Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of temperature controllers, in particular to a pressure type temperature controller sealed by a switch box.
Background
The pressure type temperature controller is widely used for refrigerators, freezers, window type air conditioners and the like as temperature control components. The pressure type temperature controller consists of a corrugated pipe assembly, a switch assembly and a main body assembly, special working medium gas is filled in the corrugated pipe assembly, the corrugated pipe stretches out and draws back along with the change of temperature sensing temperature and internal pressure, a bearing plate in the main body assembly is pushed to swing, and the on-off of the switch is pushed by a push rod, so that the on-off of the compressor is controlled, and the temperature control is realized.
The contact in the switch component of the pressure type temperature controller can generate electric spark when being switched on and off, and the pressure type temperature controller is required to be explosion-proof along with the application of natural environment-friendly combustible refrigerants such as isobutane, propane and the like in refrigerators, freezers and window type air conditioners at present, that is to say, the contact electric spark is required to be prevented from igniting surrounding explosive gas.
Chinese patent CN2412189Y, explosion-proof pressure type thermostat, discloses an explosion-proof structure that adopts the movable fit of a cylindrical push rod and a circular through hole of a partition plate, allowing explosive gas to enter a switch cavity through the fit gap, but through a small enough fit gap and a long enough fit length, the explosive gas in the switch cavity will not transmit combustion flame to the outside even if the explosive gas is ignited by contact spark. The explosion-proof structure accords with national standard GB3836.8 part 8 of explosive environment: the "closed circuit breaker" requirement of the "n" type protected equipment ". The explosion-proof structure has the advantages of simple structure, compact volume, reliable action and easy mass production, but the maximum rated current allowed by the closed circuit breaker according to national standard GB3836.8 is only 16A. For applications with rated currents greater than 16A, such an explosion-proof arrangement cannot be used.
In the case of explosion protection in addition to rated current greater than 16A, other explosion protection structures other than the "closed circuit breaker" structure must be used. The Chinese patent CN2497241Y discloses another explosion-proof structure, namely a sealing device structure of national standard GB3836.8 is adopted, the whole temperature controller main body is sealed by a shell, a terminal outlet, a capillary outlet and the like are sealed by glue, and a temperature regulating shaft is sealed by an O-shaped rubber sealing ring. But this structure has the following drawbacks:
1. this structure needs great seal housing to whole pressure temperature controller main part seal, leads to pressure temperature controller volume increase, has influenced pressure temperature controller's installation and use. The larger seal housing also results in an increase in manufacturing costs.
2. The structure needs to be glued and sealed in a large area, and the sealing leakage condition is easy to occur, so that the sealing structure is invalid.
3. The structure can rub with the O-shaped rubber sealing ring when the adjusting shaft is rotated due to temperature adjustment, so that abrasion is easy to occur after long-term use, and sealing failure is caused.
