Background
In many stoves or cookware used in production, not only the container cover or pot lid is required, but also a corresponding locking mechanism is required to lock the container cover or pot lid in order to ensure the sealing effect. In the prior art, a locking mechanism is generally used as shown in fig. 4, and the locking mechanism comprises a base 401, a rotating shaft 402, a fastener 403 and a screw 404, wherein the base 401 is fixed on a container cover edge 400, one end of the fastener 403 is hinged with the base 401 through the rotating shaft 402, the fastener 403 rotates around the rotating shaft 402, and is connected with the screw 404 at the other end, when the fastener 403 is turned over and fastened on the container cover 400 edge, the tail end of the screw 404 is tightly attached to the upper edge of the container cover 400 by rotating a handle 405 at the top of the screw, so that locking is realized. The present invention addresses the above-described deficiencies of the prior art by providing a locking mechanism that is easy to operate and avoids collisions of the locking mechanism with the furnace, and a brief overview is provided below for a basic understanding of some aspects of the disclosed embodiments. According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a locking mechanism for a container cover, comprising: the device comprises a handle, a locking rod, a stop block, a fixed base and a rotating shaft;
the handle is fixed at one end of the locking rod, and a boss is arranged at the lower end of the handle; the other end of the locking rod is provided with a long slot hole extending along the axial direction of the locking rod; the fixed base is fixed on the opening edge of the container, a U-shaped groove is arranged in the fixed base, and the opening end of the U-shaped groove is closed by a stop block fixed on the fixed base; the tail end of the locking rod, which is provided with a long slot hole, is fixed in the U-shaped slot through a rotating shaft, so that the locking rod is hinged with the fixed base.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the locking lever is provided with a screw thread at one end of the connecting handle. The locking degree of the container cover can be adjusted by rotating the handle.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the locking bar comprises an outer sleeve bar and an inner sleeve bar nested together, the outer sleeve bar being fixedly connected to the inner sleeve bar by means of a tension spring arranged in the outer sleeve bar. The locking is realized conveniently through the elasticity of the spring.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the side of the stop facing the U-shaped groove is provided with a concave hole. The concave hole increases the inclination angle of the locking rod in the direction away from the container cover when the container cover is opened, so that the container cover is not collided with the handle of the locking rod when the container cover is opened.
The invention also provides a positioning block matched with the locking mechanism, the positioning block is fixed on the container cover corresponding to the fixing base of the locking mechanism, the positioning block comprises a positioning hole and a long groove, the width of the long groove is equal to that of the locking rod but slightly larger than the diameter of the locking rod, the positioning hole is a concave hole arranged above the long groove and used for accommodating the boss, and the opening width of the positioning hole is smaller than that of the boss but larger than the diameter of the locking rod.
The invention further provides a container which is provided with a container body and a container cover, wherein the locking mechanism is arranged at the opening of the container body, the positioning block is arranged on the container cover, and the positioning block is arranged at a position corresponding to the locking mechanism.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the container cover is hinged to the container body by a turning block, and the locking mechanism is provided on the container body opposite to the turning block; the positioning block is arranged on the container cover opposite to the overturning block.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the container body is provided with a plurality of locking mechanisms, and the container cover is correspondingly provided with a plurality of positioning blocks.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking mechanisms on the container body are disposed in pairs, and the container covers are correspondingly disposed with positioning blocks disposed in pairs.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the locating block is integrally cast with the container lid.
The locking mechanism and the positioning block are matched for use, so that the locking and the opening of the container cover can be conveniently realized, and the locking mechanism is particularly suitable for remote operation environments such as a hot room and the like which need to be remotely operated by using a manipulator. Meanwhile, the locking mechanism of the invention ensures that the locking rod can not turn over in the opening state and collide with the container body by arranging the stop block, thereby prolonging the service life of the container. Under the remote operation environment, the situation that the locking rod is turned down and is shielded by the container or the furnace body, so that production can not be carried out any more is avoided.

