Description

Connecting device for wound protection dressing and wound protection dressing
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical treatment and health, and particularly relates to a connecting device for an wound protection dressing and the wound protection dressing.
Background
In previous studies, the inventors have designed a series of wound treatment and protection devices and applied for the following patents: a wound treatment device (application number is 201110240452.3), a flushing-drainage type wound protection device (application number is 201220134734.5), a directional flushing type wound protection device (application number is 201220134776.9), a wound repair device (application number is 201230090002.6) with an independent flushing-drainage function module, and an active flushing type negative pressure drainage wound protection device (application number is 201320064471. X). These patents describe in detail wound treatment and protection devices made of sponge-structured dressings with drainage tubes and irrigation tubes, which have achieved good clinical results.
However, the pipeline of the existing wound-protecting dressing, whether being a drainage tube or a flushing tube, adopts a straight-line mode parallel to the skin to lead out the wound-protecting dressing. The straight pipeline leading-out mode mainly has the following defects:
firstly, the pipeline compresses the skin around the wound surface to cause skin edema and even necrosis;
secondly, the periphery of the pipeline is sealed fussy, and the condition of untight air leakage is easy to exist, so that the wound protection dressing loses the drainage effect, the sponge around the wound protection dressing loses water and becomes dry, and even the wound surface or the wound is polluted by bacteria in the outside air.
Therefore, manufacturers also lead the liquid inlet port of the flushing pipe and/or the liquid outlet port of the drainage pipe out of the wound protecting dressing in the direction perpendicular to the skin, and particularly, the pipeline in the wound protecting dressing and the external pipeline are respectively in sealing connection with the horizontal joint and the vertical joint of the L-shaped corner joint in an adhesion mode. Wherein the L-shaped corner joint is made of medical silica gel or medical rubber. Thus, the problems of complex and unreliable pipeline closure are solved, but the following defects still exist:
under the negative pressure action of the drainage tube, the corner joint is easy to deform under pressure, and then the corner joint deformed under pressure is easy to bend to form a sharp part by combining the movement of a human body, and the sharp part presses a wound to cause edema and necrosis;
after the corner joint is bent to form a sharp part, the smooth output of liquid of the drainage tube is influenced, so that liquid is accumulated to cause the risks of liquid leakage and air leakage and cause sealing failure;
thirdly, the operation of bonding between the pipeline and the corner joint is troublesome, and the use is inconvenient.
In addition, in clinical use, for a wound surface with a large area, a plurality of wound protecting dressings need to be spliced into a whole body which is suitable for the wound surface, so that the whole body can be conveniently moved and operated in an operation. When the wound protecting dressings are spliced, if all the sponges are only sutured, and pipelines in each wound protecting dressing are not connected, only partial negative pressure conduction can be realized among the wound protecting dressings, and the flushing function can not be shared basically; and the pipelines are led out more, so that the surrounding skin is pressed more easily, the risk of air leakage is increased, and the treatment effect is reduced. If the internal pipelines of the plurality of wound protecting dressings are communicated, the pipelines in the wound protecting dressings are bonded, or the original pipeline is taken out, and a new integral pipeline is arranged again in a penetrating manner. The former has troublesome bonding operation and wastes time and labor; the latter also has the problem of being time consuming and labor intensive. In fact, the sponge suture mode of various wound-protecting dressings without connecting pipelines is generally adopted clinically by comprehensively considering the use convenience and the use effect.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a connection device for a wound dressing to overcome the compression problem of the deformation of the pipeline joint to the wound surface and the skin, avoid the influence on the smooth output of the liquid, and facilitate the flexible splicing of the pipeline.
