Background
The advertisement lamp box is an advertisement publishing tool for propaganda and promotion, widely exists in various public places, is a large-scale advertisement board at the side of a highway as large as a highway and is a luminous shop sign at the head of a shop, at present, the simplest advertisement lamp box comprises a box body and an outer-layer printing skin, an electric lamp for emitting light is arranged in the box body, some complicated advertisement lamp boxes adopt a shop window mode, advertisement contents are pasted in a transparent box body, and a light source is also arranged in the box body for illumination. However, the advertisement in the lamp box needs to be replaced at regular time, and the box needs to be opened manually for replacing the content, and then a new advertisement picture is replaced.
The advertising content which can be automatically changed can attract attention of passers-by, so that the advertising effect is better, and the replacement of the advertising content is also helpful for a light box advertising company to obtain more advertising expenses; therefore, many large outdoor wall advertisements at present, including subway lamp box advertisements and bus stop board lamp box advertisements, all adopt replaceable designs. The design mainly comprises a rolling type design, advertisement content is printed on an annular advertisement cloth belt, the advertisement cloth belt is arranged on two rolling rotating shafts above and below the lamp box, and the advertisement content is replaced through the rotation of the advertisement cloth belt. The other method is to adopt a shutter rotation mode to paste advertisement contents on a plurality of reversible strips, and splice and display two advertisement pictures respectively through the turnover of the strips. The two designs can realize automatic replacement of advertisement content; however, these methods can only replace the contents of two posters at most, and the procedure of installing and replacing posters is very cumbersome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an advertising lamp box capable of automatically replacing advertising pictures, which uses scroll type advertising pictures in the advertising lamp box, can automatically replace advertising contents by using an advertising picture replacing device in the lamp box, can simultaneously pre-store and replace a plurality of advertising contents and has excellent advertising effect.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an advertising lamp box capable of automatically replacing advertising pictures comprises a lamp box body with a transparent display surface and advertising picture scroll shafts, wherein a display picture groove, a pre-replacement picture clip and scroll shaft replacement tracks are arranged in the advertising lamp box body, and are arranged on two sides of the box body and are symmetrically distributed; the display picture groove is positioned above the display surface of the lamp box, the front end of the display picture groove is provided with a limiting groove for fixing a scroll of an advertisement picture, the display picture groove is respectively communicated with a picture collecting end and a picture drawing end of a pre-changing picture clamp through two scroll replacing tracks, a picture conveying device is arranged on a scroll replacing track which is connected with the picture drawing end of the pre-changing picture clamp and the display picture groove, and a picture collecting device is arranged on a scroll replacing track which is connected with the picture collecting end of the pre-changing picture clamp and the display picture groove; the exhibition drawing track is also arranged under the limiting groove of the exhibition drawing groove, comprises two parts which are bilaterally symmetrical and is arranged on the side surface of the lamp box body, and the exhibition drawing track is connected with the exhibition drawing device.
In the working process, a plurality of advertising scroll shafts are stored in the picture pre-changing clamp by a client, when the advertising picture is automatically changed in the lamp box, the currently displayed advertising picture is released by the picture unfolding device, the picture collecting device moves from the second scroll replacing track to the position of the picture displaying groove to collect the advertising scroll shafts, and the advertising scroll shafts are stored in the picture collecting end at the tail part of the picture pre-changing clamp again; meanwhile, the picture delivery device acquires the advertising picture scroll to be replaced from the picture output end of the front part of the picture pre-replacing clamp, and delivers the advertising picture scroll to the display picture groove through the first scroll replacing track, the display picture device moves on the display picture track and unfolds a new advertising picture scroll, and new advertising content is displayed on the transparent display surface of the lamp box.

The matching of the gear and the rack allows the picture sending device, the picture receiving device and the picture displaying device to controllably move on respective motion tracks.
Preferably, a plurality of lighting sources are arranged on one side of the transparent display surface in the lamp box; the lighting source is used for lightening the lamp box when the advertisement picture is displayed at night.

As shown in fig. 1, an advertising lamp box capable of automatically replacing advertisement pictures comprises a lamp box body 1 with a transparent display surface 11 and an advertisement picture scroll 6, wherein a display picture groove 2, a pre-picture-replacing clip 3 and a scroll replacing track are arranged in the advertising lamp box body 1, and the three are arranged on two sides of the box body 1 and are symmetrically distributed; the display picture groove 2 is positioned above the display surface 11 of the lamp box, the front end of the display picture groove 2 is provided with a limiting groove for fixing the poster scroll 6, the display picture groove 2 is respectively communicated with a picture receiving end and a picture drawing end of the pre-picture changing clamp 3 through two scroll changing rails, a picture sending device 411 is arranged on a scroll changing rail 41 which is connected with the picture drawing end of the pre-picture changing clamp 3 and the display picture groove 2, and a picture receiving device 421 is arranged on a scroll changing rail 42 which is connected with the picture receiving end of the pre-picture changing clamp 3 and the display picture groove 2; vertical exhibition drawing track 5 is still set up under the spacing groove of exhibition drawing groove 2, and exhibition drawing track 5 also includes bilateral symmetry's two parts, sets up in box 1 side, connects exhibition drawing device 51 on exhibition drawing track 5.
