Description

Assembly structure of cutting teeth for slot milling machine and matched assembly thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of parts of slot milling machines, in particular to an assembly structure of a cutting tooth for a slot milling machine and a matched assembly thereof.
Background
As an advanced device for the current foundation construction, a milling machine is increasingly used, and the milling machine is used for breaking rock by means of rotation of a milling wheel, wherein the milling wheel of the milling machine is usually welded with a plurality of tooth seats, and mounting holes for mounting cutting teeth are formed in the tooth seats and are usually U-shaped. In practical application, the cutting teeth directly participate in rock breaking, the working condition is very bad, high impact and high stress are born, the cutting teeth continuously impact the tooth holder in the working process, the mounting holes of the cutting teeth on the tooth holder are continuously worn and deformed, when the deformation is larger than a certain value, the tooth holder needs to be trimmed, and the trimming needs to consume a lot of time, so that the influence on the construction period is large.
In order to avoid the too fast abrasion of the tooth holder and improve the service life of the tooth holder, the prior art has higher requirements on the material and the heat treatment of the tooth holder, and in order to avoid the adverse effect of the fit clearance between the cutting tooth and the mounting hole of the tooth holder in the initial stage of mounting (the larger the clearance is, the larger the impact of the cutting tooth on the mounting hole of the tooth holder is, the faster the abrasion is), the processing precision of the cutting tooth and the mounting hole of the tooth holder is required to be very high, so that the abrasion of the tooth holder can be delayed, but the production cost of the milling wheel can be greatly increased, and the service life of the milling wheel is still not ideal. In order to solve the problems, a U-shaped tooth sleeve is added between a tooth holder and a cutting tooth in the prior art, and the U-shaped tooth sleeve is directly replaced after being worn, so that although the service life of a working device can be prolonged, impact and wear can be formed between the tooth holder and the U-shaped tooth sleeve, and the processing difficulty of the tooth holder and the U-shaped tooth sleeve is higher; once the mounting holes on the toothholder for assembling the U-shaped toothholder are worn, the repair of the mounting holes is more difficult.
Accordingly, the present application is directed to an assembly structure of a cutting tooth for a slot milling machine and a kit thereof.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will explain the specific embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is evident that the drawings in the following description are only examples of the invention, from which other drawings and other embodiments can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort.
For simplicity of the drawing, only the parts relevant to the present invention are schematically shown in each drawing, and they do not represent the actual structure thereof as a product. Additionally, in order to simplify the drawing for ease of understanding, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are shown schematically with only one of them, or only one of them is labeled. Herein, "a" means not only "only this one" but also "more than one" case. In this context, it should be noted that the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communication between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention will be understood in specific cases by those of ordinary skill in the art. In this context, up, down, left and right refer to up, down, left and right of the described drawings and do not fully represent practice.
In a first embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a tooth holder for a slot milling machine includes: a tooth holder body (not shown in the figure) provided with a U-like groove 101 for accommodating the cutting teeth 4; the U-like shaped channel 101 includes oppositely disposed first and second sidewalls 105, 102; the U-shaped groove is gradually reduced along the groove depth direction; the first side wall 105 is parallel to the groove depth direction of the U-like groove; the second side wall 102 and the first side wall 105 are arranged at a first preset angle; the first side wall 105 is provided with a third through hole 106; the second sidewall 102 is provided with first through holes (i.e., a first sub through hole 103, a second sub through hole 103', and a third sub through hole 103 "). In practical applications, the first through hole is preferably used for connecting the wedge block 3, and the third through hole 106 is preferably used for connecting the cutting tooth 4, that is, the first connecting piece 5 penetrates through the third through hole 106 to connect the cutting tooth 4 and the tooth holder 1, and the second connecting piece 2 penetrates through the first through hole to connect the tooth holder 1 and the wedge block 3. Preferably, the first side wall 105 is provided with at least one third through hole 106, preferably the third through hole 106 is provided near the bottom surface of the U-like shaped groove 101.
In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, on the basis of the first embodiment, a plurality of first through holes are sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the second side wall. In practical application, in order to ensure that the wedge-shaped block 3 can be pushed along the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101 so as to realize gapless installation among the cutting teeth 4, the tooth holder 1 and the wedge-shaped block 3, the center distance of the adjacent first through holes is larger than the center distance of the adjacent two second through holes corresponding to the adjacently arranged first through holes on the wedge-shaped block 3; preferably, the plurality of first through holes are preferably equally spaced on the second sidewall 102; of course, the first through holes may be disposed at non-equal intervals, and may be disposed according to actual needs. Preferably, the third through hole 106 is provided near the bottom surface of the U-like shaped groove 101.
