The invention discloses a fully-foldable electric lifting table which comprises a table plate, a lifting column (2) connected to the bottom surface of the table plate, table legs (1) connected to the end part of the lifting column (2) and a motor box (5) used for driving the lifting column (2) to lift; the table plates are foldable three-section table plates, namely a middle table plate (4) positioned in the middle and two movable table plates (3) hinged to two sides of the middle table plate (4), and the three-section table plates are locked through a locking structure when being completely opened; the lifting column (2) is detachably connected to the movable table plate (3), and the lifting column (2) is accommodated in a space formed when the three-section table plate is completely folded when the table plate is folded. After the structure more than adopting, storage, packing and transportation all save space more, but also greatly reduced the cost moreover, install simultaneously and use labour saving and time saving more.

However, the electric lifting table has the following disadvantages: if the electric lifting table is transported in parts, as the assembly of the whole product generally needs to have certain professional knowledge, each part needs to be assembled and debugged by professional personnel on site, thus increasing the cost for sale; if the table legs and the cross bars are not foldable before leaving the factory, large packing boxes are needed to be sent to the hands of buyers, so that the packing volume is greatly increased, the transportation difficulty is caused, and the transportation cost is greatly increased. In order to solve the technical problem, the fully-foldable electric lifting table provided by the invention comprises a table plate, a lifting column connected to the bottom surface of the table plate, table legs connected to the end part of the lifting column and a motor box for driving the lifting column to lift; the table plates are foldable three-section table plates, namely a middle table plate positioned in the middle and two movable table plates hinged to two sides of the middle table plate, and the three-section table plates are locked through a locking structure when being completely opened; the lifting column is detachably connected to the movable table plate and is accommodated in a space formed when the three-section table plate is completely folded when the table plate is folded. The motor box is connected to the top end of the lifting column and connected to the side guide rail through the connecting seat.
The junction of motor box and lift post is equipped with the connecting plate, and the connecting plate of motor box both sides is connected with the upper end of connecting seat respectively, and the lower extreme and the side guide rail of connecting seat are connected.
The locking structure comprises a guide rail and a sliding block, wherein the guide rail is arranged along the length direction of the table plate and is disconnected at the connection part of the three-section table plate to form a side guide rail connected to the movable table plate and a middle guide rail connected to the middle table plate, and a gap is formed between the middle guide rail and the side guide rail; the slide block is connected on the guide rail in a sliding mode, and the slide block at each interval is connected with the middle guide rail and the side guide rail simultaneously when the three-section type table plate is completely opened.
The length of the middle table plate in the length direction of the table plate is larger than the width of the connecting plate.
The middle part of the side guide rail is provided with a notch, the upper ends of the side guide rails on two sides of the notch are respectively provided with a folded edge which is folded inwards, and the connecting seat is connected to the side guide rail in a sliding manner and is limited through the folded edge.
After adopting the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) because the table plate of the electric lifting table is a foldable three-section table plate, and the lifting column is detachably connected with the table plate, the electric lifting table can fold the table plate in the process of packaging and transportation, and meanwhile, the lifting column is detached from the table plate and placed in a space formed by the folded table plate, so that the overall volume is greatly reduced, the storage, the packaging and the transportation are more space-saving, and the cost is also greatly reduced; when the electric lifting table is used, the table plate is only required to be opened and locked through the locking structure, and the lifting column is connected to the table plate, so that the electric lifting table can be safely used, and is simple to install and more time-saving and labor-saving to use;
2) the locking structure is clamped with the clamping piece through the clamping slide block, so that the locking structure between the lifting column and the table plate is simpler, the operation of mounting by using a tool is avoided, and the labor and the time are saved; moreover, the clamping slide block is more convenient to lock under the action of the spring;
3) the locking structures are arranged in the square tubes, so that the locking structures are simpler when viewed from the outside, and manual misoperation is avoided, thereby ensuring the service life and safety and reliability of the locking structures;
4) when the table is completely opened, the first sliding block slides to the interval, so that the bearing capacity of the table at the joint is supported, the structure is simpler and more reasonable, and the operation is convenient.

The table plate is a foldable three-section table plate, and is respectively a middle table plate 4 positioned in the middle and two movable table plates 3 hinged to two sides of the middle table plate 4, and the three-section table plate is locked through a locking structure when being completely opened. The lifting column 2 is detachably connected to the movable table plate 3, and the lifting column 2 is accommodated in a space formed when the three-section table plate is completely folded when the table plate is folded.
The locking structure comprises a guide rail and a sliding block 9, wherein the guide rail is arranged along the length direction of the table plate and is disconnected at the connection part of the three-section table plate to form a side guide rail 6 connected to the movable table plate 3 and a middle guide rail 7 connected to the middle table plate 4, and a space 8 is arranged between the middle guide rail 7 and the side guide rail 6. The slides 9 are slidably connected to the rails and the slides 9 at each compartment 8 are simultaneously connected to the middle rail 7 and the side rails 6 when the three-stage table is fully open.
The motor box 5 is connected to the top end of the lifting column 2, and the motor box 5 is connected to the side guide rail 6 through a connecting seat 10.
The junction of motor box 5 and lift post 2 is equipped with connecting plate 11, and the connecting plate 11 of motor box 5 both sides is connected with the upper end of connecting seat 10 respectively, and the lower extreme and the side guide 6 of connecting seat 10 are connected.
The length of the middle table plate 4 in the length direction of the table plate is larger than the width of the connecting plate 11.
The middle part of the side guide rail 6 is provided with a notch 12, the upper ends of the side guide rails 6 on two sides of the notch 12 are respectively provided with a folded edge 13 which is folded inwards, and the connecting seat 10 is connected to the side guide rails 6 in a sliding mode and is limited through the folded edges 13.
The installation process of the fully-folding electric lifting table comprises the following steps:
the packed product is unpacked and the lifting column 2 and the table legs 1 are placed in the folded space of the three-section table board, as shown in fig. 6. The movable table board 3 is opened, and the table board is completely unfolded after the lifting column 2 and the table legs 1 of the lifting table are taken out, as shown in figure 5. The slide blocks 9 are respectively pushed into the middle guide rail 7 on the middle table plate 4 from the side guide rails 6 on the two movable table plates 3, and are fixed after sliding is finished, and at the moment, the slide blocks 9 are simultaneously connected with the side guide rails 6 and the middle guide rail 7, as shown in fig. 4. Then the two lifting columns 2 are respectively placed in the notches 12 on the side guide rails 6 on the two movable table plates 3, as shown in fig. 3. The edge of the movable table plate 3 is slid and then fixed, as shown in fig. 2. After the whole electric lifting table is turned over, the installation is completed, as shown in fig. 1.
If folding is needed, the operation is reversed.
