As shown in fig. 1, the insulation cylinder 14 uses epoxy resin as a solid insulation medium, an incoming line insert 6 and an outgoing line insert 4 are fixed on the inner side of the cavity of the insulation cylinder 14, and the outgoing line insert 4 is connected with the current transformer 8 and the voltage transformer 9 through the cable tee 7.

the isolation knife 5 is fixed on the isolation screw rod 3, and the isolation knife 5 is used for being communicated with the incoming line insert 6 and the outgoing line insert 4 when the isolation screw rod 3 moves upwards, so that the current transformer 8 and the voltage transformer 9 can measure the secondary side voltage of the metering cabinet.
The insulating cylinder 14 is formed by casting epoxy resin, and the epoxy resin is used as a solid insulating medium. The inlet wire insert 6 and the outlet wire insert 4 are both embedded in the cavity of the insulating cylinder 14, and the central axis of the inlet wire insert 6 is perpendicular to the central axis of the outlet wire insert 4.