In the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, on the basis of the first or second embodiment, both the first side wall and the second side wall are V-shaped structures; the tip of the first sidewall 105 (i.e., the first chamfer 104 and the second chamfer 107) is disposed toward the cutting tooth; the tips of the second side wall 102 (i.e., the first ramp 104 and the second ramp 107) are disposed toward the wedge. Because the second side wall 102 is of an inclined structure, the circle center connecting lines of the first through holes should be parallel to the second side wall 102 at this time, and of course, when the second side wall 102 is parallel to the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101, the circle center connecting lines of the first through holes are also parallel to the second side wall 102, and the circle center connecting lines of the first through holes are parallel to the groove depth direction. In practical application, in order to make the wedge-shaped block 3 better match with the second side wall 102, the included angle formed by the end surface of the second end of the wedge-shaped block 3 matching with the second side wall 102 and the end surface of the first end of the wedge-shaped block 3 matching with the cutting tooth 4 is approximately equal to the included angle formed by the first side wall 105 and the second side wall 102 of the U-shaped groove 101, and in the practical installation process, the small end of the wedge-shaped block 3 is arranged near the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 101. Preferably, the first preset angle is 0.5 to 15 °.
In a fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a kit of cutting teeth for a slot milling machine, includes: the tooth holder 1, the wedge block 3, the first connecting piece 5 and the second connecting piece 2 according to any one of the above; the first connecting piece 5 is used for connecting the cutting teeth 4 and the tooth holder 1; the second connecting piece 2 is used for connecting the wedge block 3 and the cutting teeth 4; the tooth holder 1 is provided with a U-shaped groove 101 for accommodating the cutting teeth 4; the wedge-shaped block 3 is clamped between the cutting teeth 4 and the side wall of the U-shaped groove 101; a third concave-convex matching structure is arranged at the contact position of the tooth holder 1 and the cutting teeth 4; a second concave-convex matching structure is arranged at the contact position of the tooth holder 1 and the wedge-shaped block 3; the second concave-convex matching structure is connected through the second connecting piece 2, so that the wedge-shaped block 3 and the tooth holder 1 are connected through the second connecting piece 2. It should be noted that, when the second connecting portion is in a convex structure, the cutting tooth 4 is correspondingly provided with a groove structure; when the contact part (i.e., the first end) of the wedge-shaped block 3 and the cutting tooth 4 is in a groove structure, the cutting tooth 4 is correspondingly provided with a convex structure. When the contact part (i.e. the first side wall 105) of the tooth holder 1 and the cutting tooth 4 is of a convex structure, the wedge-shaped block 3 is correspondingly provided with a groove structure; when the contact part (i.e., the first side wall 105) of the tooth holder 1 and the cutting tooth 4 is in a groove structure, the wedge block 3 is correspondingly provided with a protruding structure. The same applies to other male and female mating structures. Preferably, the side wall of the U-shaped groove 101 is of a V-shaped structure and comprises a first inclined plane 104 and a second inclined plane 107, the first inclined plane 104 and the second inclined plane 107 are connected at the tip of the V-shaped structure, the tip of the V-shaped structure is arranged towards the inner space of the U-shaped groove 101, and preferably, the first through hole is arranged on the inclined side (namely the first inclined plane 104 and the second inclined plane 107) of the V-shaped structure. Further preferably, the first through hole is provided on the hypotenuse of the second sidewall 102 provided right; preferably, the second end 302 of the wedge 3, which is in a concave-convex fit with the second side wall 102, is a first V-shaped groove 304, such that the first V-shaped groove 304 fits with the V-shaped side wall of the U-shaped groove 101; preferably, the first end 301 of the wedge-shaped block 3, which is matched with the cutting tooth 4, has a V-shaped structure, and correspondingly, both sides of the cutting tooth 4 are V-shaped grooves.
