Specifically, the operation mode classification model is as follows: and the classification model is solved by adopting a second heuristic search algorithm.
It should be noted that the operation manner classification model may be a mathematical model, which is established according to the correspondence between the operation data, the time and the operation manner classification obtained by pre-training, and the operation manner classification models adopted by the application programs of different types may be the same or different and are mainly determined by the operation manner. Under different application scenes, the same application program can adopt different operation mode classification models because the corresponding relations among the operation data, the incidence relation between the operation data and the time and the operation mode classification are different.
The fourth step: and obtaining the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the operation mode characteristic according to the classification result.
In practical application, there is a corresponding relationship between the classification result and the operation mode features, and it can be understood that each operation mode feature corresponds to a numerical range, the classification result is matched with the numerical range of the operation mode features, and the matched operation mode features are determined as the operation mode features of the target application program. Each operation mode characteristic is preset with a characteristic value, and after the operation mode characteristic of the target application program is determined, the characteristic value of the target application program for the operation mode characteristic is also determined.
S1024: and for each target application program, performing weighted calculation on the acquired program characteristic value according to the preset weight of various preset program characteristics to obtain a target comprehensive program characteristic value of the target application program.
It should be noted that, for different preset program features, the same weight may be set, or different weights may be set, and in practical application, after normalization processing is performed on the weights set for various program features, the sum of all the weights is equal to 1.
The weighting calculation is a concept in statistics, and a target comprehensive program characteristic value of the target application program can be calculated according to program characteristic values of various preset program characteristics and weights corresponding to the preset program characteristics.
S1025: determining similar application programs corresponding to each target application program from the application programs according to the characteristic values of the target comprehensive program and the comprehensive program characteristic values of the application programs of which the program information is recorded in the first database; wherein, the comprehensive program characteristic value of each application program is as follows: and performing weighted calculation on the program characteristic values of the application program aiming at the various preset characteristics according to the weights of the various preset program characteristics.
The integrated program feature value of each application program may be calculated in advance by weighting and stored in the first database, or may be calculated by weighting when the integrated program feature value of the application program is acquired. The calculation method of the integrated program feature value of each application program is the same as the calculation method of the target integrated program feature value of the target application program, and is not described herein again.
In practical applications, the target integrated program feature value may be compared with the integrated program feature values of the respective application programs one by one, an absolute value of a difference between the target integrated program feature value and each integrated program feature value is calculated, and the application program corresponding to the absolute value below the preset threshold value is determined as a similar application program. Of course, the searched comprehensive program characteristic value of the application program can be compared with the target comprehensive program characteristic value according to a heuristic search algorithm, the absolute value of the difference value between the comprehensive program characteristic value and the target comprehensive program characteristic value is recorded, the steps of searching, comparing and recording are repeated until the searching is completed, and the similar application program is determined according to the recorded absolute value.
It can be understood that the heuristic search algorithm is an algorithm that evaluates each searched position by searching in a state space to obtain the best position, and then searches from the position to a target, so that a large number of meaningless search paths can be omitted, and the efficiency is improved.
The heuristic search algorithm comprises an ant colony algorithm, a genetic algorithm, a simulated annealing algorithm and the like, wherein the ant colony algorithm is a random search optimization method from nature, is a colony heuristic behavior in the biological world, and is continuously applied to multiple fields of combination optimization, artificial intelligence, communication and the like; genetic Algorithm (Genetic Algorithm) is a calculation model of a biological evolution process simulating natural selection and Genetic mechanism of Darwinian biological evolution theory, and is a method for searching an optimal solution by simulating the natural evolution process; the simulated annealing algorithm is an optimization algorithm which can effectively avoid trapping in a serial structure which is locally minimum and finally tends to global optimum by endowing a search process with time-varying probability jump property and finally tends to zero.
S1026: and selecting a label from labels which are commonly corresponding to similar application programs of the target application programs as a first label.
Of course, the tags corresponding to the similar applications may be predetermined, for example, the database stores the correspondence between the applications and the tags, but does not store the tags corresponding to the target applications, at this time, the tags corresponding to the similar applications of each target application may be determined first, and then the first tag may be selected from the tags.