According to a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a container lid locking mechanism, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: handle 103, locking lever 102, stopper 104, stationary base 101 and pivot 105. Wherein the handle 103 is fixed at one end of the locking lever 102, and a lower end of the handle 103 is provided with a boss 106. An elongated slot hole 107 extending in the axial direction of the lock lever 102 is provided at the other end of the lock lever 102. The fixing base 101 is fixed to an opening rim of the container, and a U-shaped groove is provided in the fixing base 101, and an opening end of the U-shaped groove is closed by a stopper 104 fixed to the fixing base 101. The end of the locking lever 102 provided with the long slot hole 107 is fixed in the U-shaped slot by the rotation shaft 105, so that the locking lever 102 is hinged with the fixing base 101. When the container cover is opened, the handle is grasped by the master-slave mechanical arm to lift the locking rod 102 upwards, so that the lower end of the long slot hole 107 is abutted against the rotating shaft 105, and meanwhile, the boss 106 is separated from the positioning block, and then the locking rod 102 is stirred in a direction away from the container cover, at the moment, the locking rod 102 can incline for a certain angle due to the stop block 104 and cannot be turned downwards, so that the container body is prevented from being collided. The side of the stopper 104 facing the U-shaped groove may be provided with a concave hole, which increases the angle of inclination of the locking lever 102 in a direction away from the container cover when the stopper is opened, so that the container cover does not collide with the handle of the locking lever 102 when the container cover is opened.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a structure of another embodiment of a locking mechanism according to the present invention, in which a fixing base 201 is fixed to a container body, and a locking lever 202 includes an outer sleeve lever and an inner sleeve lever which are nested and coupled together, and the outer sleeve lever is fixedly coupled to the inner sleeve lever by a tension spring 208 provided in the outer sleeve lever, so that the locking lever 202 can be stretched by an external force and automatically retracted. When the container cover needs to be locked, the handle 203 is pulled to extend the locking rod 202, then the locking rod 202 rotates towards the container cover around the rotating shaft 205, the boss 206 is buckled into the long groove, and after the handle 203 is released, the locking rod 202 is shortened due to the tensile force of the tension spring 207, so that the container cover locking effect is better. And when opened, the lock lever 202 is prevented from turning over by the stopper 204. Of course, other ways of improving the locking effect may be used, for example, a thread is provided at one end of the locking lever connecting the handle. The locking degree of the container cover can be adjusted by rotating the handle.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the structure of a capped container according to an embodiment of the locking mechanism and the positioning block using the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a fixing base 301 is fixedly coupled to an upper rim of a container body 300, and a stopper 304 closes an opening of the fixing base 301, one end of a locking lever 302 is hinged to the fixing base through a rotation shaft, the other end of the locking lever 302 is coupled to a handle 303, and the handle 303 is provided with a boss 305. The locking mechanism is shown in fig. 3 in an unlocked state, in which the locking bar 302 is tilted at an angle away from the container lid and cannot be flipped over any further under the stop 304. As shown in fig. 2, a positioning block is disposed at the edge of the container cover 308 corresponding to the locking mechanism, the positioning block includes a long groove 306 and a positioning hole 307, the width of the long groove 306 is equal to the width of the locking rod 302 but slightly larger than the width of the locking rod 302, so that the locking rod can easily enter and exit the long groove 06, the positioning hole 307 is a concave hole disposed above the long groove 306 for accommodating the boss 305, and the opening width of the positioning hole 307 is smaller than the width of the boss 305 but larger than the diameter of the locking rod 302, so that when locking, the boss 305 needs to be lifted to a height higher than the positioning hole 307, the locking rod can be smoothly clamped into the long groove 306, and then the boss 305 is buckled in the positioning hole 307 to enable the locking rod 302 to be locked and fixed. In the present embodiment, the locating block is integrally cast with the container lid 308, however, it should be understood that the locating block may be separately formed as an assembly and then secured to the rim of the container lid by welding, riveting or bolting.
Further, in one embodiment according to the present invention, the container cover is hinged to the container body by a flip block, and the locking mechanism is provided on the container body opposite to the flip block; the positioning block is arranged on the container cover opposite to the overturning block.
In one embodiment according to the invention, the container body is provided with a plurality of locking mechanisms, and the container cover is correspondingly provided with a plurality of positioning blocks.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking mechanisms on the container body are disposed in pairs, and the container covers are correspondingly disposed with positioning blocks disposed in pairs.

5. A container as claimed in claim 3 wherein a plurality of locking mechanisms are provided on the container body and a plurality of locating blocks are correspondingly provided on the container cover.
6. The container of claim 5, wherein the locking mechanisms on the container body are arranged in pairs, and the container covers are correspondingly provided with positioning blocks which are arranged in pairs.
7. A container as claimed in claim 3 wherein said locating block is integrally cast with said container lid.
