本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种改善高频性能的电连接器。
背景技术
专利号为CN201420377264.4的中国专利揭示了一种电连接器,包括一绝缘本体和设于绝缘本体的多个端子,每一端子具有一接触臂,所述接触臂具有一组装部,和由组装部向上弯折延伸的一弹性部用以接触一芯片模块,以及一连料部组装于所述接触臂,连料部的下端连接于组装部,上端用以连接于一料带。然而连料部的上端未接触接触臂,从而形成“天线”,在端子传输电流时,不仅会产生天线效应,同时也使得端子阻抗增大,不利于高频信号的传输。
本发明针对以上问题,提供一种新的电连接器,采用新技术手段以解决这些问题。
发明内容
针对背景技术所面临的问题,本发明创作目的在于提供一种新的电连接器,以消除可分离压接的两个导体之间产生的木桩效应,提高其信号传输质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段:
本发明提供一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体;多个端子,设于所述绝缘本体,每一端子具有一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,和一导接部用以导接所述电路板,以及一连接部连接所述接触部和所述导接部;一导电件,与所述端子独立设置,其上下两端均电性连接于所述端子。
进一步,所述导电件的上下两端之间与所述端子之间形成一间隙。
进一步,所述导电件具有主体部和由所述主体部的一端延伸形成的一延伸臂抵接于所述接触部。
进一步,所述延伸臂由所述主体部的上端延伸且抵接于所述接触部的自由端。
进一步,所述导电件具有一表面完全贴合于所述连接部。
进一步,所述导电件激光焊接于所述连接部。

本发明提供一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体;多个端子,收容于所述绝缘本体,所述端子具有一连接部,由所述连接部向上延伸一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,由所述连接部向下延伸一导接部用以导接所述电路板,以及由所述连接部延伸的一连料部用以连接于一料带;一导电件,具有二端部均电性连接于所述端子。
进一步,所述端子与所述导电件之间设有卡固机构用以固定所述端子和所述导电件。
进一步,所述端子的两端与所述导电件的上下两端分别设有所述卡固机构。
进一步,所述连接部与所述导电件之间设有所述卡固机构。
进一步,所述卡固机构为设于所述连接部的一凹槽,所述导电件具有一主体部和由所述主体部延伸的一凸部卡持于所述凹槽。
进一步,所述卡固机构为设于所述连接部或所述导电件的至少一凹槽,所述导电件或所述连接部卡持于所述凹槽。
进一步,所述凹槽包括上下相对设置的一上凹槽和一下凹槽,所述导电件的上下两端或所述连接部的上下两端分别具有一凸部,两个所述凸部对应卡持于所述上凹槽和所述下凹槽。

一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:多个端子,具有一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,和一导接部用以导接于所述电路板,以及一连接部连接所述接触部和所述导接部;一导电件,设于所述连接部;其中,至少一夹持臂电性连接所述连接部和所述导电件。
进一步,所述夹持臂包括由所述连接部或所述导电件延伸出的至少一对夹持臂,以夹持所述导电件或所述连接部。
进一步,所述夹持臂包括由所述连接部的上下两端延伸出的两对夹持臂上下相对设置,以分别夹持所述导电件的最上端和最下端。
进一步,所述夹持臂包括由所述导电件的最上端和最下端分别延伸的两个夹持臂分别夹持于所述连接部。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的所述电连接器,所述导电件与所述端子独立设置,且两端均电性连接于所述端子,避免所述导电件产生严重的天线效应,影响高频信号的传输,同时导电件等同于增加了端子的体积,增加了传输电信号的路径,使得端子阻抗降低,所述电连接器可与所述芯片模块和所述电路板达到较好的阻抗匹配,提高所述电连接器的高频传输性能。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图4所述,为本发明电连接器100的第一实施例,所述电连接器100用以电性连接一芯片模块20至一电路板22,所述电连接器100的主要元件包括:一绝缘本体1,多个端子3设于所述绝缘本体1,多个导电件8对应电性设于多个所述端子3。
所述绝缘本体1大致呈长方体型,上下贯穿的多个收容孔2呈阵列设置于所述绝缘本体1。
每一所述端子3具有一连接部5,由所述连接部5的顶端的一侧向上延伸一接触部4,所述连接部5的另一侧延伸一连料部7,用以连接料带,以及由所述连接部5的下端向下延伸一导接部6。
所述导电件8呈长方体型,具有上下相对的一上端8a和一下端8b,本实施例中,所述导电件8由金属板材冲切而成,具有相对的两个板面S和连接两个所述板面S的四个裁切面T。