In the fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the wedge block 3 is provided between the cutting tooth 4 and the second side wall 102 such that the cutting tooth 4 is provided near the first side wall 105; the second sidewall 102 is provided with a plurality of first through holes (i.e., a first sub through hole 103, a second sub through hole 103', and a third sub through hole 103') in order along its own extension direction; the wedge-shaped block 3 is provided with a plurality of second through holes (namely a fourth sub through hole 303, a fifth sub through hole 303 'and a sixth sub through hole 303') at positions corresponding to the first through holes; the center distance between two adjacent first through holes is larger than the center distance between two adjacent second through holes corresponding to the first through holes. 1-3, the groove depth direction along the U-like groove 101 is defined as an up-down direction, wherein the opening of the U-like groove 101 is arranged near the upper side, and the bottom surface of the U-like groove 101 is arranged near the lower side; the first side wall 105 of the U-shaped groove 101 is arranged near the left side, the second side wall 102 of the U-shaped groove 101 is arranged near the right side, and the second side wall 102 is sequentially provided with a first sub through hole 103, a second sub through hole 103' and a third sub through hole 103″ along the extending direction of the second side wall 102; correspondingly, the right end (i.e. the second end 302) of the wedge-shaped block 3 is provided with a fourth sub-through hole 303, a fifth sub-through hole 303' and a sixth sub-through hole 303″ in sequence along the extending direction thereof; wherein the center distance between the first sub-through hole 103 and the second sub-through hole 103 'is L1, the center distance between the second sub-through hole 103' and the third sub-through hole is L2, and the center distance between the first sub-through hole 103 and the third sub-through hole 103″ is L3; the center distance between the fourth sub-through hole 303 and the fifth sub-through hole 303 'is T1, the center distance between the fifth sub-through hole 303' and the sixth sub-through hole 303″ is T2, and the center distance between the fourth sub-through hole 303 and the sixth sub-through hole 303″ is T3; thus, L1 > T1, L2 > T2, and L3 > T3, as known from the inequality algorithm.
In practical applications, preferably, the first sub-through hole 103 and the fourth sub-through hole 303 are correspondingly configured through hole groups, the second sub-through hole 103 'and the fifth sub-through hole 303' are correspondingly configured through hole groups, and the third sub-through hole 103 "and the sixth sub-through hole 303" are correspondingly configured through hole groups; namely, the initial installation state of the assembly structure is as follows: the second connecting piece 2 sequentially penetrates through the first sub through hole 103 and the fourth sub through hole 303 so as to realize connection of the wedge-shaped block 3 and the tooth holder 1 (at this time, the second sub through hole 103 'and the fourth through hole 402, the third sub through hole 103 "and the sixth sub through hole 303" are all in an unconnected state, namely, the central axis of the second sub through hole 103' and the central axis of the fourth through hole 402, the central axis of the third sub through hole 103 "and the central axis of the sixth sub through hole 303" are all in a different coaxial state); and when the cutting tooth 4 receives the impact, because the cutting tooth 4 has been installed on the toothholder 1 through first connecting piece 5, and toothholder 1 is fixed on the milling wheel, therefore, this assembly structure is in the use, second connecting piece 2 can exert the pretightning force to wedge 3, and the pretightning force of second connecting piece 2 can force wedge 3 to the bottom surface motion of U-shaped groove 101 like, thereby guaranteed the tightness of this assembly structure in the use, thereby guarantee to be the zero clearance installation between the spare part of this assembly structure, consequently, when one of them through-hole group is in connected state, along the groove depth direction of U-shaped groove 101, the distance of the central axis of first through-hole and second through-hole in the through-hole group is progressively greater. However, with the extension of the service time of the assembly structure, due to the impact of the operation process of the cutting teeth 4, the assembly structure has a mounting gap, so that the loose phenomenon occurs between the parts of the assembly structure, and at this time, the pretightening force of the second connecting piece 2 between the first sub through hole 103 and the fourth sub through hole 303 to the wedge block 3 is zero, so that the service life of the assembly structure is prolonged, and the fit between the parts of the assembly structure needs to be ensured; at this time, the wedge-shaped block 3 may be moved toward the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 101 such that the second sub through hole 103 'and the fifth sub through hole 303' are connected by the second connecting member 2 previously used to connect the first sub through hole 103 and the fourth sub through hole 303 (at this time, the first sub through hole 103 and the fourth sub through hole 303, the third sub through hole 103″ and the sixth sub through hole 303″ are all not connected), and at this time, the second connecting member 2 located at the second sub through hole 103 'and the fifth sub through hole 303' may continuously apply a pre-tightening force to the wedge-shaped block 3. Along with the extension of the service time of the assembly structure, the second connecting piece 2 is sequentially moved along the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101, so that the assembly structure can be maintained within the allowable value of one installation gap all the time. In practical application, the number of the first through holes can be more than two, and similarly, the number of the second through holes can be more than two, and the number of the first through holes and the number of the second through holes can be in a one-to-one correspondence relationship, or in a one-to-many relationship, that is, more than one second through hole is correspondingly arranged in one first through hole. The first through holes can be distributed at equal intervals or at unequal intervals. It is further preferable that when one of the through-hole groups is in the connected state, at least a pair of the through-hole groups which are not coaxially arranged have a pitch of the central axes (i.e., the pitch of the central axes of the first through-hole and the central axes of the second through-hole is preferably equal to or smaller than the radius of the first through-hole and the second through-hole).
