The present invention proposes a bowl basket assembly 10 for a dishwasher 100.
In particular, the dishwasher 100 includes a rack, a liner, and a bowl basket assembly 10 disposed within the liner. Wherein, the inner bag is connected with the support in a sliding way and can be pulled out from the support, and the top of the inner bag is provided with a mounting opening for mounting or taking out the bowl basket assembly 10. The following description is primarily directed to specific embodiments of the bowl and basket assembly 10.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the bowl and basket assembly 10 includes a bowl and basket body 11, a support 12 and a cup holder 13. Wherein the support piece 12 is arranged on the side wall of the bowl basket body 11; the cup bracket 13 is connected with the supporting piece 12, and the connection position of the cup bracket 13 and the supporting piece 12 can be movably adjusted along the up-down direction, so that the cup bracket 13 has a plurality of supporting positions with different heights, and in any supporting position, the cup bracket 13 is opened relative to the side wall of the bowl basket body 11 to form a space for placing tableware.
In the present embodiment, the bowl basket body 11 is mainly used for placing dinner plates, bowls, dishes and other tableware, and the cup holder 13 is mainly used for placing cup-shaped tableware, such as teacups, coffee cups or goblets and the like. The bowl basket body 11 comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, and a containing cavity for placing tableware is formed between the bottom wall and the side wall in a surrounding mode. The support 12 is provided on a side wall of the bowl basket body 11, and the cup bracket 13 is connected with the bowl basket body 11 through the support 12.
Specifically, the support member 12 and the bowl basket body 11 can be detachably connected by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like, and of course, the support member 12 can also be mounted on the bowl basket body 11 in a non-detachable manner. In practical applications, preferably, the supporting member 12 is a plastic member, and the supporting member 12 is detachably fixed on the bowl basket body 11, so that a user can selectively install the supporting member 12 on different side walls of the bowl basket body 11 according to practical situations, so as to maximize the space utilization of the bowl basket assembly 10.
For example, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the side wall of the bowl basket body 11 includes a plurality of transverse ribs 111 and vertical ribs 112 that are disposed in a crossing manner, one surface of the supporting member 12, which is matched with the side wall of the bowl basket body 11, is provided with a plurality of first clamping members 123 and second clamping members 124, the second clamping members 124 are located at the lower sides of the first clamping members 123, and the first clamping members 123 and the second clamping members 124 are both clamped and fixed on the transverse ribs 111. Preferably, the first clamping member 123 has a first opening slot with a downward opening, the second clamping member 124 is provided with a second opening slot at the outer end in the horizontal direction, when assembling, the first clamping member 123 is firstly clamped on the transverse rib 111 from top to bottom, and then the supporting member 12 is rotated towards the side wall direction of the bowl basket body 11 so that the second clamping member 124 is clamped on the lower transverse rib 111, the assembling is simple and convenient, and the assembling stability is better. Preferably, the portion of the transverse rib 111 corresponding to the second clamping member 124 is concavely formed with a limiting groove 1111, and the second clamping member 124 is clamped to the bottom of the limiting groove 1111, so that two side walls of the limiting groove 1111 can play a certain limiting role on the support member 12 in the transverse direction.
The cup holder 13 is mounted to the bowl basket body 11 by a support 12 for holding cutlery. In practical application, in order to reasonably utilize space, the cup holder 13 is generally set to be a rectangular hollow plate structure, and the length direction of the cup holder is consistent with the extending direction of the side wall of the bowl basket body 11, the cup holder 13 is generally made into a grid plate shape in an injection molding mode, and one side, far away from the side wall of the bowl basket body 11, of the cup holder 13 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves for placing goblets in the length direction. In the support position, the cup holder 13 is angled relative to the side wall of the bowl basket body 11 to form a space for placing cutlery. And when in the supporting position, the cup holder 13 is inclined upwards relative to the bottom wall of the bowl basket body 11, so that tableware can be abutted against the side wall of the bowl basket body 11 while being placed on the cup holder 13, and the tableware is prevented from sliding off the cup holder 13.
The connection position between the cup holder 13 and the support 12 is movably adjustable in the up-down direction so that the cup holder 13 has a plurality of support positions of different heights. For example, the connection between the cup holder 13 and the support 12 can be adjusted in different height positions by means of a sliding fit, a rotating fit or a telescopic fit. In practical application, different adjusting gears can be set according to the size specification of different tableware, for example, two adjusting gears of low gear or high gear can be set. Of course, one or more intermediate adjustment gears may also be provided to accommodate more gauges of cutlery.
Specifically, the user can select different adjustment gears according to actual conditions to enable the cup bracket 13 to be in the supporting positions with different heights. Referring to fig. 7 to 9, for example, when only a shorter cup (such as a coffee cup) is to be cleaned, the supporting position of the cup holder 13 can be adjusted upward to the first supporting position (as shown in fig. 7), so that the placement of the shorter cup is satisfied, and more space is left below the cup holder 13 for placing tableware with larger size. When a cup with a higher size (such as a large teacup) needs to be cleaned, the supporting position of the cup bracket 13 can be adjusted downwards to a second supporting position (as shown in fig. 8), so that enough rest space can be reserved between the cup bracket 13 and the side wall of the bowl basket body 11, and the cup with the higher size can be stably placed on the cup bracket 13 and abutted against the side wall of the bowl basket body 11, thereby avoiding sliding damage in the cleaning process. Of course, an intermediate support position may also be provided between the first support position and the second support position.