In the working process, a plurality of poster reels 6 are stored in the pre-changing clip 3 by a client, when the advertisement is automatically changed in the lamp box, the currently displayed advertisement is released by the poster-displaying device 51, the poster-collecting device 421 moves from the second reel changing track 42 to the position of the poster-displaying groove 2 to collect the poster reels 6, and stores the poster again into the poster-collecting end at the tail part of the pre-changing clip 3; meanwhile, the picture delivery device 411 obtains the poster scroll 6 to be replaced from the picture output end in the front part of the pre-picture exchange clip 3, and delivers the poster scroll 6 to the poster slot 2 through the first scroll exchange rail 41, the poster device 51 moves on the poster rail 5 and unfolds the new poster scroll 6, and new advertisement content is displayed on the transparent display surface 11 of the lamp box.
In the technical scheme, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the advertisement painting scroll 6 comprises a cylindrical painting cylinder 61, a rotary painting shaft along the axial direction of the cylinder is arranged in the painting cylinder 61, one end of the advertisement painting canvas is fixed on the rotary painting shaft, and the other end of the advertisement painting canvas passes through an axial opening on the outer wall of the painting cylinder and is fixed on a display painting cross bar 62 outside the painting cylinder; the rotary scroll painting shaft is connected with a motor in the scroll painting cylinder, the length of the horizontal rod 62 for painting is larger than that of the scroll painting cylinder 61, and the two ends of the scroll painting cylinder 61 are provided with magnetic blocks 611. Electromagnetic blocks 4111 matched with the magnetic blocks 611 at the two ends of the poster roll 6 are arranged on the picture sending device 411 and the picture collecting device 421, and the electromagnetic blocks 4111 are positioned on the end surfaces of the inner sides of the picture sending device 411 and the picture collecting device 421. The poster holding device 51 is provided with a holding hand 511 for clamping the poster transverse bar 62.
The rotary scroll in the poster scroll 6 realizes the expansion and the accommodation of the advertisement content through the rotation, the magnetic blocks 611 at the two ends can be matched with the electromagnetic blocks 4111 on the poster feeding device 411 and the poster collecting device 421, and the poster scroll 6 is fixed in the moving process of the poster scroll 6 by the poster feeding device 411 and the poster collecting device 421. In the poster unfolding process, the poster unfolding device 51 moves to the upper end of the poster rail 5, then the poster cross bar 62 is clamped tightly by the clamping hand 511, then the poster unfolding device 51 moves downwards along the poster rail 5 and is matched with the motor in the picture cylinder 61 to rotate, and then the poster content can be unfolded and displayed. When drawing is collected, the holding hand 511 on the picture-displaying device 51 releases the picture-displaying cross bar 62, and the advertisement picture is collected into the picture cylinder 61 through the rotation of the motor.
As shown in fig. 2, the pre-changing drawing clamp 3 in the scheme is a box-shaped body, the inside of the pre-changing drawing clamp 3 comprises a drawing cavity 31 with a U-shaped cross section, the middle section of the drawing cavity 31 is a storage drawing cavity, the left end and the right end of the drawing cavity are respectively a drawing inlet 32 and a drawing outlet 33, a single-inlet telescopic limiting block 321 is arranged on the inner wall of the drawing inlet 32, a single-outlet telescopic limiting block 331 is arranged on the inner wall of the drawing outlet 33, and a drawing jacking device 311 is further arranged below the drawing outlet 33 in the drawing cavity 31. The single-feeding telescopic limiting blocks 321 are two triangular prism limiting blocks symmetrically arranged, the bottom surfaces of the limiting blocks are right-angled triangles, the surface of one right-angled side of each limiting block is elastically connected with the inner wall of the picture inlet 32, the surface of the other right-angled side of each limiting block is positioned below the picture inlet 32, when the poster spool 6 is pushed in from the picture inlet 32, the limiting blocks are stressed to retract backwards, and the limiting blocks pop out after the poster spool 6 enters the picture storage cavity; the single-out type telescopic limiting block 331 has the same working mode as the single-in type telescopic limiting block 321, and is opposite to the single-in type telescopic limiting block 321 in position.
The pre-picture-changing clip 3 stores and supplies the poster roll 6, and the poster roll 6 enters the interior of the pre-picture-changing clip 3 from the picture-entering port 32 of the pre-picture-changing clip 3, is released from the picture-exiting port 33 and is conveyed to the picture-conveying device 411 for transportation. The single-in type telescopic limiting block 321 and the single-out type telescopic limiting block 331 in the pre-changing picture clamp 3 can manage the quantity of the advertisement picture scroll shafts 6 in the picture clamp, and when pictures are drawn, the advertisement picture scroll shafts 6 are ejected out of the picture cavity 31 by the picture ejecting device 311 in the picture cavity 31, so that automatic replacement of the advertisement pictures is facilitated.
The two sides of the scroll replacing track and the display track 5 are provided with racks, the interior of the picture feeding device 411, the picture collecting device 421 and the display device 51 are respectively provided with two moving gears matched with the tooth pitches of the racks, the moving gears clamp the racks on the two sides of the scroll replacing track or the display track 5, and the moving gears are connected with the motor and the driving module thereof. The matching of the gear and the rack allows the picture feeding device 411, the picture collecting device 421 and the picture displaying device 51 to controllably move on respective motion tracks.
A plurality of lighting sources 12 are arranged on one side of a transparent display surface 11 in the lamp box 1; the illumination light source 12 is used for lightening the lamp box when the advertisement poster is displayed at night, and the advertisement effect is improved.
