Description

Scheelite collecting agent and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waste recycling, in particular to a gutter oil scheelite collecting agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Most of the scheelite collecting agents are anionic collecting agents, wherein the most commonly used anionic collecting agent is fatty acid medicament. The common scheelite collecting agent is fatty acid medicaments such as oleic acid soap, oxidized paraffin soap, tall oil soap and the like, has poor selective collecting effect and high medicament price, and is modified and compounded by scientific researchers for a long time in order to improve the selective collecting capability of the scheelite collecting agent. Meanwhile, the research of the scheelite collecting agent by adopting low-cost raw materials is one of the directions of the current mineral dressing agent research.
The illegal cooking oil generally refers to various inferior oils in life, such as recycled food oil and repeatedly used frying oil, which cause environmental pollution to a certain extent. The researched illegal cooking oil mainly contains 15-40% of hexadecanoic acid, 5-10% of octadecanoic acid, 20-40% of oleic acid and 10-20% of linoleic acid. The aliphatic acid scheelite collecting agent produced by using the waste oil not only can change waste into valuable, but also can find a way for harmless utilization of waste cooking oil. According to the characteristic that the illegal cooking oil contains fatty acid, the illegal cooking oil is purified and chemically treated, and the obtained organic phase can be used as one of raw materials of the scheelite collecting agent.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems and the defects, the invention provides the scheelite collecting agent which has the advantages of simple process, easy operation and strong practicability, can harmlessly utilize the illegal cooking oil and can effectively reduce the cost of the medicament.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a scheelite collector from the illegal cooking oil.
The invention also aims to provide application of the scheelite collecting agent in scheelite.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the scheelite collecting agent is prepared from illegal cooking oil, wherein the illegal cooking oil mainly contains 15-40% of hexadecanoic acid, 5-10% of octadecanoic acid, 20-40% of oleic acid and 10-20% of linoleic acid. The scheelite collector can be prepared by the following method:
(1) Heating the illegal cooking oil to 40-60 ℃, and filtering impurities by using a sieve with a sieve pore of 0.15 mm;
(2) Taking 10 parts of the illegal cooking oil obtained in the step (1), and adding 1-3 parts of 20-30% H 2SO4Stirring the solution for 30 minutes, and washing the solution for 2-3 times by using 3-5 parts of 5-10% sodium chloride solution;
(3) Standing for 3-10 hours, and taking an upper organic phase;
(4) Adding 20-40 parts of 20-50% NaOH solution into 3-10 parts of organic phase, and stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain the scheelite collecting agent.
The scheelite collecting agent is light yellow to brownish red liquid, can be dissolved in water with the temperature of more than or equal to 20 ℃, is a transparent light yellow solution in water solubility of more than or equal to 10 percent, and has an infrared spectrogram as shown in figure 1.
The method takes the waste oil as a raw material, obtains an organic phase after pretreatment, acidification, water washing and standing separation, and then adds alkali to obtain the scheelite collecting agent. The scheelite collecting agent prepared by the illegal cooking oil has the advantages of low cost, good selectivity, high solubility and strong scheelite collecting capability. Compared with the existing scheelite collecting agent, the preparation cost is reduced by 40%, the use cost is reduced by 20%, and meanwhile, the scheelite recovery rate is improved by more than ten percent. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, easy to operate and strong in practicability, and the waste oil is changed into valuable materials by carrying out harmless treatment on the waste oil, so that the efficient utilization of scheelite resources is facilitated, an economical and practical scheelite collecting agent is provided for mine enterprises, and the serious influence of the waste oil on the environment can be solved. The scheelite collector can also be used as other calcium-containing mineral collectors.