In the scheme provided by the embodiment, the finally obtained comparison result is obtained according to the commonality of each target application program, namely, the label corresponding to each application program, the pertinence of the comparison result is strong, and the weak link of the target application program can be highlighted, so that a more effective reference basis is provided for the upgrading and improving of the application program by an application program operator; the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has high automation degree, reduces the working pressure of operators and improves the working efficiency of the operators.
On the basis of any one of the method embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3, as shown in the fourth flowchart of an application program comparison method shown in fig. 4, in a case that the number of target application programs to be compared is not greater than 1, that is, in a case that the number of target application programs to be compared is equal to 1, the method may further include:

the first determining submodule is used for determining the selected label as the first label according to the selection operation of the user on the user interface.

respectively obtaining comparison data of each target application program from the first type data of each target application program, wherein the comparison data is as follows: data for application program comparison;
comparing the comparison data of different target application programs to obtain a comparison result;
the step of selecting a tag from tags corresponding to all target applications as a first tag includes:
acquiring a program characteristic value of each target application program for various preset program characteristics;
for each target application program, carrying out weighted calculation on the acquired program characteristic value according to the preset weight of various preset program characteristics to obtain a target comprehensive program characteristic value of the target application program;
determining similar application programs corresponding to each target application program from the application programs according to the target comprehensive program characteristic value and the comprehensive program characteristic value of each application program recorded with the program information in the first database; wherein, the comprehensive program characteristic value of each application program is as follows: the application program is obtained by carrying out weighted calculation on the program characteristic values of the application program aiming at various preset characteristics according to the weights of the various preset program characteristics;
and selecting a label from labels which are commonly corresponding to similar application programs of the target application programs as a first label.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the case that the number of target applications to be compared is not greater than 1, the method further comprises:
selecting a label from labels of the target application program as a second label;
acquiring application program data corresponding to the second label in the application program data of the target application program as second type data;
obtaining comparison data of the target application program from the second type data;
obtaining a comparison reference value according to the comparison data of all the application programs corresponding to the second label;
and comparing the comparison data of the target application program with the comparison reference value to obtain a comparison result.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of selecting the tag from tags commonly corresponding to the target applications as the first tag comprises:
obtaining a target label item;
and selecting the label belonging to the target label item from the labels corresponding to all the target application programs as a first label.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of selecting the tag from tags commonly corresponding to the target applications as the first tag comprises:
displaying the labels corresponding to all the target application programs on a user interface;
and determining the selected label as a first label according to the selection operation of the user on the user interface.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the pre-programmed features comprise at least one of:
a paint feature of the application;
the operating mode characteristics of the application;
a network connection status characteristic of the application;
the operating mode characteristics of the application.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein when the preset program features comprise the painting features of the application program, the step of obtaining the program feature values of each target application program for the various types of the preset program features comprises:
for each target application, performing the following steps:
obtaining a target picture of a target application program;
searching a first picture similar to the target picture in a second database, wherein the second database is used for storing pictures of all application programs;
determining a first application program corresponding to the searched first picture;
and acquiring the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the picture characteristic according to the determined characteristic value of the first application program aiming at the picture characteristic.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of searching the second database for the first picture similar to the target picture comprises:
acquiring picture characteristic values of the target picture aiming at various preset picture characteristics;
according to the preset weight of each type of preset picture features, carrying out weighted calculation on the obtained picture feature value to obtain a target comprehensive picture feature value of the target picture;
searching a first picture similar to the target picture in a second database through a heuristic search algorithm according to the target comprehensive picture characteristic value and the comprehensive picture characteristic value of each picture in the second database, wherein the comprehensive picture characteristic value of each application program is as follows: and carrying out weighted calculation on the application program aiming at various preset picture characteristics according to the weights of the various preset picture characteristics.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein when the preset program features include operation mode features of the application program, the step of obtaining program feature values of each target application program for various types of preset program features includes:
for each target application, performing the following steps:
judging whether a target application program has a server side or not;
if so, determining that the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the operation mode characteristic is a characteristic value representing a network version operation mode;
and if not, determining that the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the operation mode characteristic is a characteristic value representing a single-version operation mode.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein when the preset program feature comprises a network connection status feature of an application program, after the step of determining that the feature value of the target application program for the operation mode feature is a feature value representing a network version operation mode, the method further comprises:
determining a target charging mode of the target application program according to a transmission control protocol adopted by the target application program;
and determining a characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the network connection state characteristic according to the target charging mode.
10. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein when the preset program features include operation mode features of the application program, the step of obtaining program feature values of each target application program for each type of preset program features includes:
for each target application, performing the following steps:
acquiring target operation data of a target application program;
performing statistical analysis on the target operation data to determine the incidence relation between the target operation data and time;
inputting the target operation data and the association relation into a pre-established operation mode classification model to obtain a classification result of the target operation data for an operation mode, wherein the operation mode classification model is as follows: pre-training the obtained operation data, the incidence relation between the operation data and time and the corresponding relation model among the operation mode classification;
and obtaining a characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the operation mode characteristic according to the classification result.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of respectively obtaining the application data corresponding to the first tag from the application data of each target application as the first type of data comprises:
determining a target database field corresponding to the first tag in an application program database according to a preset tag list, wherein the tag list stores the corresponding relation between the tag and the database field;
and for each target application program, extracting application program data matched with the target application program and the target database field from the application program database to serve as first type data.
12. An application program comparison apparatus, comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the target application programs to be compared is greater than 1 or not;
the first selection module is used for selecting a label from labels which are commonly corresponding to all target application programs as a first label under the condition that the judgment result of the judgment module is yes;
the first obtaining module is used for respectively obtaining application program data corresponding to the first label in the application program data of each target application program as first-class data;
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain comparison data of each target application from the first type of data of each target application, where the comparison data is: data for application program comparison;
the first comparison module is used for comparing the comparison data of different target application programs to obtain a comparison result;
the first selection module comprises:
the acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a program characteristic value of each target application program for various preset program characteristics;
the second obtaining submodule is used for carrying out weighted calculation on the obtained program characteristic value according to the preset weight of various preset program characteristics aiming at each target application program to obtain a target comprehensive program characteristic value of the target application program;
the second determining submodule is used for determining similar application programs corresponding to each target application program from the application programs according to the characteristic value of the target comprehensive program and the comprehensive program characteristic value of each application program of the recorded program information in the first database; wherein, the comprehensive program characteristic value of each application program is as follows: the application program is obtained by carrying out weighted calculation on the program characteristic values of the application program aiming at various preset characteristics according to the weights of the various preset program characteristics;
and the second selection submodule is used for selecting a label from labels which are commonly corresponding to the similar application programs of the target application programs and used as the first label.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein in the case that the number of target applications to be compared is not greater than 1, the apparatus further comprises:
the second selection module is used for selecting a label from labels of the target application program as a second label under the condition that the judgment result of the judgment module is negative;
a third obtaining module, configured to obtain application data corresponding to the second tag in application data of the target application, as second-class data;
a fourth obtaining module, configured to obtain comparison data of the target application from the second type of data;
a fifth obtaining module, configured to obtain a comparison reference value according to the comparison data of all the application programs corresponding to the second tag;
and the second comparison module is used for comparing the comparison data of the target application program with the comparison reference value to obtain a comparison result.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first selection module comprises:
a first obtaining submodule, configured to obtain a target tag item;
and the first selection submodule is used for selecting the label belonging to the target label item from the labels which are commonly corresponding to all the target application programs as a first label.
15. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first selection module comprises:
the display submodule is used for displaying the labels which are commonly corresponding to all the target application programs on the user interface;
and the first determining submodule is used for determining the selected label as the first label according to the selection operation of the user on the user interface.
16. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the pre-programmed features comprise at least one of:
a paint feature of the application;
the operating mode characteristics of the application;
a network connection status characteristic of the application;
the operating mode characteristics of the application.

