Abstract

The invention can realize the change of the angle and the distance between the grinding wheels, thereby being capable of mechanically cutting large-batch knives and swords to open rough or polish the polished workpiece, saving time and labor, avoiding obvious cutting edges in the rough grinding stage, greatly saving the personnel cost of enterprises and improving the production efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the included angle between two grinding wheels 3 needs to be adjusted, the guiding fixing nuts 6 in the guiding shafts 7 in the upper guiding groove 5 and the lower guiding groove 14 are loosened, the total number of the guiding fixing nuts is 6, then the positions of the guiding fixing nuts on the adjusting screw rod 11 are adjusted by the adjusting nuts 13 through a spanner, the first connecting rod 1201 drives the second connecting rod 1202 and the third connecting rod 1203 to act, the acting force is transmitted to the motor 2 through the third connecting rod 1203, the included angle between each pair of the motor 2 and the grinding wheel 3 is increased or decreased, meanwhile, the grinding wheel 3 is assisted to the required angle and position by hands, and after the angle is adjusted according to the surface scale of the lower guiding groove 14, the adjusting nuts 13 are locked. There are 2 motors 2, and the switches of each motor 2 can be combined so as to realize the same switch.
