随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于服装的功能性,舒适性和美感等提出了更为苛刻的要求。而目前,多数的面料缝制成的服装缺少动感,颜色单一,显得过于单调和呆板,无法给人们尤其是喜欢追求时尚元素的年轻人带来更多的美感与乐趣,单一颜色的面料满足不了市场的需求,也束缚了服装设计师对个性服装面料的选择。近来,在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物附加功效,不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性。
世界的大发展带来了物质的极大丰富,各种材料层出不穷,人们对于面料色彩的要求越来越高,普通衣物的色彩不够艳丽无法满足女性对时尚的追求,人们对于服饰色彩绚丽多变的追求有愈演愈烈之势,据悉现在城市中的人们平均每天更换超过两套衣服,桌布、窗帘等装饰面料的使用年限不超过三年,此举虽然给大家带来极大的美感,但也浪费了大家的许多精力和时间,同时过多废弃布料的处理也对环境造成了巨大的污染。
PVC材料是一种可以回收重复使用的环保材料,将PVC材料用于色布料将大大提高了布料的使用广度,也节省了棉、麻等材料的使用,如何设计出一种环保的PVC色布将是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种环保PVC色布。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种环保PVC色布,所述环保PVC色布分为四层:PVC光致变色膜、PVC色布层、纤维层和亚克力膜,所述环保PVC色布的主体部分设计为OVC色布层,所述PVC色布层的上表面铺设为PVC光致变色膜,所述PVC色布层的下表面铺设为纤维层,所述纤维层的下表面铺设为亚克力膜,所述环保色布的边沿设计有封边。
优选的,所述纤维层内设计有香料和防虫防霉剂。
优选的,所述纤维层内的防虫防霉剂安置在香料之间。
优选的,所述纤维层具体由以下材料组成:麻纤维30~45份、纤维素15~21份、棉纤维24~32份、直玻璃纤维5~12份和黏胶纤维10~15份。
优选的,所述纤维层中还添加有20~25份的填料。
优选的,所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉和硅藻土中的一种或者几种。

其中,所述有机稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、有机锌稳定剂和有机体稳定剂,有机锡稳定剂、有机锌稳定剂和有机体稳定剂为1:1:1。

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:所述纤维层3具体由以下材料组成:麻纤维45份、纤维素15份、棉纤维32份、直玻璃纤维5份和黏胶纤维15份。

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:所述纤维层3具体由以下材料组成:麻纤维40份、纤维素20份、棉纤维30份、直玻璃纤维10份和黏胶纤维15份。

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于:所述PVC色布层2具体由以下材料组成:PVC糊树脂40份、PVC树脂粉30份、颜料25份、硅原胶20份、硅油15份、无苯橡胶10份、硬脂酸5份、纳米氧化锌5份、纳米二氧化硅10份、纳米氢氧化铝5份、有机稳定剂5份、乳胶10份和甘油15份。
其中,所述有机稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、有机锌稳定剂和有机体稳定剂,有机稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、有机锌稳定剂和有机体稳定剂的比例为1:1:1。
在本发明中,本发明环保PVC色布利用新型环保PVC材料进行科学合理的配比,将常规环保安全的原料用在配方里,具有良好的热稳定性和加工性能,且环保无毒、成本低廉,在PVC的加工过程中塑化性好、并可降低平衡扭矩,透光性好,且成本低,提高热稳定性,型材焊接强度高,且将多种板材复合成环保PVC色布,能够有效提高色布的功能和性能,使得色布更具市场潜力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述环保PVC色布分为四层:PVC光致变色膜(1)、PVC色布层(2)、纤维层(3)和亚克力膜(4),所述环保PVC色布的主体部分设计为OVC色布层(2),所述PVC色布层(2)的上表面铺设为PVC光致变色膜(1),所述PVC色布层(2)的下表面铺设为纤维层(3),所述纤维层(3)的下表面铺设为亚克力膜(4),所述环保色布的边沿设计有封边(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)内设计有香料(5)和防虫防霉剂(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)内的防虫防霉剂(6)安置在香料(5)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)具体由以下材料组成:麻纤维30~45份、纤维素15~21份、棉纤维24~32份、直玻璃纤维5~12份和黏胶纤维10~15份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)中还添加有20~25份的填料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述填料为轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉和硅藻土中的一种或者几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述PVC色布层(2)具体由以下材料组成:PVC糊树脂30~45份、PVC树脂粉24~32份、颜料22~28份、硅原胶15~21份、硅油11~16份、无苯橡胶8~13份、硬脂酸5~9份、纳米氧化锌4~7份、纳米二氧化硅6~11份、纳米氢氧化铝4~8份、有机稳定剂3~6份、乳胶8~13份和甘油11~16份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种环保PVC色布,其特征在于:所述有机稳定剂为有机锡稳定剂、有机锌稳定剂和有机体稳定剂中的一种或者几种。
