The range hood as an indispensable household appliance product in a kitchen makes outstanding contribution to building a clean kitchen environment, along with the development of technology and the improvement of pursuit of people on product experience, the integral requirement of a consumer on the range hood is higher and higher, the product has good performance, and the disassembly, cleaning and installation of a user are facilitated, wherein the oil net is very frequently disassembled and cleaned, which provides a challenge to the structure of the oil net; the oil screen structure of the range hood on the market at present is various, and the range hood has a single-layer oil screen and a double-layer oil screen, and has a forward conical shape and an inverted conical shape in the aspect of shape, so that the oil filtering effect of the double-layer oil screen is better obviously, and the invention is further improved and optimized on the basis of the double-layer inverted conical oil screen, and the oil screen is more convenient to disassemble and clean.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel oil screen of a range hood, which aims to achieve the purposes of better oil filtering effect and convenience in disassembly and cleaning.

The double-layer structure of the oil screen improves the smoke cage effect and the oil filtering effect, the oil screen structure can ensure zero blocking of an oil way, oil drops can rapidly flow into an oil groove, the oil filtering effect is good, and meanwhile, the filtering performance to oil smoke is good.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the invention introduces a novel range hood oil net, which is suitable for a european range hood, the range hood comprises a smoke collection hood 6, a first oil net 1 and a second oil net 2 which are concave inside the smoke collection hood 6, the lower surface of the first oil net 1 is attached to the upper surface of the second oil net 2, a circle of annular oil groove 3 is correspondingly installed below the smoke collection hood 6, the lower sides of the first oil net 1 and the second oil net 2 are inserted into the annular oil groove 3, and the lower sides of the first oil net 1 and the second oil net 2 are clamped and fixed between two side walls of the annular oil groove 3.
The bilayer structure of oil net 8 has improved cage cigarette effect and oil strain effect, has realized the holistic quick installation of oil net 8 and has dismantled through the clamping action of 3 lateral walls of cyclic annular oil groove, need not a screw in the whole installation, and the user dismantles and washs the installation fairly conveniently, and product experience is all good.
The lower sides of the first oil screen 1 and the second oil screen 2 are in supporting contact with the bottom wall of the annular oil groove 3.
As shown in fig. 6, the lower side of the first oil screen 1 is bent horizontally outwards to form a first horizontal installation portion 16, the first horizontal installation portion 16 is disposed inside the annular oil groove 3, two sides of the first horizontal installation portion 16 are respectively clamped with two side walls of the annular oil groove 3, and the lower side of the second oil screen 2 is clamped between the first horizontal installation portion 16 and the inner side wall of the annular oil groove 3;
preferably, the lower side of the second oil network 2 is bent outwards horizontally to form a second horizontal installation part 13, the second horizontal installation part 13 is arranged at the lower part of the first horizontal installation part 16, and two sides of the second horizontal installation part 13 are correspondingly clamped with two side walls of the annular oil groove 3 respectively.
More preferably, the second horizontal mounting portion 13 is provided with a plurality of oil dripping holes 7 communicated with the annular oil groove 3.
The arrangement ensures that oil drops flowing down from the oil screen 8 smoothly enter the annular oil groove 3.
The end part of the first horizontal mounting part 16 is bent downwards to form a first vertical mounting part 10, and two sides of the first vertical mounting part 10 are correspondingly clamped with the outer side wall of the annular oil groove 3 and the second horizontal mounting part 13 respectively;
the first oil screen 1 downside of above-mentioned setting is the stair structure, has avoided the oil droplet that oil screen 8 flows down to spill over annular oil groove 3, makes the oil droplet flow in the oil cup 9 that sets up in annular oil groove 3 below through annular oil groove 3.

As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the upper edge of the inner sidewall of the annular oil groove 3 is bent toward the inside of the annular oil groove 3 to form a flange 15, and a gap is provided between the end of the flange 15 and the lower side of the second oil screen 2.
The arrangement avoids the scratch accident of the user in the scrubbing process and also ensures that oil drops enter the annular oil groove 3.
It is also possible that the end of the cuff 15 is sealingly connected to the second oil net 2, preferably the cuff 15 has elastically contractible properties.
Above-mentioned setting has improved annular oil groove 3's clamping action, inserts annular oil groove 3 back at the downside of second oil net 2, and the downside of first oil net 1 inserts annular oil groove 3 under the pressure effect, has further improved the reliability of the whole fixed connection of oil net 8.

