The method shown in the embodiment of fig. 2 is described in detail below by referring to a terminal interface diagram shown in fig. 3 by specific examples.
For example, it is assumed that a teleconference includes 3 conference terminals, which are referred to as conference terminal 1-conference terminal 3. The 3 conference terminals correspond to one camera device respectively and are recorded as the camera device 1-the camera device 3 respectively. Further, it is assumed that the conference terminal 1 corresponds to the image pickup apparatus 1, and both the conference terminal 1 and the image pickup apparatus 1 are fixed terminals and are fixedly disposed in the conference room 1.
It is assumed that user 1 participates in the teleconference in conference room 1 through conference terminal 1. When the user 1 needs to leave the conference room 1 and the user has to participate in the teleconference, the user can participate in the teleconference through a personal terminal (e.g., a mobile phone).
The user 1 first generates an identification code of the number of the mobile phone on the mobile phone. Specifically, please refer to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a terminal interface diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, which includes an interface 301-an interface 302.
The interface 301 includes a number output box P corresponding to the "generate own identification code" icon M, the "generate other identification code" icon N, and the "generate other identification code" icon N. Since the user needs to generate the identification code of the own phone number, the user can click the icon "generate the own phone identification code" M to make the mobile phone generate the identification code of the own phone number. Of course, when the user needs to generate the identification code of the number of the other conference terminal through the mobile phone, the user may input the number of the other conference terminal in the number input box P, and click the icon N of "generating the other conference terminal identification code" so that the mobile phone generates the identification code corresponding to the input number of the conference terminal.
After the user clicks the icon M of 'generating the local identification code', the mobile phone acquires the local number. Assuming that the phone number is "12345", the mobile phone generates an identification code corresponding to "12345" according to a preset generation rule. In the interface 302, the mobile phone displays the generated identification code on the display screen of the mobile phone.
After the mobile phone displays the identification code on the display screen of the mobile phone, the user can place the display screen of the mobile phone in front of the lens of the camera device 1 and input a shooting instruction in the conference terminal 1, so that the conference terminal 1 can shoot and acquire an identification code image through the camera device 1. The identification code image includes an identification code corresponding to "12345".
After the conference terminal 1 acquires the identification code image, the conference terminal identifies the identification code in the identification code image to acquire the number "12345" of the mobile phone. The conference terminal 1 encapsulates "12345" to obtain a call request instruction, and sends the call request instruction to the conference server.
The conference server analyzes the received call request instruction to obtain '12345', and calls the mobile phone of the user 1 according to '12345' to add the mobile phone of the user 1 to the teleconference.
In the process, when the user 1 needs to leave the conference room 1 and join the mobile phone of the user into the teleconference, the user 1 only needs to generate the identification code corresponding to the mobile phone number on the mobile phone of the user 1 and shoot the generated identification code through the camera device 1 in the conference room 1, so that the mobile phone of the user 1 can be joined into the teleconference, the operation of the user 1 is simple and convenient, and the efficiency of joining the mobile phone of the user 1 into the teleconference can be improved. Further, in the process, the user 1 does not need to inform the administrator to add the mobile phone of the user into the teleconference, so that the disturbance on the administrator is avoided, and the teleconference can run normally.
According to the teleconference implementation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process of establishing the teleconference, when the second conference terminal needs to be added into the teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located, a user only needs to generate the identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal through the identification code generation terminal and scan the identification code through the first conference terminal, so that the second conference terminal can be added into the teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located, the establishment process of the teleconference is simplified, and the efficiency of establishing the teleconference is improved.
Fig. 4A is a first schematic structural diagram of a conference terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4A, the conference terminal includes a first obtaining module 11, a second obtaining module 12 and a sending module 13, wherein,
the first obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain an identification code image through a camera device, where the identification code image includes an identification code corresponding to a number of a second conference terminal, and the second conference terminal is a terminal that requests to join a teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located;
the second obtaining module 12 is configured to obtain, according to the identification code in the identification code image, the number of the second conference terminal;
the sending module 13 is configured to send the number of the second conference terminal to a conference server, so that the conference server adds the second conference terminal to the conference where the first conference terminal is currently located according to the number of the second conference terminal.
