Abstract
The invention discloses an extruder die head and an extruder, wherein the extruder die head comprises a reversing mechanism arranged along the extrusion direction, and the reversing mechanism comprises 180-degree reversing twice. The invention enables the extrusion medium to be secondarily reversed in the extrusion direction through the mechanism design, avoids the damage of the extrusion forming object caused by the blocking of a plurality of edges in the machine head shunt shuttle, particularly avoids the damage of the extrusion forming object caused by the blocking of the corresponding medium which is a heat-shrinkable tube substance, causes the existence of a joint line due to the arrangement of the edges in the machine head shunt shuttle, and easily breaks the heat-shrinkable tube with the joint line in the secondary processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to extrusion molding equipment, in particular to an extruder die head and an extruder.
Background
The extruder die head is used for forming the medium to be extruded into a fixed-shape product. The quality of the design of the die head of the extruder is directly related to the quality of the extruded product, so the die head of the extruder plays a significant role in the whole extruder.
The existing extruder die head is particularly applied to extrusion of hollow tube materials such as heat shrinkable tubes, corresponding parts are often used as hollow shunt shuttles one by one due to the existence of hollows, but the shunt shuttles are not isolated and are often required to be fixed at the center of the extruder die head through a connecting part, the existence of the connecting part can influence the flow direction of an extrusion medium, so that the subsequent medium is unevenly distributed in the direction of the connecting part, and the extruded tube materials can form a joint line which is called in the industry. If the tube has a joint line, the tube is easy to break in the secondary processing process of the tube. The existing extruder dies have no good solution to this problem and the present invention has been developed based on this.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an extruder die head and an extruder, wherein the extruder die head can well solve the problem of similar joint lines of extruded products through the design of extrusion flow direction.
Firstly, the invention provides an extruder die head, which has the following specific technical scheme:
an extruder die having a passageway that reverses extrusion direction, wherein the extrusion direction is defined from a head end to a tail end of the extruder die.
Preferably, the path of the reverse extrusion direction comprises two extrusion reversals.
Preferably, the passage of the reverse extrusion direction comprises two 180 ° extrusion reversals.
Preferably, the extruder die comprises, in order from the head end to the tail end: the multi-hole plate, the machine head body, the machine head shunt shuttle, the machine head runner, the core rod, the mouth cross and the machine head press cover plate;
a through first cavity is arranged in the machine head body, and a porous plate is arranged at one end of the first cavity;
the machine head shunting shuttle comprises an annular outer ring and a bullet head, the annular outer ring is fixedly connected with the bullet head through a plurality of edges, the tip end of the bullet head is inserted into the other end of the first cavity, and one end of the bullet head, which is far away from the tip end, is provided with a first groove;
the machine head flow passage is provided with a through second cavity, one end of the machine head flow passage close to the bullet head is provided with a second groove, one end of the bullet head far away from the tip end is inserted into the second cavity, and the two grooves and the second cavity are arranged in a staggered mode to form the two 180-degree extrusion reversing;
the mouth cross is connected with one end of the machine head flow channel, which is far away from the bullet head, through the machine head pressing cover plate, a horn hole is arranged in the mouth cross, and a small opening of the horn hole is far away from the machine head flow channel;
one end of the core rod is inserted with one end of the bullet head far away from the tip, and the other end of the core rod and the horn hole in the mouth cross form an extrusion fit channel.
Preferably, the extruder die head further comprises an air rod, one end of the air rod is inserted into the side wall of the machine head shunt shuttle, and the machine head shunt shuttle and the mandrel are both provided with air passages communicated with the air rod.
Preferably, the extruder die head further comprises a heating ring, and the heating ring is arranged on the outermost layer and used for heating the medium to be extruded.
The invention also provides an extruder using the extruder die head, which comprises the extruder die head in any technical scheme.
The invention enables the extrusion medium to be secondarily reversed in the extrusion direction through the mechanism design, avoids the damage of the extrusion forming object caused by the blocking of a plurality of edges in the machine head shunt shuttle, particularly avoids the damage of the extrusion forming object caused by the blocking of the corresponding medium which is a heat-shrinkable tube substance, causes the existence of a joint line due to the arrangement of the edges in the machine head shunt shuttle, and easily breaks the heat-shrinkable tube with the joint line in the secondary processing.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
The invention provides an extruder die head, which is provided with a passage with a reverse extrusion direction, wherein the extrusion direction is defined from the head end to the tail end of the extruder die head. In the invention, the design of the path in the reverse extrusion direction mainly eliminates the influence of a blocking medium of the arris (similar to the connecting part of the shunt shuttle mentioned in the background part) in the machine head shunt shuttle mentioned below, and the design of the path in the reverse extrusion direction can ensure that the extrusion medium is still fully mixed after being separated by the arris, so that the subsequent extrusion medium is uniformly distributed, and the problem of joint line easily caused by the arris is solved.
