The control key board of the Bluetooth host 1 comprises a sterilization function starting key; the Bluetooth host 1 sends the sterilization UV lamp starting and closing command to the first Bluetooth communicator of the air outlet air purification assembly 2 through the Bluetooth communication unit when a sterilization function starting key is pressed down, and the first Bluetooth communicator of the air outlet air purification assembly receives the command and controls the starting and the closing of the UV emission lamp. In fig. 2, a is an air outlet of an automobile air conditioner, P is a front panel of an instrument desk around the air outlet of the air conditioner, and each air outlet air purification assembly 2 includes: an adjustable fixed frame 21 for sealing and fixing the assembly on a front panel P around an air outlet of a vehicle air conditioner, and a filter layer 22 mounted on the adjustable fixed frame 21. With reference to fig. 3 and 4, the adjustable fixing frame 21 of the air outlet air purification assembly specifically includes: the two transverse frame strips 2101, 2102 and the two longitudinal frame strips 2103, 2104, both of which can be made of rubber strips, thus having a certain elasticity; because the length and the width of the air-conditioning air outlet of automobiles with different styles are different, in order to increase the universality of the air outlet air purification assembly 2, the distance between the two transverse frame strips 2101 and 2102 and the distance between the two longitudinal frame strips 2103 and 2104 can be independently adjusted within a certain range, as shown in fig. 4, the two end parts of each transverse frame strip 2101 and 2102 are provided with a transverse adjusting groove 2101A and 2102A with a first preset length, and the two end parts of each longitudinal frame strip 2103 and 2104 are provided with a longitudinal adjusting groove 2103A and 2104A with a second preset length; the adjustable fixed frame 21 further comprises a lock 2108, wherein the lock 2108 penetrates through the transverse adjustment slot and the longitudinal adjustment slot, and the transverse frame strips 2101 and 2102 and the longitudinal frame strips 2103 and 2104 are locked and combined with each other through the lock 2108. The inner surfaces of the transverse frame strips 2101 and 2102 and the longitudinal frame strips 2103 and 2104 facing one side of the air-conditioning air outlet are attached with a silica gel layer, the inner surface of the silica gel layer facing one side of the air-conditioning air outlet is attached with an adhesive layer, the adjustable fixing frame 21 is fixed on the front panel through adhesion, and the adhesion sealing between the adjustable fixing frame 21 and the front panel after adhesion is increased by utilizing the deformation of the silica gel layer of the inner surface. The outer surfaces of the transverse frame strip and the longitudinal frame strip, which face one side of the space in the vehicle, are hermetically connected with an elastic silica gel sleeve 2105; due to the elastic tension of the silicone sleeve itself, the elastic silicone sleeve 2105 remains hermetically connected to the adjustable fixing frame 21 even with the change in the distance between the transverse frame strip and the longitudinal frame strip. The opening of the elastic silica gel sleeve 2105 is sleeved on the outer wall of the filter layer mounting box 2106, and the elastic silica gel sleeve 2105 is tightly sleeved on the filter layer mounting box 2106. One side of the filter layer mounting box 2106 is provided with a box cover which can be opened and closed, the filter layer 22 can be inserted into the filter layer mounting box 2106 or taken out from the filter layer mounting box 2106 after the box cover is opened, so that the filter layer mounting box 2106 is only required to be taken down from the elastic silica gel sleeve 2105 and the box cover is opened when the filter layer 22 needs to be replaced, and the opening of the elastic silica gel sleeve 2105 is sleeved again after the replacement. The inner and outer walls of the filter layer mounting box 2106 are provided with a plurality of vent holes for air to enter and exit the filter layer mounting box 2106. And the filter layer mounting case 2106 has a UV emitting lamp 2107 inside.
The structure of the filter layer 22 of the air outlet air purification assembly 2 is as shown in fig. 5, and the filter layer sequentially comprises from one side facing the air outlet of the air conditioner to one side of the space in the vehicle: polytetrafluoroethylene fiber filter layer 2201, activated carbon fiber filter layer 2202, bamboo charcoal micropore paper core filter layer 2203, photocatalyst grid filter layer 2204. The polytetrafluoroethylene fiber filter layer 2201 can filter particles such as dust, PM2.5 inhalable particles and the like in air. The activated carbon fibers in the activated carbon fiber filter layer 2202 have a large specific surface area, and can realize the adsorption of aldehydes, benzene compounds and tail gas in the air. The bamboo charcoal microporous paper core filtering layer 2203 is prepared by spraying bamboo charcoal particles on the surface of microporous paper with tiny through grid gaps, compared with the prior artThe bamboo charcoal filter layer mainly made of fiber can realize the effects of adsorption, odor removal, mildew prevention and moisture absorption on the premise of not influencing the ventilation capacity. The photocatalyst grid filter layer 2204 comprises a grid arranged on one side of the filter layer closest to the space in the vehicle, and photocatalyst materials are sprayed on the grid; the photocatalyst material comprises the following components: TiO 0.6-0.8 wt%20.4-0.6% by weight of Al2O30.1-0.3% by weight of nano silver particles and 0.2-0.5% by weight of SnO2The balance of sol; when the UV emission lamp 2107 is turned on to emit ultraviolet rays, the photocatalyst components are driven to perform catalytic reaction, so that viruses and bacteria in the air can be killed, and the residual formaldehyde can be sufficiently decomposed.
