Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention thereto.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the mist outlet assembly of the present invention includes a mist outlet pipe 1 (which may be a bellows, for example), a joint 2 and a float 3.
Wherein the joint 2 comprises a mist outlet part with a mist outlet hole and a float mounting part 4 connected with the mist outlet part. More specifically, the mist outlet portion includes a mist outlet pipe connecting portion 5, one end of which is connected to the mist outlet pipe, and the float 3 is movably installed in the float installation portion 4 and is floatable up and down according to the level of the water. Preferably, one end of the mist outlet pipe far away from the mist outlet part is assembled at the middle position of the fan module of the whole machine.
By adopting the technology, the connector and the floater can be integrated, and compared with the condition that the product without the connector in the prior art and the floater needs to be independently installed, the invention can avoid the problem of neglected loading.
Preferably, the mist outlet assembly further comprises a mist collecting cover 6, the mist outlet portion further comprises a mist collecting cover connecting portion 7, and the joint 2 is connected with the mist collecting cover 6 through the mist collecting cover connecting portion 7. Thus, the mist collecting cover 6 and the mist outlet pipe 1 can be connected by the mist outlet. The connector 2 is added, so that a user cannot damage the mist outlet pipe 1 easily in the dismounting process, and the dismounting is very convenient.
Further, as the float 3 is arranged on the connector 2, when a user forgets to put the mist outlet pipe 1 into the mist collecting cover 6 or cannot put the mist outlet pipe in place, the float 3 on the connector 2 is not connected with the reed pipe on the back of the water tank of the atomizing fan in a sensing way, and the atomizing module of the atomizing fan cannot work, so that the problem that the mist outlet pipe 1 is not assembled or assembled in place is indirectly solved, the effect that the user can automatically check that the mist outlet pipe 1 is not assembled in place is achieved, and the mist leakage phenomenon caused by the fact that the mist outlet pipe 1 is not assembled in place is avoided.
Preferably, the mist collecting cover connecting part 7 and the mist outlet pipe connecting part 5 are coaxially arranged, and the mist outlet passages inside the mist collecting cover connecting part and the mist outlet pipe connecting part are mutually communicated so as to facilitate mist outlet.
Preferably, the joint 2 further includes a connection arm 8, one end of the connection arm 8 is connected to an outer surface of the mist outlet portion, the other end of the connection arm 8 extends in a direction deviating from the mist outlet portion, and the float mounting portion 4 is connected to the other end of the connection arm 8.
Preferably, the connecting arm 8 includes an annular connecting portion 12, a connecting plate 13 and a fixing plate 14, the annular connecting portion 12 is disposed in parallel with the fixing plate 14, the annular connecting portion 12 is connected with one end of the connecting plate 13, the fixing plate 14 is connected with the other end of the connecting plate 13, and the annular connecting portion 12 is disposed outside the mist outlet portion.
Preferably, the float mounting portion 4 includes a cylinder 9, a plurality of openings 10 are formed in a sidewall of the cylinder 9 at intervals, a first end of the cylinder 9 is connected to the other end of the connecting arm 8, and the float 3 is disposed inside the cylinder 9.
Preferably, the first end of the barrel 9 is connected to the other end of the connecting arm 8 by a snap-fit arrangement. Through this kind of buckle structure, can conveniently be with barrel 9 and linking arm 8 connection, the lower extreme of barrel 9 has the end plate that is used for holding the float, is provided with the through-hole on this end plate to pass the tongue tube.
Preferably, the mist outlet assembly further comprises an elastic snap ring 11 sleeved on the outer side of the mist outlet pipe 1, and the joint 2 is connected with the mist outlet pipe 1 through the elastic snap ring 11. Preferably, the mist collecting cover connecting part 7 is directly inserted into the connecting insertion hole of the mist collecting cover 6. In this way, the fog pipe 1 and the fog collecting cover can be conveniently detached for cleaning. When the fog outlet pipe is installed, the joint 2 and the fog outlet pipe 1 are tightly assembled together through the elastic clamping ring 11 to form a whole, and the whole and the upper end of the fog outlet pipe system form the fog outlet pipe system.
Preferably, the float 3 comprises a magnetic element and a float body clad outside the magnetic element. In this way, the connector 2 of the invention can integrate the function of a float switch so as to be matched with the reed pipe on the back of the water tank to control the atomizing module of the atomizing fan.
The invention also provides a refrigerating device comprising the mist outlet assembly. Preferably, the refrigeration device is an atomizing fan.
Preferably, the refrigerating device comprises a water tank, the mist collecting cover 6 of the mist outlet assembly is directly arranged at the atomizing plate of the water tank to cover the atomizing plate in the water tank, so that the purposes of sealing mist and limiting the mist to flow only to the mist outlet pipeline system are achieved.