Based on the above thought, in the present invention, the path in the reverse extrusion direction may be reversed for multiple times, for example, 2, 4, 6. Particularly low, the reversing angle of each time of two times of extrusion reversing is selected to be 180 degrees, and the 180-degree reversing is most easily realized according to the design of a die.
Applying the above-mentioned commutation principle, a specific embodiment is described below:
an extruder die according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprising from the head end to the tail end in this order: the multi-head multi-hole plate comprises a multi-hole plate 1, a head body 2, a head shunt shuttle 3, a head runner 4, a core rod 5, a mouth cross 6 and a head gland plate 7;
a first through cavity 21 is arranged in the machine head body 2, and the porous plate 1 is arranged at one end of the first cavity;
the machine head shunt shuttle 3 comprises an annular outer ring 31 and a bullet head 32, the annular outer ring 31 is fixedly connected with the bullet head 32 through a plurality of ribs 33, the tip of the bullet head 32 is inserted into the other end of the first cavity 21, and one end of the bullet head 32, which is far away from the tip, is provided with a first groove 321;
the machine head flow channel 4 is provided with a through second cavity 41, one end of the machine head flow channel 4 close to the bullet head 32 is provided with a second groove 42, one end of the bullet head 32 far away from the tip end is inserted into the second cavity 42, and the two grooves 321 and 42 and the second cavity 41 are arranged in a staggered mode to form the two 180-degree extrusion reversing;
the mouth cross 6 is connected with one end of the machine head flow channel 4 far away from the bullet head 32 through a machine head cover plate 7, a horn hole 61 is formed in the mouth cross 6, and a small opening of the horn hole 61 is far away from the machine head flow channel 4;
one end of the core rod 5 is inserted with one end of the bullet head 32 far away from the tip, and the other end of the core rod forms an extrusion fit channel with the horn hole 61 in the mouth cross 6.
The die head of the extruder further comprises an air rod 8, one end of the air rod is inserted into the side wall of the machine head shunt shuttle 3, and the machine head shunt shuttle 3 and the mandrel 5 are both provided with air passages communicated with the air rod 8. The die head of the extruder further comprises a heating ring 9, and the heating ring 9 is arranged on the outermost layer and used for heating the medium to be extruded.
Using the extruder die described above, the media flows therein in the following directions:
fluid medium enters the first cavity 21 after passing through the porous plate 1, the medium is shunted to the periphery of the bullet 32 by the tip of the bullet 32, and is converged into the first groove 321, the second groove 42 and the second cavity 41 after passing through the plurality of ribs 33 between the annular outer ring 31 and the bullet 32, so that the medium is extruded and reversed for 180 degrees twice, the medium is uniformly mixed, and then the other end of the core rod 5 and the horn hole 61 in the opening 6 form an extrusion-matched channel for extrusion molding.
The air rod 8 is used for conveying air inwards while extruding, so that the extruded pipe keeps positive pressure or balanced pressure inside. The specific path of the airflow is as follows: the side wall of the annular outer ring 31 in the machine head shunt shuttle 3 is provided with an air hole, after penetrating any edge 33, the air hole extends to the center of the bullet head 32, the center of the bullet head 32 is communicated with the air hole outwards along the axis, and correspondingly, the axis of the core rod 5 is provided with a through hole communicated with the axis, so that the air flow is ensured to continuously flow into the extruded pipe in the whole extrusion process.
The invention also provides an extruder, which adopts the extruder die head.

1. An extruder die having a passageway with a reverse extrusion direction, wherein the extrusion direction is defined from a head end to a tail end of the extruder die; the passage in the reverse extrusion direction comprises two 180-degree extrusion reversing;
this extruder die head includes from head end to tail end in proper order: the multi-hole plate, the machine head body, the machine head shunt shuttle, the machine head runner, the core rod, the mouth cross and the machine head press cover plate;
a through first cavity is arranged in the machine head body, and a porous plate is arranged at one end of the first cavity;
the machine head shunting shuttle comprises an annular outer ring and a bullet head, the annular outer ring is fixedly connected with the bullet head through a plurality of edges, the tip end of the bullet head is inserted into the other end of the first cavity, and one end of the bullet head, which is far away from the tip end, is provided with a first groove;
the machine head flow passage is provided with a through second cavity, one end of the machine head flow passage close to the bullet head is provided with a second groove, one end of the bullet head far away from the tip end is inserted into the second cavity, and the two grooves and the second cavity are arranged in a staggered mode to form the two 180-degree extrusion reversing;
the mouth cross is connected with one end of the machine head flow channel, which is far away from the bullet head, through the machine head pressing cover plate, a horn hole is arranged in the mouth cross, and a small opening of the horn hole is far away from the machine head flow channel;
one end of the core rod is inserted with one end of the bullet head far away from the tip, and the other end of the core rod and the horn hole in the mouth cross form an extrusion fit channel.
