本发明公开了制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统由灌口、喷淋头、罐体、进液管、排渣管、过滤层、反冲喷嘴、净液管层、过滤通孔、排液管、反冲水管、净液出液管、电磁阀、仓门、进液口、管道仓、罐盖组成;采用在罐体上部内置喷淋头散喷药液,可再过滤层的过滤下,纯净药液经过滤通过过滤通孔进入净液管层,由净液出液管排出;被过滤层挡住的药渣等则由排渣管排出,如果过滤层贝药渣堵塞,则可以开启反冲水管,由反冲喷嘴对过滤层进行反冲清洗,具有过滤量大、清洗方便的优点;设置在管道仓内的排液管,可将罐体内不需要过滤的药液及时排出,是药企生产中理想的药液过滤装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤罐的技术领域,尤其指制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统。
背景技术
在制药企业生产中,需要将浸提药液进行过滤,传统药液过滤多使用振动筛过滤,这类过滤设备存在着过滤量小,生产效率低的缺陷,而采用反渗透方法过滤药液则容易堵塞滤网,需要反复清洗,常常造成滤网堵塞而耽误生产,给药企的生产带来诸多的不利因素。
发明内容
本发明制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统,可以解决上述技术的不足,采用喷淋头和过滤层进行过滤,利用反冲喷嘴进行反冲清洗,可实现大流量药液过滤之目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统由灌口、喷淋头、罐体、进液管、排渣管、过滤层、反冲喷嘴、净液管层、过滤通孔、排液管、反冲水管、净液出液管、电磁阀、仓门、进液口、管道仓、罐盖组成;罐体一侧设置排渣管、另一侧设置管道仓,罐体上部设置带罐盖的灌口,罐体内上部设置带喷淋头的进液管,下部设置过滤层,过滤层底部设置带反冲喷嘴的净液管层,过滤层与净液管层之间设有过滤通孔,排渣管与过滤层上部连接。
所述的管道仓一侧设有仓门,管道仓内部设置进液口与罐体内的进液管连接;管道仓内部设置带反冲水管的净液出液管,净液出液管与罐体内的净液管层连接;管道仓内部设置带电磁阀的排液管,排液管与罐体内的过滤层上部连接。
本发明采用在罐体上部内置喷淋头散喷药液,可再过滤层的过滤下,纯净药液经过滤通过过滤通孔进入净液管层,由净液出液管排出;被过滤层挡住的药渣等则由排渣管排出,如果过滤层贝药渣堵塞,则可以开启反冲水管,由反冲喷嘴对过滤层进行反冲清洗,具有过滤量大、清洗方便的优点;设置在管道仓内的排液管,可将罐体内不需要过滤的药液及时排出,是药企生产中理想的药液过滤装置。

由附图所示,制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统由灌口1、喷淋头2、罐体3、进液管4、排渣管5、过滤层6、反冲喷嘴7、净液管层8、过滤通孔9、排液管10、反冲水管11、净液出液管12、电磁阀13、仓门14、进液口15、管道仓16、罐盖17组成;罐体3一侧设置排渣管5、另一侧设置管道仓16,罐体3上部设置带罐盖17的灌口1,罐体3内上部设置带喷淋头2的进液管4,下部设置过滤层6,过滤层6底部设置带反冲喷嘴7的净液管层8,过滤层6与净液管层8之间设有过滤通孔9,排渣管5与过滤层6上部连接。
所述的管道仓16一侧设有仓门14,管道仓16内部设置进液口15与罐体3内的进液管4连接;管道仓16内部设置带反冲水管11的净液出液管12,净液出液管12与罐体3内的净液管层8连接;管道仓16内部设置带电磁阀13的排液管10,排液管10与罐体3内的过滤层6上部连接,即可。

1.制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统,其特征是:由由灌口、喷淋头、罐体、进液管、排渣管、过滤层、反冲喷嘴、净液管层、过滤通孔、排液管、反冲水管、净液出液管、电磁阀、仓门、进液口、管道仓、罐盖组成;罐体一侧设置排渣管、另一侧设置管道仓,罐体上部设置带罐盖的灌口,罐体内上部设置带喷淋头的进液管,下部设置过滤层,过滤层底部设置带反冲喷嘴的净液管层,过滤层与净液管层之间设有过滤通孔,排渣管与过滤层上部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制药原液喷淋反冲过滤系统,其特征是:管道仓一侧设有仓门,管道仓内部设置进液口与罐体内的进液管连接;管道仓内部设置带反冲水管的净液出液管,净液出液管与罐体内的净液管层连接;管道仓内部设置带电磁阀的排液管,排液管与罐体内的过滤层上部连接。
