Technical Field
The invention relates to a bonding device for a paper tube of a transformer, and belongs to the technical field of transformer insulation part manufacturing equipment.
Background
The paper tube of the transformer is an important component part of a transformer winding, the wall thickness of the paper tube is generally 4-6 mm, and the current method for manufacturing the paper tube of the transformer generally adopts a method for wrapping a movable winding wire by adopting a thin insulating paperboard with the thickness of 0.1mm, so that the paper tube of the transformer is time-consuming, labor-consuming, low in efficiency, weak in bonding between layers, easy to generate bubbles, and seriously affects the quality of the paper tube of the transformer. The method for manufacturing the paper tube of the transformer is to directly roll the paper tube with the seam by using the paper plate with the thickness of 4-6 mm, and then bond the seam by using the adhesive, but because the paper plate is thicker, the paper tube needs to be bound in advance when bonding, and a certain pressure is applied to the overlapped bonding part of the paper tube along the bus to ensure the bonding quality, and the lead screw or the hydraulic pressure is adopted when the paper tube is pressed, so that the formed paper tube of the transformer is inconvenient to take out, and the paper tube is usually finished by other devices, thus being labor-consuming and low in efficiency.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the bonding device for the paper tube of the transformer, which has the advantages of simple structure, uniform stress on the bonding edge of the paper tube of the transformer, easy taking out of finished products without auxiliary equipment, high efficiency and convenient use.

Furthermore, the male die and the female die are arc plates with the same radian. The male die and the female die adopt arc structures, so that the radian of the joint of the paper tube is ensured.
In order to strengthen the strength of the die, a plurality of reinforcing rib plates are uniformly distributed on both sides of the male die and both sides of the female die.
In order to prevent the problem that the upper pressing plate and the lower supporting plate are not in the same straight line due to manufacturing errors and assembly gaps, the outer side of the frame at the left end of the upper pressing plate is connected with a positioning plate through bolts.

The parallel four-bar mechanism formed by the upper pressing plate, the cross beam and the connecting bars can easily complete separation and compaction between the male die and the female die without other auxiliary equipment, thereby being convenient for taking and placing the paper tube; the upper pressing plate is lifted and adjusted through the right hand wheel and the screw rod, and is compressed through the upper hand wheel and the screw rod, so that the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient; the left and right pressing devices are arranged to lead the edge pressing force of the paper tube to be even; the male die and the female die adopt arc plate structures, so that the joint of the paper tube is ensured to be an arc.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a bonding device for a paper tube of a transformer comprises an upper pressing plate 1, a lower supporting plate 2 and a lower base 3, wherein a male die 11 is fixed at the lower end of the upper pressing plate 1, a female die 12 is fixed at the upper end of the lower supporting plate 2, the lower supporting plate 2 is fixed on the lower base 3, the upper pressing plate 1 is a rectangular frame, the lower supporting plate 2 comprises a cross beam 2.1 and a vertical supporting seat 2.2, the cross beam 2.1 and the vertical supporting seat 2.2 are rectangular frames, the vertical supporting seat 2.2 is fixed at the upper end of one side of the cross beam 2.1, the length of the upper pressing plate 1 is smaller than that of the cross beam 2.1, pressing devices are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the upper pressing plate 1, each pressing device comprises a hand wheel I4, a screw I5 and a fixing block I6, the fixing block I6 is fixed at the inner side of the cross beam 2.1 frame, the screw I5 is fixed at the upper end of the fixing block I6 and sequentially penetrates through a long round hole in the cross beam 2.1 and a long round hole in the upper pressing plate 1, and the hand wheel I4 is mounted at the upper threaded end of the screw I5; a connecting rod 7 is hinged between the upper pressing plate 1 and the cross beam 2.1, and when the left end face of the upper pressing plate 1 is level with the left end face of the cross beam 2.1, the central line of the hinge hole on the upper pressing plate 1 and the central line of the hinge hole on the cross beam 2.1 are not on the same vertical line; the vertical supporting seat 2.2 is provided with a stretching device, the stretching device comprises a hand wheel II8, a screw rod II9 and a fixed block II10, the fixed block II10 is fixed on the inner side of the upper pressing plate 1 frame, the screw rod II9 is fixed on the right end of the fixed block II10, the screw rod II9 penetrates through a slotted hole in the vertical supporting seat 2.2, and the hand wheel II8 is installed at the right threaded end of the screw rod II 9.
Loosening a hand wheel I4 at the upper end of an upper pressing plate, rotating the hand wheel I4 to a certain height of a screw rod I5, driving the upper pressing plate 1 to move rightwards through a screw rod II9 by pulling a hand wheel II8, connecting the upper pressing plate 1 with a cross beam 2.1 through a connecting rod 7, forming a parallel four-bar mechanism by the upper pressing plate 1 and the cross beam 2.1, moving upwards while moving rightwards by the upper pressing plate 1, separating a male die 11 connected with the upper pressing plate 1 from a female die 12 on the cross beam 2.1, putting a paper tube between the male die 11 and the female die 12, pushing the hand wheel II8 to reset the upper pressing plate, simultaneously sequentially screwing the hand wheel II8, a left hand wheel I4 and a right hand wheel I4, pasting a paper tube by the male die and the female die of the cross beam on the upper pressing plate, pulling the hand wheel II8 again after pasting for a period of time, and taking the pasted paper tube out from between the male die and the female die; the long round holes on the upper pressing plate 1, the cross beam 2.1 and the vertical supporting seat 2.2 provide moving space and limit for the screw rod.
Further, the male die 11 and the female die 12 are arc plates with the same radian. The male die and the female die adopt arc structures, so that the radian of the joint of the paper tube is ensured.
In order to strengthen the strength of the die, a plurality of reinforcing rib plates 13 are uniformly distributed on both sides of the male die 11 and both sides of the female die 12.

3. pushing the hand wheel II8 to reset the upper pressing plate 1, simultaneously sequentially screwing the hand wheel II8, the left hand wheel I4 and the right hand wheel I4, and performing edge pressing and pasting of the paper cylinder by a male die on the upper pressing plate and a female die of the cross beam;
4. after the paper tube is pasted for a period of time, the hand wheel II8 is pulled again, and then the pasted paper tube is taken out from the position between the male die and the female die.