As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, each of the first oil screen 1 and the second oil screen 2 includes four side surfaces 4, two side surfaces 4 intersect on a straight line to form a structure with an inverted V-shaped cross section, and the other two side surfaces 4 are triangular and respectively disposed at two ends of the structure and correspondingly connected in a sealing manner.
The included angle between the two side surfaces 4 forming the inverted V-shaped structure is 118 degrees; the two triangular side surfaces 4 are respectively inclined from bottom to top towards the center of the inverted V-shaped structure gradually, and the inclined included angles between the two triangular side surfaces 4 and the horizontal plane are both 60 degrees.
Multiple tests prove that the combination of the angles can ensure zero blocking of an oil path, oil drops can rapidly flow into the annular oil groove 3, and the oil filtering effect is good.
Strip-shaped air inlets 18 are distributed on four side surfaces 4 of the second oil screen 2, and the edges of the adjacent strip-shaped air inlets 18 are curled to form a U-shaped oil guide groove 19; the four side surfaces 4 of the first oil screen 1 are distributed with small holes 17, and the aperture of each small hole 17 is 4mm, as shown in fig. 8.
The U-shaped oil guide groove 19 enables oil drops not to easily drop from the strip-shaped air inlet hole 18, can play a good role in guiding and collecting, and further improves the oil filtering effect; the small holes 17 are used as oil smoke mist catching devices, and can enable the passing oil smoke to collide on the small holes to promote the generation of oil drops.
In this embodiment, the lower surface of the side surface 4 of the first oil screen 1 is attached to the upper surface of the U-shaped oil guide groove 19 of the second oil screen 2.
Above-mentioned setting has avoided first oil net 1 and second oil net 2 laminating completely to connect the influence to the oil drip velocity of flow, is favorable to improving the oil strain effect. The periphery of the second oil screen 2 is completely in a flanging structure, so that a user is guaranteed not to scratch hands when scrubbing; the first oil screen 1 is formed by molding a mesh plate, a protective ring is welded and fixed on the periphery of the first oil screen, the periphery of the protective ring is designed into a step structure, oil of the oil screen can be prevented from overflowing, and small holes 17 are uniformly distributed in the mesh plate.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a knob 11 which can rotate around a rotation axis is disposed on the smoke collecting hood 6, the knob 11 sequentially passes through the first oil mesh 1, the second oil mesh 2 and the annular oil groove 3, a passing end of the knob 11 is provided with a blocking protrusion 12 which protrudes in a radial direction, and the first oil mesh 1, the second oil mesh 2 and the annular oil groove 3 are provided with mounting holes 5 which are disposed in cooperation with the knob 11, so that at least a part of the blocking protrusion 12 is in limit clamping connection with the annular oil groove 3 by rotating the knob 11 which passes through the mounting holes 5. And the first horizontal mounting part 16, the second horizontal mounting part 13 and the bottom wall of the annular oil groove 3 are provided with corresponding through mounting holes 5.
On the basis of realizing the stable connection of the whole oil screen 8 and the smoke collecting hood 6, the quick disassembly of the oil screen 8 is also realized.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, at least one knob 11 is disposed on one side of the fume collecting hood 6, the annular oil groove 3 is provided with a mounting hole 5 for the knob 11 to pass through, the other side of the fume collecting hood 6 is provided with at least one connecting hole 14 for inserting the inserting piece 25, and the annular oil groove 3 is provided with an inserting piece 25 extending outwards. The annular oil groove 3 is obliquely arranged, and the position of one side provided with the inserting piece 25 is higher than that of one side provided with the mounting hole 5. Mounting hole 5 sets up on first oil net, second oil net and cyclic annular oil groove 3, perhaps, is equipped with the installation piece to keeping away from 3 inside directions extensions of cyclic annular oil groove on the 3 lateral walls of cyclic annular oil groove, is equipped with mounting hole 5 on the installation piece. An oil cup 9 correspondingly communicated with the mounting hole 5 is arranged below the annular oil groove 3, so that oil drops in the annular oil groove 3 flow into the oil cup 9 from the mounting hole 5.
In this embodiment, the knob 11 includes a sleeve 21 extending vertically downward, a lower end portion of the sleeve 21 is provided with a locking protrusion 12 protruding radially from an outer periphery of the sleeve 21, the sleeve 21 is inserted into the mounting hole 5 and movably connected to the mounting hole, and the locking protrusion 12 passes through the mounting hole 5 and is locked to a peripheral wall outside the mounting hole 5 by rotating the sleeve 21. The sleeve 21 is provided with a vertically penetrating jack 22, a screw rod inserting end of the screw 20 penetrates through the jack 22 to be connected with the fume collecting hood 6, and a nut part of the screw 20 is clamped on the peripheral wall outside the jack 22, so that the knob 11 is connected with the fume collecting hood 6.
Specifically, the cross section of the outer wall of the sleeve 21 is circular, at least one clamping protrusion 12 is arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve 21, and the cross section of the mounting hole 5 and the cross section of the clamping protrusion 12 are arranged in the same shape and the same size.
The smoke collecting cover 6 is provided with a screw hole 23 corresponding to the jack 22, and the screw rod inserting end of the screw 20 passes through the screw hole 23 and is fixedly connected with a nut 24.
The knob 11 is movably connected with the screw 20, the screw 20 is fixedly or movably connected with the smoke collecting cover 6, and further, the knob 11 is fixedly connected with the screw 20, and the screw 20 is movably connected with the smoke collecting cover 6.
An oil cup 9 correspondingly communicated with the mounting hole 5 is arranged below the annular oil groove 3, so that oil drops in the annular oil groove 3 flow into the oil cup 9 from the mounting hole 5.
