The mincing mechanism 100 can make the mincing and cutting work of the meat blocks easier, can realize the function of cutting shredded meat, and is a real household shredded meat mincer.
In the embodiment, the bottom of the support 200 is provided with a sucker adsorption mechanism, so that the meat grinder can be firmly adsorbed on the table surface for fixation, and the meat grinding work is easier and safer. The suction cup adsorption mechanism is characterized in that the suction cup pulling button 23 is pulled to control the pulling block 26 to pull the suction cup pull rod 25 to enable the suction cup 22 to generate negative pressure adsorption, when the suction cup pulling button 23 is rotated, the pulling block 26 rotates to push the suction cup pull rod 25 to move up and down in the guide chute 21-1, so that the suction cup 22 can be pulled to generate negative pressure suction, and the suction cup adsorption mechanism is ingenious in structural design and flexible and convenient to operate.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a meat grinder of this embodiment is further provided with a presser 400, and when in use, materials (such as meat pieces) are fed from a feed hopper 1-1, the presser 400 is used to press the materials, and simultaneously, the rocking handle 300 is rocked to push the screw 4 to move forward, and under the action of the rotation stopping structure 1-3, the materials are not rotated along with the screw 4 but pushed forward and extruded into a sheet shape by a thin wall space formed by the screw 4 and the inner wall of the barrel 1, and when the materials reach the front part of the barrel 1, the materials are extruded into the cutter opening 9, and simultaneously, the blade 5 cuts the materials in the cutter opening 9 along with the rotation of the screw 4, thereby cutting the materials. As the materials are extruded and deformed by the screw 4, the tissues are softer, and the processed meat product has better and tender taste. After the use, the mincing mechanism 100 is detached from the holder 200 and cleaned.
According to the mincing mechanism with the follow-up mincing notch and the meat mincer using the mincing mechanism, the screw is used for conveying materials, the materials are extruded into sheets, the follow-up mincing notch is formed at the front end of the screw through the blade capable of rotating along with the screw and the annular shearing cutterhead which is fixedly arranged, the mincing and cutting can be synchronously carried out in the forward pushing process of the materials (meat blocks), the pushing resistance of the screw is small, and the mincing and cutting are easier and more labor-saving; moreover, by the design of the shape of the follow-up cutter, the cutting function can be realized, and the requirements of consumers on cutting shredded pork at home are greatly met; has the advantages of ingenious structural design, convenient disassembly and cleaning, easy and labor-saving twisting and cutting, safe and stable twisting and cutting, and the like.