The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein when the preset program feature includes a painting feature of an application program, the obtaining sub-module is configured to perform a process of obtaining a program feature value for each target application program, and the obtaining sub-module includes:
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain a target screen of a target application;
a searching unit, configured to search a second database for a first screen similar to the target screen, where the second database is used to store screens of respective application programs;
the first determining unit is used for determining a first application program corresponding to the searched first picture;
and the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the picture characteristic according to the determined characteristic value of the first application program aiming at the picture characteristic.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the search unit comprises:
the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the picture characteristic values of the target picture aiming at various preset picture characteristics;
the obtaining subunit is configured to perform weighted calculation on the obtained picture feature values according to weights of various preset picture features set in advance, so as to obtain a target comprehensive picture feature value of the target picture;
a searching subunit, configured to search, according to the target integrated picture feature value and the integrated picture feature value of each picture in a second database, a first picture similar to the target picture in the second database through a heuristic search algorithm, where the integrated picture feature value of each application is: and carrying out weighted calculation on the application program aiming at various preset picture characteristics according to the weights of the various preset picture characteristics.

a second determining unit, configured to determine, when the determination result of the determining unit is yes, that a feature value of the target application for the operation mode feature is a feature value representing a network version operation mode;
and a third determining unit, configured to determine that the feature value of the target application for the operation mode feature is a feature value indicating a single-version operation mode if the determination result of the determining unit is negative.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein when the pre-set program characteristic comprises a network connection status characteristic of an application, the apparatus further comprises:
the first determining module is used for determining a target charging mode of the target application program according to a transmission control protocol adopted by the target application program under the condition that the characteristic value of the target application program for the operation mode characteristic is a characteristic value representing a network version operation mode;
and the second determination module is used for determining the characteristic value of the target application program aiming at the network connection state characteristic according to the target charging mode.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 17 to 20, wherein when the preset program feature includes an operation mode feature of an application program, the obtaining sub-module is configured to perform a process of obtaining a program feature value for each target application program, and the obtaining sub-module includes:
a second acquisition unit configured to acquire target operation data of a target application;
the fourth determining unit is used for performing statistical analysis on the target operation data and determining the incidence relation between the target operation data and time;