如图1所示,组装时,首先将所述导电件8的一个板面S完全贴合于所述连接部5,激光焊接使所述导电件8的上端8a和下端8b均与所述连接部5形成稳定的电连接,所述导电件8的厚度大于所述连接部5的厚度;如图3和图4所示,再将所述端子3与焊接固定的导电件8一起组装入对应的所述收容孔2,所述导接部6向下延伸出所述收容孔2并通过焊料23焊接于所述电路板22,所述接触部4由所述连接部5朝上延伸出所述收容孔2,所述芯片模块20安装于所述电连接器100上并与所述接触部4电性导通。
所述导电件8既可增大所述连接部5的厚度,降低所述端子3的自感,同时也使得前后相邻的所述端子3之间的距离拉近,使二者之间的电容增大,进而降低所述电连接器100的阻抗。
所述导电件8除了可由金属材料制成,也可由其它导电材料制成,如石墨、导电陶瓷等,如此,所述导电件8也可通过其它方式电性接合于所述端子3,所述导电件8也不限于长方体型,也可设置成棱柱状、圆柱状或其它合适的形状。
如图5、图6和图7所示,为本发明电连接器100的第二实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述导电件8具有一主体部9和由所述主体部9的顶端向上延伸的一延伸臂14抵接于所述接触部4的末端,使得原本悬空的所述接触部4的末端经由所述延伸臂14形成电流通路,而不会产生天线效应,影响高频信号的传输;同时所述主体部9的顶端和底端均电性接触所述连接部5,而所述主体部9的中间部位与所述连接部5之间具有一间隙13,使得位于所述间隙13处的主体部9的厚度小于所述主体部9其它部分的厚度,所述间隙13可调节所述端子3的阻抗至一合适的范围之内。
如图8所示,为本发明电连接器100的第三实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述连接部5和所述导电件8之间设置有卡固机构以使二者相互固持,所述卡固机构由在所述连接部5设置的纵长形的一凹槽16,和于所述导电件8对应设置的一凸部10组成,所述凹槽16前后贯通所述连接部5,所述凸部10卡持于所述凹槽16,使所述导电件8的上端8a和下端8b均与所述连接部5形成电性接触。
所述卡固机构中的所述凹槽16和所述凸部10的位置可互换,即所述凹槽16设于所述导电件8,而所述凸部10设于所述连接部5,同时,所述导电件8与所述连接部5可通过焊接进一步固定。
如图9所示,为本发明电连接器100的第四实施例,其与第三实施例的不同之处在于:所述卡固机构由上下相对设置于所述连接部5的一上凹槽17和一下凹槽18,以及于所述导电件8的最上端和最下端分别对应设置的一上凸部11和一下凸部12所组成,所述上凸部11和所述下凸部12分别卡持于所述上凹槽17和所述下凹槽18。
所述卡固机构中的所述上凹槽17、所述下凹槽18和所述上凸部11、所述下凸部12的位置可对应互换;当然,仅仅调换所述上凹槽17和所述上凸部11的位置,其它不变也是合理的,即所述导电件8上设有所述上凹槽17和所述下凸部12,所述连接部5上设有所述上凸部11和所述下凹槽18。
如图10所示,为本发明电连接器100的第五实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述导电件8呈筒状,具有一上下贯通的通孔15,在所述端子3的所述接触部4和所述导接部6弯折成型前,将所述导电件8套设于所述端子3上,使所述导电件8与所述连接部5形成稳定的电连接,再将所述接触部4和所述导接部6弯折成所需形状。
如图11所示,为本发明电连接器100的第六实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述卡固机构为设置于所述导电件8的一凹槽16上下贯通所述导电件8的两个所述裁切面T,所述凹槽16同时贯穿所述导电件8的一侧的另一个所述裁切面T,以便于所述连接部5沿所述导电件8的一侧的所述裁切面T卡持于所述凹槽16。
如图12所示,为本发明电连接器100的第七实施例,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述导电件8具有一主体部9和由所述主体部9的最上端的两侧和最下端的两侧分别延伸的两对夹持臂19,两对所述夹持臂19共同夹持于所述连接部5。
如图13所示,为本发明电连接器100的第八实施例,其与第七实施例的不同之处在于:两对所述夹持臂19设于所述连接部5并分别夹持于所述导电件8的最上端和最下端。
所述夹持臂19也可仅设置一条,或仅设置一对所述夹持臂19,或两对所述夹持臂19分别设置于所述端子3和所述导电件8,也是合理的。
综上所述,本发明电连接器有下列有益效果:
1、所述导电件8与所述端子3独立设置,且上端8a和下端8b均电性连接于所述端子3,避免所述导电件8产生严重的天线效应,影响高频信号的传输,同时导电件8等同于增加了端子3的体积,增加了传输电信号的路径,使得所述端子3阻抗降低,所述电连接器100可与所述芯片模块20和所述电路板22达到较好的阻抗匹配,提高所述电连接器100的高频传输性能。
2、所述导电件8电性设置于所述连接部5,且通过至少一夹持臂19夹持所述导电件8和所述连接部5,使所述导电件8和所述连接部5形成稳定的电连接,有效增大了所述连接部5的体积,降低所述端子3的阻抗,提高所述电连接器100的高频传输性能。