Fig. 4B is a schematic structural diagram of a conference terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4B, the conference terminal includes a first obtaining module 11 and a sending module 13, wherein,
the first obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain an identification code image through a camera device, where the identification code image includes an identification code corresponding to a number of a second conference terminal, and the second conference terminal is a terminal that requests to join a teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located;
the sending module 13 is configured to send the identification code image to the conference server, so that the conference server obtains the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image, and adds the second conference terminal to the conference where the first conference terminal is currently located according to the number of the second conference terminal.
The conference terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
In a possible implementation, the first obtaining module 11 may specifically be configured to:
receiving a shooting instruction input by a user, and shooting the identification code image through the camera device according to the shooting instruction;
or,
and shooting the identification code image through the camera at a preset shooting moment.
In another possible implementation, the second obtaining module 12 may specifically be configured to:
acquiring a preset identification rule, wherein the preset identification rule corresponds to a generation rule of the identification code;
and identifying the identification code in the identification code image according to the preset identification rule so as to acquire the number of the second conference terminal.
In another possible implementation, the sending module 13 may specifically be configured to:
packaging the number of the terminal to obtain a call request instruction, wherein the call request instruction is used for instructing the conference server to call the number of the second conference terminal;
and sending the call request instruction to the conference server.
The conference terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an identification code generation terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the identification code generating terminal may include:
a receiving module 21, configured to receive an identification code generation instruction input by a user;
the obtaining module 22 is configured to obtain a number of a second conference terminal according to the type of the identification code generation instruction, where the second conference terminal is a terminal that requests to join a teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located;
the generating module 23 is configured to generate an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal, and display the identification code in the identification code generating terminal, so that the first conference terminal obtains an identification code image including the identification code through a camera device.
The identification code generation terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
In a possible implementation, the obtaining module 22 is specifically configured to:
if the identification code generation instruction is a first identification code generation instruction, acquiring the number of the identification code generation terminal through a preset interface, and determining the number of the identification code generation terminal as the number of the second conference terminal;
and if the identification code generation instruction is a second identification code generation instruction, acquiring a number input by a user in a preset input box, and determining the number input by the user as the number of the second conference terminal.
The identification code generation terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a conference server according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, the conference server includes a first communication interface 31, a conference control module 32, a call module 33, and a second communication interface 34, wherein,
the conference control module 32 is configured to receive, through the first communication interface 31, a call request instruction sent by a first conference terminal, where the call request instruction includes a number of a second conference terminal;
the conference control module 32 is further configured to obtain, in the call request instruction, the number of the second conference terminal or an identification code image corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal, where the identification code image includes an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal;
the conference control module 32 is further configured to control the calling module 33 to call the second conference terminal through the second communication interface 34 according to the number of the second conference terminal.
Alternatively, the first communication interface 31 and the second communication interface 32 may be the same interface or different interfaces. Optionally, the first communication interface 31, the conference control module 32, the call module 33, and the second communication interface 34 may all be located at a physical layer.
In a possible implementation manner, the call request instruction includes an identification code image corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal; accordingly, the control module 32 is specifically configured to: acquiring the identification code image in the call request instruction; and acquiring the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image.
In another possible implementation, the central control module 32 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a preset calling protocol through interaction with a protocol layer;
and acquiring the number of the conference terminal in the call request instruction according to the preset call protocol, and controlling the call module 33 to call the second conference terminal through the second communication interface 34 according to the preset call protocol and the number of the conference terminal.
In the above process, the conference server may identify the received call request instruction by setting a preset call protocol in the conference server, and may perform a corresponding operation on the call request instruction according to the preset call protocol (obtain the number of the conference terminal in the call request instruction, and call the conference terminal according to the number of the conference terminal).
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a teleconference system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, the teleconference system includes a first conference terminal 41 located in a current conference, a camera 42 corresponding to the first conference terminal, an identification code generation terminal 43, a second conference terminal 44 requesting to join the current conference, and a conference server 45, wherein,
the identification code generating terminal 43 is configured to obtain the number of the second conference terminal 44 according to an identification code generating instruction input by a user, and generate and display an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal 44;
the first conference terminal 41 is configured to obtain an identification code image including the identification code through the camera 42, obtain a number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image, and send the number of the second conference terminal 44 to the conference server;
the conference server 45 is configured to join the second conference terminal 44 into the current conference according to the number of the second conference terminal 44.