As for the window air cleaning assembly 3, as shown in fig. 6, each of the window air cleaning assemblies 3 includes: the assembly is arranged and fixed on a cabin body 31 at a window (such as a window W in figure 6) and a skylight, a filter screen 32 which can extend out and retract the cabin body, a filter screen moving side rail 33 which is arranged on a beam column (such as a beam column H in figure 6) at two sides of the window or on a ceiling at two sides of the skylight of the vehicle, and a transparent magnetic adhesive tape 34 is stuck on the window or the skylight glass of the vehicle. It can be seen that as the window W glass descends during window opening, the filter screen 32 extends out of the bin body 31 and slides downwards along the filter screen moving side rail 33; as the window W glass rises when the window is closed, the filter net 32 slides upward along the filter net moving side rail 33 until it is retracted into the cabinet 31. In order to ensure the sealing between the filter screen 32 and the window W glass and ensure that air flows into the vehicle through the filter screen 32 in a windowing state, a transparent magnetic adhesive tape 34 is adhered to the window or skylight glass of the vehicle, and a magnetic strip is arranged at the tail end of the filter screen 32, so that the filter screen and the window W glass are sealed and attached through magnetic attraction.
As shown in fig. 7, the cabin 31 of the window air cleaning assembly 3 includes: a silo body shell 3101, a mounting part 3102, a filter screen inlet/outlet 3103, a driving motor 3104, a rotating shaft 3105 and a tension detector 3106. And the filter screen 32 of the window air cleaning assembly 3 includes: a window glass connecting part 3201, a flexible filtering layer 3202 and a filter screen side frame 3203. The mounting portion 3102 fixedly mounts the cabin housing 3101 on an upper portion of a side window of the vehicle or a front portion of a sunroof. The driving motor 3104, the rotating shaft 3105 and the tension detector 3106 are installed inside the cabin casing 3101, and the driving motor 3104 can drive the rotating shaft 3105 to rotate bidirectionally. The flexible filter layer 3202 is disposed around the rotating shaft 3105, a first end of the flexible filter layer 3202 is adhered to the rotating shaft 3105, and the flexible filter layer 3202 can extend out and retract into the silo housing 3101 through the filter screen access 3103 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 3105. The screen side frame 3203 slides along the screen moving side rail 33 as the flexible filter layer 3202 is extended and retracted. The window glass connecting part 3201 is a magnetic strip, which is connected to the second end of the flexible filter layer 3202 and is attached to the transparent magnetic adhesive tape 34 of the window or skylight glass through magnetic attraction, so that the second end of the flexible filter layer 3202 is kept sealed with the window or skylight.
The tension detector 3106 detects the magnitude of tension applied to the window W or the sunroof glass by the flexible filter layer 3202. When the pulling force is greater than the first pulling force threshold, the pulling force detector 3106 sends a first driving signal to the driving motor 3104, and controls the driving motor 3104 to rotate so as to drive the flexible filtering layer 3202 to extend out; when the pulling force is lower than the second pulling force threshold, the pulling force detector 3106 sends a second driving signal to the driving motor 3104, and controls the driving motor 3104 to rotate to drive the flexible filtering layer 3202 to retract. Thus, when the user operates the vehicle to open and close the window, the flexible filter 3202 can be automatically extended or retracted under the driving of the driving motor 3104 according to the change of the pulling force. Of course, the user can also open and close the window independently without activating the filter screen 32 by separating the magnetic attraction between the window glass connection part 3201 and the transparent magnetic rubber strip 34. And, in the case of opening the window, the window screen lifting key is used to send the opening and recovery control command, the filter screen 32 is independently controlled to lift to a proper position, and then the window glass connecting part 3201 and the transparent magnetic adhesive tape 34 are manually subjected to magnetic contact sealing.
As shown in fig. 8, the flexible filter layer 3202 of the vehicle window air purification assembly sequentially includes, from the outside of the vehicle to the inside space side: a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber filter layer 3202A, an activated carbon fiber blended fabric filter layer 3202B and a bamboo charcoal fiber blended fabric filter layer 3202C. The polytetrafluoroethylene fiber filter layer 3202A is used for filtering particles such as dust, PM2.5 inhalable particles and the like in the air. Activated carbon fiber mixes fabric filter layer 3202B and is formed by activated carbon fiber and the blending of ventilative fabric fiber, has suitable compliance, is convenient for encircle the pivot and accomodate in the storehouse internal, and activated carbon fiber has great specific surface area, can realize the absorption to aldehyde, benzene class compound and tail gas in the air. The bamboo charcoal fiber blended fabric filter layer 3202C is formed by blending fabric fibers prepared by spraying bamboo charcoal nanoparticles on the surface and breathable fabric fibers, has appropriate flexibility, and realizes the effects of adsorption, odor removal, mildew prevention and moisture absorption.