3、所述导电件8一端形成一延伸臂14抵接于所述接触部4的末端,避免所述接触部4的末端悬空而产生天线效应,影响高频信号的传输质量。
4、所述导电件8具有一上下贯通的通孔15,所述端子3套设于所述通孔15,所述导电件8包覆于所述端子3,可增大所述导电件8与所述端子3的接触面积,使二者形成稳定的电性连接,降低所述端子3的阻抗,提供其高频性能,进而提高所述电连接器100的高频传输性能。

1.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体;
多个端子,设于所述绝缘本体,每一端子具有一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,和一导接部用以导接所述电路板,以及一连接部连接所述接触部和所述导接部;
一导电件,与所述端子独立设置,其上下两端均电性连接于所述端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件的上下两端之间与所述端子之间形成一间隙。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件具有主体部和由所述主体部的一端延伸形成的一延伸臂抵接于所述接触部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述延伸臂由所述主体部的上端延伸且抵接于所述接触部的自由端。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件具有一表面完全贴合于所述连接部。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件激光焊接于所述连接部。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部的厚度小于所述导电件的厚度。
8.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体;
多个端子,收容于所述绝缘本体,所述端子具有一连接部,由所述连接部向上延伸一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,由所述连接部向下延伸一导接部用以导接所述电路板,以及由所述连接部延伸的一连料部用以连接于一料带;
一导电件,具有二端部均电性连接于所述端子。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子与所述导电件之间设有卡固机构用以固定所述端子和所述导电件。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子的两端与所述导电件的上下两端分别设有所述卡固机构。
11.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部与所述导电件之间设有所述卡固机构。
12.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡固机构为设于所述连接部的一凹槽,所述导电件具有一主体部和由所述主体部延伸的一凸部卡持于所述凹槽。
13.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述卡固机构为设于所述连接部或所述导电件的至少一凹槽,所述导电件或所述连接部卡持于所述凹槽。
14.如权利要求13所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述凹槽包括上下相对设置的一上凹槽和一下凹槽,所述导电件的上下两端或所述连接部的上下两端分别具有一凸部,两个所述凸部对应卡持于所述上凹槽和所述下凹槽。
15.如权利要求14所述的电连接器,其特征在于:两个所述凸部分别位于所述导电件的最上端和最下端。
16.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一芯片模块至一电路板,其特征在于,包括:
多个端子,具有一接触部用以接触所述芯片模块,和一导接部用以导接于所述电路板,以及一连接部连接所述接触部和所述导接部;
一导电件,设于所述连接部;其中,
至少一夹持臂电性连接所述连接部和所述导电件。
17.如权利要求16所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述夹持臂包括由所述连接部或所述导电件延伸出的至少一对夹持臂,以夹持所述导电件或所述连接部。
18.如权利要求16所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述夹持臂包括由所述连接部的上下两端延伸出的两对夹持臂上下相对设置,以分别夹持所述导电件的最上端和最下端。
19.如权利要求16所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述夹持臂包括由所述导电件的最上端和最下端分别延伸的两个夹持臂分别夹持于所述连接部。
20.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电件具有一上下贯通的通孔,所述端子套设于所述通孔之中。