In the sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, on the basis of the fourth or fifth embodiment, the U-like groove 101 is tapered in the groove depth direction thereof, and the first side wall 105 is parallel to the groove depth direction of the U-like groove 101; the first side wall 105 and the second side wall 102 are arranged at a first preset angle; the wedge block 3 comprises a first end 301 connected with the cutting tooth 4 and a second end 302 connected with the tooth holder 1; the first end 301 and the second end 302 are arranged at a second preset angle along the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101; the first predetermined angle is approximately equal to the second predetermined angle. Preferably, the first side wall 105 extends in the up-down direction, the left and right side walls of the cutting tooth 4 also extend in the up-down direction, the second side wall 102 is an inclined wall, and the end of the second side wall 102 near the opening end of the U-shaped groove 101 is inclined towards the right side; therefore, the first preset angle and the second preset angle form an included angle which is an actual face; that is, the first preset angle is an included angle between the left and right inner wall surfaces of the U-shaped groove 101, and the second preset angle is an included angle between the end surface of the first end 301 and the end surface of the second end 302 of the wedge-shaped block 3. Because the first preset angle and the second preset angle are approximate (including that the first preset angle is equal to the second preset angle, and the absolute value of the difference value of the first preset angle and the second preset angle is in the preset value range, if the preset range value is greater than zero and not greater than 5 degrees), the verticality of the cutting tooth 4 is ensured, and the suitability and the clamping degree of the assembly structure during installation are also ensured. Preferably, the cutting portion 404 of the cutting tooth 4 is disposed adjacent to the first sidewall 105.
In a seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an assembly structure of a cutting tooth for a slot milling machine includes: a cutting tooth 4 and a mating assembly of a cutting tooth for a slot milling machine as described in any one of the preceding claims; the tooth holder 1 is provided with a U-shaped groove 101 for accommodating the cutting teeth 4; the wedge-shaped block 3 is clamped between the cutting teeth 4 and the side wall of the U-shaped groove 101; a first concave-convex matching structure is arranged at the contact position of the cutting teeth 4 and the tooth holder 1; the contact part of the wedge-shaped block 3 and the tooth holder 1 is provided with a second concave-convex matching structure; a third concave-convex matching structure is arranged at the contact position of the wedge-shaped block 3 and the cutting teeth 4; the first concave-convex matching structure is connected through a first connecting piece 5, so that the cutting teeth 4 and the tooth holder 1 are connected through the first connecting piece 5; the second concave-convex matching structure is connected through the second connecting piece 2, so that the wedge-shaped block 3 and the tooth holder 1 are connected through the second connecting piece 2.
In practical application, in the assembly process, cutting tooth 4 and toothholder 1 can be preinstalled first, cutting tooth 4 is fixed a position, spacing through first unsmooth cooperation structure to preliminary fixed through first connecting piece 5 two, then insert wedge 3 between class U-shaped groove 101 and cutting tooth 4 through second unsmooth cooperation structure and third unsmooth cooperation structure, make the installation of closely laminating of three, with guarantee the zero clearance installation of three, and lock zero clearance installation state through second connecting piece 2, thereby guaranteed assembly structure's fastness and fastness. More preferably, the concave-convex matching structure between parts (between the cutting teeth 4 and the tooth holder 1, between the tooth holder 1 and the wedge block 3, and between the wedge block 3 and the cutting teeth 4) also effectively limits the back-and-forth swing of the cutting teeth 4; and because of concave-convex matching among parts, the installation clearance of the cutting teeth 4 is further effectively reduced, so that the parts are tightly matched.
