated from the position to the second position.

The clamping device of claim 1, further comprising:a base on which the pivoting chassis is mounted, androtary pivot, located on the base, and embedding the pivoting chassis and the base;the base station, wherein the pivoting chassis and the base station can rotate by the rotating pivot, and the pivoting chassis rotates relative to the base station from the third position to the fourth position.
- 7. The clamping device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pawl further has engaging portions protruding from the pivot portion, and the base has engaging slots, the engaging portions of the pawl engaging the engaging slots of the base when the pawl is in the second position.
- 8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the rod is configured to rotate relative to the receptacle along at , the pivoting chassis and the base are rotatable along a second axis by the rotating pivot, and the axis is substantially perpendicular to the second axis.
- 9. The clamping device of claim 7, wherein the line connecting the slot to the rotary pivot when the pivoting chassis is in the third position is substantially perpendicular to the line connecting the slot to the rotary pivot when the pivoting chassis is in the fourth position.
