Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有保护管的钽棒系统,包括钽棒,其特征在于:所述装置包括容纳钽棒的保护管,保护管的两端开口,保护管的管壁上设置有连接孔,钽棒的侧壁具有连接弧形凸起。本发明采用了在钽棒的外部包裹一层保护架,如此的设计可以保证钽棒在植入预埋孔时不会发生破碎,保证钽棒的完整性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术器械。
背景技术
人体的股关节是非常重要的部件,当髋关节发生病变,比如关节坏死的情况下,需要取出坏死的组织然后向股关节内填充一些人造材料。目前采用的填充材料多是多孔钽材料。手术时,先用电钻在股关节上钻孔,然后将孔内坏死的关节组织取出,再将钽棒填入孔内,最后用健康的碎骨组织填充缝隙并缝合伤口。
但是在植入的过程中,钽棒需要承受较大的力,有些钽棒就会被扭断或者在最后填充碎骨的时候被敲断。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有保护管的钽棒系统,保护钽棒在手术时不会发生破碎。
为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种具有保护管的钽棒系统,包括钽棒,其特征在于:所述装置包括容纳钽棒的保护管,保护管的两端开口,内腔中空,保护管的管壁上设置有连接孔,钽棒的侧壁具有连接弧形凸起。
所述钽棒为多孔坦材料制成。
所述连接孔位于保护的两侧。
所述连接弧形凸起位于钽棒的两侧,与连接孔对应
所述保护管为钛合金制成。
所述所述连接孔之间的距离为0.5厘米。
本发明采用了在钽棒的外部包裹一层保护架,如此的设计可以保证钽棒在植入预埋孔时不会发生破碎,保证钽棒的完整性,同时可以使得多节钽棒连接在一起方便手术时不同钻孔长度的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1至图14所示,一种具有保护管的钽棒系统,包括钽棒1-1,所述装置包括容纳钽棒的保护管1-2,保护管的两端开口,内腔中空,保护管的管壁上设置有连接孔1-3,钽棒的侧壁具有连接弧形凸起1-4。所述连接孔位于保护的两侧。连接弧形凸起位于钽棒的两侧,与连接孔对应。
使用时,首先使用钻头进行钻孔,然后将坏骨掏出,将保护管放入钻孔内,再将钽棒压入保护管,如果钽棒的长度不够可以截取一段新的钽棒,钽棒在塞入保护管的时候弧形凸起会开在保护管的连接孔内,这样钽棒就被固定,最后再用碎骨敲实钽棒的最顶端。
所述具有保护管的钽棒系统还包括对保护管的内壁进行清洁的清洁装置,其中清洁装置包括底座2,在底座上设置有放置保护管管体的凹槽,底座的两个侧壁上分别设置有进孔和出孔,进孔和出孔与保护管管体的两个开口相对应,在进孔下方的侧壁上设置有托台4,在进孔上方设置有压切装置3,在进孔侧的侧壁上还设置有摇摆杆5和清洁带容纳装置6,在出孔侧的侧壁上设置有升降片8和垃圾盒7;
清洁装置还包括清洁带,清洁带上设置有擦拭绒毛,在清洁带上还具有交错设置的T型头10和阻结11;
压切装置包括容纳腔,在容纳腔内设置有限位片3-3,在容纳腔内竖直安放有重力球3-1,重力球的直径与保护管管体的直径相配合,在重力球上设置有贯串球体的T型槽,T型头与T型槽相配合,T型槽的竖直槽卡在限位片上,在容纳腔的后部设置有切片3-2,压切装置的上部设置有两个直线电机,两个直线电机的伸缩杆分别用于对重力球的下压和控制切片的升降;在容纳腔的底部设置有由弹性材料制成的落入口9,落入口的直径略小于重力球的直径;
摇摆杆的底部连接旋转电机的输出轴,摇摆杆上部具有方孔;
升降片倾斜向下设置,升降片的端部设置有楔形开口;升降片的底部卡于底座的侧壁的滑槽内,升降片可以在滑槽内上下滑动;
清洁袋容纳装置内设置有卷簧,清洁带的末端与卷簧连接然后缠于卷簧上;
在进孔处还设置有压缩空气进孔;
在使用时,先将簧片从保护管上去除,再将保护管放置到清洁装置底座上的凹槽内,使得保护管的两个开口分别与底座侧壁上的进孔和出口相接,然后将清洁带从清洁带容纳装置内拉出,放置到托台上,单片机控制直线电机压下伸缩杆,最下端的重力球挤压落入口,落入口变形撑大,这样重力球的下降,清洁带上的T型头被挤压入重力球的T型槽内,然后压缩空气进孔喷出压缩空气,推动重力球带动清洁带克服清洁袋容纳装置内卷簧的拉力而沿着保护管管体运动,尽管保护管上有较大的空隙或孔,但是由于压缩空气流速比较大,同时也由于重力球的直径与管体的直接相配合,因此重力球也会比较顺利的在管体内前进,单片机控制摇摆杆保持水平,清洁袋缓缓从摇摆杆的方孔内穿过,当重力球运动至出孔时,重力球掉出,单片机控制压缩空气停止,由于重力的作用,重力球会向下运动,在经过了升降片后,落入垃圾盒。摇摆杆上的比阻结稍微小些的方孔会卡住阻结,随后,单片机控制摇摆杆向下,重力球提升,由于升降片是倾斜向下设置的,当重力球向上运动时,被升降片卡住,但是此时,升降片会向上滑动,摇摆杆运动至最下端时,升降片运动至最上端,如此反复,清洁带会左右运动,如此的左右运动就会使用清洁带上的绒毛来对管体内部进行清洁,反复几次后就可以清洁干净。
清洁干净后,摇摆杆摇摆至其摇摆幅度的最下方,此时重力头被卡在升降片的楔形槽内,升降片上升至最高处,整个清洁带被拉紧,单片机控制直线电机输出杆下降,压下另外一个重力球,清洁带的第二个T型头被卡入重力球的T型槽内,然后,单片机控制直线电机将切片下降,切断清洁带,这样第一段清洁带由于重力的作用落入垃圾盒内,清洁人员拿下管体,就可以进行进一步的消毒工作。摇摆杆反向旋转使得摇摆杆至方孔向上的竖直状态,避开阻结,若需要再次自动清洁管体,就将管体放置在清洁装置的凹槽内,然后单片机开启压缩空气推动重力球穿过管体,待阻结离开摇摆杆范围后,摇摆杆由旋转至最初的水平位置等待阻挡下一个阻结,随后反复上文所述的步骤进行清洁即可。 此种对管体的清洁可以办自动化完成,提高了清洁的效率,减少了医护人员的时间。

1.一种具有保护管的钽棒系统,包括钽棒,其特征在于:所述装置包括容纳钽棒的保护管,保护管的两端开口,内腔中空,保护管的管壁上设置有连接孔,钽棒的侧壁具有连接弧形凸起。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有保护管的钽棒系统,其特征在于:所述钽棒为多孔坦材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有保护管的钽棒系统,其特征在于:所述连接孔位于保护的两侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有保护管的钽棒系统,其特征在于:所述连接弧形凸起位于钽棒的两侧,与连接孔对应。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有保护管的钽棒系统,其特征在于:所述保护管为钛合金制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有保护管的钽棒系统,其特征在于:所述所述连接孔之间的距离为0.5厘米。