In the eighth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, on the basis of the seventh embodiment, the device further includes an adjusting pad 6, where the adjusting pad 6 is clamped in the contact gap of the third concave-convex matching structure; since the contact of the relief-fit structure is a surface-to-surface contact, the shim 6 is preferably of a sheet-like structure and has a stiffness less than that between the cutting teeth 4 and/or the wedge 3. It should be noted that, in practical application, the wedge block 3 has a strip structure, so that the wedge block 3 is conveniently inserted between the wedge block 3 and the cutting teeth 4, and the whole assembly process is conveniently and smoothly carried out. In practical application, the wedge block 3 may be only disposed at a contact position between the cutting tooth 4 and the tooth holder 1, that is, the cutting tooth 4 and the wedge block 3 are sequentially contained in the U-shaped groove 101 along one direction, as shown in fig. 1, and the cutting tooth 4 and the wedge block 3 are sequentially disposed in the U-shaped groove 101 from left to right. Of course, the cutting teeth 4 and the wedge 3 are disposed in the U-like groove 101 in this order from right to left. The wedge blocks 3 can also be arranged at two contact positions of the cutting teeth 4 and the tooth holder 1, namely, two wedge blocks 3 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the cutting teeth 4. It should be noted that the first connecting piece 5 and the second connecting piece 2 sequentially penetrate along the surface perpendicular to the tooth holder 1 (i.e. the U-shaped surface similar to the U-shaped groove 101) at the contact position of the cutting tooth 4, the tooth holder 1 and the wedge block 3 in pairs so as to realize the pairwise connection between the three; preferably, the first connecting piece 5 and the second connecting piece 2 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the U-shaped groove 101, and more preferably, two-by-two detachable connection between the first connecting piece 5 and the second connecting piece 2 can be used. The first connecting member 5 and the second connecting member 2 may be the same or different connecting members, such as bolts, screws, pins, screws, etc., and even the first connecting member 5 and the second connecting member 2 are preferably elastic members, and may be solid or hollow columnar connecting members; when the first and second connection members 5, 2 are elastic pins, the elastic pins are preferably interference fit with the corresponding through holes (i.e. the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, third, and third sub through holes 103, 103', 103", 106", 303", 402).
In a ninth embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, on the basis of the seventh or eighth embodiment, the U-shaped groove 101 includes a first side wall 105 and a second side wall 102 that are disposed opposite to each other; the wedge 3 is arranged between the cutting tooth 4 and the second side wall 102 such that the cutting tooth 4 is arranged close to the first side wall 105; the second side wall 102 is provided with a plurality of first through holes in sequence along the extending direction of the second side wall; the wedge-shaped block 3 is provided with a plurality of second through holes corresponding to the plurality of first through holes; the center distance between two adjacent first through holes is larger than the center distance between two adjacent second through holes corresponding to the first through holes. It should be noted that, the center-to-center distance herein refers to a straight line distance between central axes of the first through hole and the second through hole. 1-3, the groove depth direction along the U-like groove 101 is defined as an up-down direction, wherein the opening of the U-like groove 101 is arranged near the upper side, and the bottom surface of the U-like groove 101 is arranged near the lower side; the first side wall 105 of the U-shaped groove 101 is arranged near the left side, the second side wall 102 of the U-shaped groove 101 is arranged near the right side, and the tooth holder 1 is sequentially provided with a first sub through hole 103, a second sub through hole 103' and a third sub through hole 103″ along the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101 at the second side wall 102; correspondingly, the wedge-shaped block 3 is sequentially provided with a fourth sub through hole 303, a fifth sub through hole 303' and a sixth sub through hole 303″ at the right end (i.e., the second end 302) along the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101; wherein the center distance between the first sub-through hole 103 and the second sub-through hole 103 'is L1, the center distance between the second sub-through hole 103' and the third sub-through hole is L2, and the center distance between the first sub-through hole 103 and the third sub-through hole 103″ is L3; the center distance between the fourth sub-through hole 303 and the fifth sub-through hole 303 'is T1, the center distance between the fifth sub-through hole 303' and the sixth sub-through hole 303″ is T2, and the center distance between the fourth sub-through hole 303 and the sixth sub-through hole 303″ is T3; thus, L1 > T1, L2 > T2, and L3 > T3, as known from the inequality algorithm.
It should be noted that the number of the first through holes may be one or more, and the number of the second through holes may be a plurality; in this case, the assembly mode of the first through hole and the second through hole may be opposite to the above-mentioned assembly mode (i.e., the first through hole and the second through hole near the opening end of the U-shaped groove 101 are connected and sequentially matched towards the groove depth direction of the U-shaped groove 101), but the second through hole near the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 101 is matched with the first through hole near the opening end of the U-shaped groove 101; also, with the use of the present assembly structure, the wedge-shaped block 3 moves toward the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove 101, so that the second through hole located above and the first through hole matched with the second through hole located below are matched for use, thereby realizing the gapless installation of the present assembly structure. Therefore, at this time, the number relationship between the first through holes and the second through holes may be a one-to-many relationship; a many-to-many relationship is also possible. Such a mounting means should also fall within the scope of the present invention; however, this mounting is based on the fact that the mounting of the wedge 3 does not affect the use of the cutting tooth 4.
