Technical Field

Background
A reflow oven is an apparatus for soldering a circuit board carrying electronic components. By providing a heating environment, the solder paste is heated and melted so that the surface-mounted components and the circuit board are reliably bonded together through the solder paste alloy. The inlet and outlet of the reflow oven are provided with modularized driving devices which are positioned in the areas of the circuit board before the circuit board enters the hearth and after the manufacturing process is completed. In the process, the inlet driving module is used for automatically conveying the connecting circuit board from the previous working procedure of the process assembly line to the hearth, completing the whole temperature curve after being heated by hot air of the hearth, automatically outputting the circuit board to the next working procedure through the outlet driving module, realizing the full automation of the whole assembly line and improving the production efficiency.
The temperature profile requirements for different circuit board reflow ovens will vary. The temperature curve of the drying and ageing furnace is horizontal (the temperature of the whole region in the furnace is set to be the same), and the furnace type is widely applied. In order to be more flexibly applied to the whole process production line, the production efficiency is improved greatly, and the conventional unidirectional conveying circuit board cannot meet the market demand.
