Abstract
A device and a method for installing a corrugated pipe comprise a left flange and a right flange, wherein the left flange and the right flange respectively clamp two ends of the corrugated pipe and are connected together along the axial direction through a screw rod and a nut, and the screw rod and the nut tighten the left flange and the right flange and enable the distance between the two ends of the corrugated pipe to be reduced; during installation, the left flange and the right flange are fixed at two ends of the corrugated pipe respectively through bolts, then the screw rod is installed, the distance between the two flanges is shrunk through the nut, so that the length of the corrugated pipe is compressed, the nut is loosened after the device and the corrugated pipe are hoisted and placed at the installation position, and the corrugated pipe is automatically expanded to complete installation. The invention has simple operation, time and labor saving, simplifies the installation of the corrugated pipe, can well protect the sealing surface and the outer surface of the corrugated pipe, avoids collision damage, protects the corrugated pipe to the maximum extent, ensures the installation quality, and is particularly suitable for the installation of PC2-6 and PC2-6B type corrugated pipes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to assembly of a diesel engine, in particular to an installation method for a corrugated pipe of the diesel engine, and belongs to the technical field of diesel engine manufacturing.
Background
In the installation process of the marine diesel engine corrugated pipe, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, firstly, the corrugated pipe 02 needs to be compressed to shorten the lengths of the two ends, and then the corrugated pipe is installed between the pipelines of the fixed high-temperature exhaust pipe 01; after the compressed bellows 02 are placed in the installed position, the installation device re-expands the bellows 02 to the installed length; after the bellows 02 is expanded to the installation length, the installation device is removed from the bellows 02; sealing gaskets 04 are arranged between sealing surfaces at two ends of the corrugated pipe 02 and the exhaust pipe 01, and finally the corrugated pipe 02 and the exhaust pipe 01 are fixedly clamped by a clamp 03.
The mounting mode of current bellows is comparatively simple, uses two clamp plates earlier to compress the bellows from the both ends face, shortens the length of bellows, then blocks the draw-in groove on the bellows both ends through the clip of two U types to the installation is convenient for. The method has the defects that a tool for compressing the corrugated pipe is tightly pressed on sealing surfaces at two ends of the corrugated pipe, and the sealing surfaces at two ends of the corrugated pipe are damaged by the compression tool due to the fact that a stainless steel corrugated film surface on the corrugated pipe is generally thin, so that the flatness of the corrugated pipe is damaged, and the sealing performance of the corrugated pipe under the high-temperature condition is influenced; the U-shaped clamp per se can also damage the flatness of the sealing end surfaces on the two sides of the corrugated pipe; in addition, the U-shaped clip is inconvenient to remove and is knocked directly off the bellows, which can damage the outer surface of the bellows and the stainless steel bellows face. In summary, prior art mounting devices and methods for corrugated tubing can damage the sealing surfaces, outer surfaces, and corrugated membrane surfaces of the corrugated tubing during installation of the corrugated tubing.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, and to provide a method for corrugated pipe installation, which can protect the corrugated pipe to the maximum extent while simply and efficiently completing the installation of the corrugated pipe, so that the corrugated pipe can reliably operate after installation, and the installation quality of the corrugated pipe is ensured.
Based on the above purposes, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for installing a corrugated pipe, wherein the periphery of the corrugated pipe is provided with a concave clamping groove, and the method is characterized in that: the method is realized by adopting a corrugated pipe installation device, the device comprises a left flange and a right flange, the left flange and the right flange respectively clamp two ends of the corrugated pipe and are connected together along the axial direction through a screw rod and a nut, and the screw rod and the nut tighten the left flange and the right flange and reduce the distance between the two ends of the corrugated pipe; the left flange is formed into a whole circular ring by the involution of an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange, an inner hole of the circular ring is provided with an inner circular groove for accommodating the corrugated pipe, the outer side of the inner circular groove is provided with a raised inner circular surface, and the inner circular surface is embedded into a clamping groove of the corrugated pipe; the structure of the right flange is the same as that of the left flange, and the shape of the right flange is symmetrical;
the installation method comprises the following steps:
1) sleeving an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange of the left flange on one end of the corrugated pipe, so that the inner annular surface is embedded into a clamping groove on the periphery of the corrugated pipe;
2) installing bolts into the bolt holes on the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange and screwing the bolts so that the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange form a whole circular ring and clamp one end of the corrugated pipe;
3) installing an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange of the right flange on the other end of the corrugated pipe by adopting the same method as the method in the step 1), and embedding the inner annular surface of the right flange into a clamping groove on the corrugated pipe;
4) screwing bolts into bolt holes in the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange of the right flange, not screwing, adjusting the installation angle of the right flange to enable the screw hole in the left flange and the screw hole in the right flange to be aligned and kept on a straight line along the axial direction, and then screwing the bolts to enable the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange to form a whole ring and clamp the other end of the corrugated pipe;
5) the left flange and the right flange are provided with a screw rod and a nut, and the left flange and the right flange apply force oppositely to compress the length of the corrugated pipe by screwing the nut;
6) compressing the left flange and the right flange to be close to each other, so that the left flange and the right flange completely contain the appearance of the corrugated pipe to effectively avoid the damage of the corrugated film surface, and then installing lifting ring screws;
7) hoisting the corrugated pipe and the device to an installation position through a lifting eye screw, and slowly loosening the nut after the installation angle is adjusted, so that the corrugated pipe is naturally expanded and restored;
8) and sequentially removing the nut, the screw rod and the bolt, and finally removing the left flange and the right flange.