Optionally, the identification code generating terminal 43 and the second conference terminal 44 are the same terminal.
The teleconference system provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the technical scheme shown in the method embodiment, the realization principle and the beneficial effect are similar, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (11)

1. A teleconference implementation method is applied to a first conference terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an identification code image through a camera device, wherein the identification code image comprises an identification code corresponding to the number of a second conference terminal, and the second conference terminal is a terminal requesting to join a teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located;
acquiring the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image, and sending the number of the second conference terminal to a conference server, so that the conference server adds the second conference terminal to the conference where the first conference terminal is currently located according to the number of the second conference terminal;
or,
and sending the identification code image to the conference server so that the conference server acquires the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image, and adding the second conference terminal to the conference where the first conference terminal is currently located according to the number of the second conference terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein acquiring an identification code image including an identification code by a camera device comprises:
receiving a shooting instruction input by a user, and shooting the identification code image through the camera device according to the shooting instruction;
or,
and shooting the identification code image through the camera at a preset shooting moment.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein obtaining the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image comprises:
acquiring a preset identification rule, wherein the preset identification rule corresponds to a generation rule of the identification code;
and identifying the identification code in the identification code image according to the preset identification rule so as to acquire the number of the second conference terminal.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein sending the number of the second conference terminal to a conference server comprises:
packaging the number of the terminal to obtain a call request instruction, wherein the call request instruction is used for instructing the conference server to call the number of the second conference terminal;
and sending the call request instruction to the conference server.
5. A teleconference implementation method is applied to an identification code generation terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an identification code generation instruction input by a user;
acquiring the number of a second conference terminal according to the type of the identification code generation instruction, wherein the second conference terminal is a terminal which requests to join the teleconference where the first conference terminal is currently located;
and generating an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal, and displaying the identification code in the identification code generation terminal so that the first conference terminal acquires an identification code image comprising the identification code through a camera device.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein obtaining the number of the second conference terminal according to the type of the identification code generation instruction comprises:
if the identification code generation instruction is a first identification code generation instruction, acquiring the number of the identification code generation terminal through a preset interface, and determining the number of the identification code generation terminal as the number of the second conference terminal;
and if the identification code generation instruction is a second identification code generation instruction, acquiring a number input by a user in a preset input box, and determining the number input by the user as the number of the second conference terminal.
7. A conference server, comprising a first communication interface, a conference control module, a call module, and a second communication interface, wherein,
the conference control module is used for receiving a call request instruction sent by a first conference terminal through the first communication interface, wherein the call request instruction comprises a number of a second conference terminal or an identification code image corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal, and the identification code image comprises an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal;
the conference control module is further configured to acquire a number of the second conference terminal in the call request instruction;
the conference control module is further configured to control the calling module to call the second conference terminal through the second communication interface according to the number of the second conference terminal.
8. The conference server according to claim 7, wherein the call request instruction includes an identification code image corresponding to a number of the second conference terminal; correspondingly, the control module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the identification code image in the call request instruction;
and acquiring the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image.
9. The conference server according to claim 7 or 8, wherein a preset call protocol is provided in the conference server, and correspondingly, the conference control module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the preset calling protocol through interaction with a protocol layer;
and according to the preset calling protocol, acquiring the number of the conference terminal in the calling request instruction, and controlling the calling module to call the second conference terminal through the second communication interface according to the preset calling protocol and the number of the conference terminal.
10. A teleconference system is characterized by comprising a first conference terminal positioned in a teleconference, a camera device corresponding to the first conference terminal, an identification code generation terminal, a second conference terminal requesting to join the teleconference and a conference server, wherein,
the identification code generating terminal is used for acquiring the number of the second conference terminal according to an identification code generating instruction input by a user, and generating and displaying an identification code corresponding to the number of the second conference terminal;
the first conference terminal is used for acquiring an identification code image comprising the identification code through the camera device, acquiring the number of the second conference terminal according to the identification code in the identification code image, and sending the number of the second conference terminal to the conference server;
and the conference server is used for adding the second conference terminal into the teleconference according to the number of the second conference terminal.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the identification code generating terminal and the second conference terminal are the same terminal.