Further, the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange are connected with each other at a mating surface by bolts, and the mating surface is along the diameter direction of the circular ring.
Furthermore, the periphery of the upper semicircular flange is provided with a lifting threaded hole and is provided with a lifting bolt.
Further, the screw and the nut adjust the distance between the left flange and the right flange through screwing or loosening so as to adjust the distance between two ends of the corrugated pipe.
Furthermore, the left flange and the right flange are made of cast aluminum.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the operation is simple, convenient and reliable, time and labor are saved, and the hoisting is convenient.

Detailed Description
The method for corrugated pipe installation according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5 in combination, the device for mounting the corrugated pipe comprises a left flange 1 and a right flange 2, wherein the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 respectively clamp two ends of the corrugated pipe 02 and are connected in the axial direction through a screw rod 4 and a nut 5, and the screw rod 4 and the nut 5 tighten the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 and reduce the distance between the two ends of the corrugated pipe 02.
The two ends of the corrugated pipe 02 are corrugated pipe sealing surfaces, the middle part of the corrugated pipe 02 is an airflow guide pipe and a stainless steel metal film surface, and the periphery of the corrugated pipe 02 is provided with a concave clamping groove. The left flange 1 is formed by involuting an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange into a whole circular ring, an inner hole of the circular ring is provided with an inner circular groove for accommodating the corrugated pipe 02, a raised inner circular surface 11 (shown in figure 3) is arranged on the outer side of the inner circular groove, and the inner circular surface 11 is embedded into a clamping groove of the corrugated pipe. The upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange are provided with bolt holes and are connected with each other at a fitting surface through bolts 3, and the fitting surface is along the diameter direction of the circular ring.
The structure of the right flange 2 is the same as that of the left flange 1 and the shape of the right flange is symmetrical. The upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange of the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 are made of cast aluminum.
And screw holes are formed in the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange and used for penetrating the screws 4, and the screw holes in the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 are kept on the same straight line along the axial direction. The distance between the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 is adjusted by screwing or loosening the screw rod 4 and the nut 5, so that the distance between two ends of the corrugated pipe 02 is adjusted.
The periphery of the upper semicircular flange is provided with a lifting threaded hole and is provided with a lifting bolt 6 for lifting.
The method for installing the corrugated pipe comprises the following specific operation steps:
1) sleeving an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange of the left flange 1 on one end of the corrugated pipe 02 to enable the inner annular surface 11 to be embedded into a clamping groove on the periphery of the corrugated pipe 02;
2) installing bolts 3 into the bolt holes on the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange and screwing the bolts so that the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange form a whole circular ring and clamp one end of the corrugated pipe 02;
3) installing an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange of the right flange 2 on the other end of the corrugated pipe 02 by adopting the same method as the method in the step 1), and enabling the inner annular surface 11 of the right flange 2 to be embedded into a clamping groove on the corrugated pipe 02;
4) screwing bolts 3 into bolt holes in an upper semicircular flange and a lower semicircular flange of the right flange 2, but not screwing, adjusting the installation angle of the right flange 2 to enable a screw hole in the left flange 1 and a screw hole in the right flange 2 to be aligned and kept on a straight line along the axial direction, and then screwing the bolts 3, so that the upper semicircular flange and the lower semicircular flange form a whole circular ring and clamp the other end of the corrugated pipe 02;
5) a screw rod 4 and a nut 5 are arranged on the left flange 1 and the right flange 2, and the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 apply force in opposite directions to compress the length of the corrugated pipe 02 by screwing the nut 5;
6) compressing the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 to be close to each other, referring to fig. 6, so that the left flange 1 and the right flange 2 completely contain the appearance of the corrugated pipe 02 to effectively avoid the damage of the corrugated film surface, and then installing a lifting ring screw 6;
7) hoisting the corrugated pipe 02 and the device to an installation position through a lifting eye screw 6, and after the installation angle is adjusted, slowly loosening the nut 5 to enable the corrugated pipe 02 to be naturally expanded and restored;
8) and (3) sequentially removing the nut 5, the screw rod 4 and the bolt 3, and finally removing the left flange 1 and the right flange 2.
The corrugated pipe compression and release device is simple and reliable to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, convenient to hoist, capable of protecting the corrugated pipe to the maximum extent and ensuring the installation quality, and particularly suitable for dismounting the corrugated pipes of PC2-6 and PC2-6B type diesel engines.

5) the left flange and the right flange are provided with a screw rod and a nut, and the left flange and the right flange apply force oppositely to compress the length of the corrugated pipe by screwing the nut;
