and acquiring a third using time of the IMEI of the call terminal when the telephone number passes through the 2/3G network as a calling party in the preset time period according to the calling call ticket.

Specifically, if the fourth processing unit 605 determines that the telephone number is a non-Vo L TE telephone number, and determines that the telephone number can only be used as a calling party and a called party to perform a call through a 2/3G network, the second information base is retrieved to obtain a fourth number of times of using the IMEI of the telephone number as the called party through a 2/3G network in the preset time period, the fourth processing unit 605 obtains a fifth number of times of using the IMEI of the telephone number as the calling party through a 2/3G network in the preset time period according to a call ticket generated by the MSC network element, and the fourth processing unit 605 uses the sum of the fourth number of times of using the IMEI of the telephone number as the called party through a 2/3G network and the fifth number of times of using the IMEI of the telephone number as the calling party through a 2/3G network in the preset time period as the total number of times of using the telephone number corresponding to the telephone number in the preset time period.

if the telephone number corresponding to the call terminal is judged to be the Vo L TE telephone number, retrieving a first information base according to the telephone number to acquire a first using time of an IMEI (International Mobile equipment identity) of the call terminal when the telephone number is used as a calling party and a called party through a 4G network in a preset time period, wherein the first information base is established according to a traffic ticket generated by a P-GW network element by taking the telephone number as an index;
retrieving a second information base according to the telephone number to acquire a second using frequency of the IMEI of the calling terminal when the telephone number is used as a called party through an 2/3G network in the preset time period; the second information base is established according to a called call ticket generated by the MSC network element by taking the telephone number as an index;
acquiring a third using time of an IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of a call terminal when the telephone number is used as a calling party through an 2/3G network within the preset time period according to a calling party bill generated by the MSC network element;
and acquiring the total using times of the IMEI of the call terminal in the preset time period according to the first using times, the second using times and the third using times.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing the first information base according to a traffic ticket generated by a P-GW network element and using a phone number as an index comprises:
acquiring a traffic ticket generated by a P-GW network element, wherein the traffic ticket at least comprises: the telephone numbers, the call time and the IMEI of the calling party and the called party are used as the telephone numbers, the call time and the IMEI of the call terminal through a 4G network;
and respectively acquiring the call time of each telephone number as a calling party and a called party through a 4G network and the IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of a call terminal according to the flow call bill, and establishing the first information base.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the establishing the second information base according to the called call ticket generated by the MSC network element by using the telephone number as an index comprises:
obtaining a called call ticket generated by an MSC network element, wherein the called call ticket at least comprises: the telephone number, the call time and the IMEI of the call terminal are used as the called party through the 2/3G network;
and respectively acquiring the calling time and the IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of the called party corresponding to each telephone number through an 2/3G network according to the called call ticket, and establishing the second information base.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the third number of times of using the IMEI of the call terminal when the phone number is called through the 2/3G network within the preset time period according to the call ticket generated by the MSC network element comprises:
obtaining a calling call ticket generated by an MSC network element, wherein the calling call ticket at least comprises: telephone number, call time and call terminal IMEI as calling party through 2/3G network;
and acquiring a third using time of the IMEI of the call terminal when the telephone number passes through the 2/3G network as a calling party in the preset time period according to the calling call ticket.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
if the telephone number is judged to be the non-Vo L TE telephone number, a second information base is retrieved to obtain the fourth using times of the IMEI of the calling terminal when the 2/3G network of the telephone number is used as a called party in the preset time period, the fifth using times of the IMEI of the calling terminal when the 2/3G network of the telephone number is used as a calling party in the preset time period is obtained according to a calling party ticket generated by the MSC network element, and the total using times of the IMEI of the calling terminal in the preset time period is obtained according to the fourth using times and the fifth using times.
6. An apparatus for obtaining the usage number of the IMEI of a user terminal, comprising:
the judging unit is used for retrieving a first information base according to the telephone number to acquire the first using times of the IMEI of the telephone number as a calling party and a called party through a 4G network in a preset time period if the telephone number corresponding to the calling terminal is judged and known to be the Vo L TE telephone number, wherein the first information base is established by taking the telephone number as an index according to a flow call bill generated by a P-GW network element;
a first obtaining unit, configured to retrieve a second information base according to the phone number, and obtain a second number of times of using the IMEI of the call terminal when the phone number is called through an 2/3G network within the preset time period; the second information base is established according to a called call ticket generated by the MSC network element by taking the telephone number as an index;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to a call ticket generated by the MSC network element, a third usage number of the IMEI of the call terminal when the phone number passes through an 2/3G network as a call within the preset time period;
and the first processing unit is used for acquiring the total number of times of using the IMEI of the call terminal in the preset time period according to the first number of times of using, the second number of times of using and the third number of times of using.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a second processing unit to:
acquiring a traffic ticket generated by a P-GW network element, wherein the traffic ticket at least comprises: the telephone numbers, the call time and the IMEI of the calling party and the called party are used as the telephone numbers, the call time and the IMEI of the call terminal through a 4G network;
and respectively acquiring the call time of each telephone number as a calling party and a called party through a 4G network and the IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of a call terminal according to the flow call bill, and establishing the first information base.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a third processing unit configured to:
obtaining a called call ticket generated by an MSC network element, wherein the called call ticket at least comprises: the telephone number, the call time and the IMEI of the call terminal are used as the called party through the 2/3G network;
and respectively acquiring the calling time and the IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of the called party corresponding to each telephone number through an 2/3G network according to the called call ticket, and establishing the second information base.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
obtaining a calling call ticket generated by an MSC network element, wherein the calling call ticket at least comprises: telephone number, call time and call terminal IMEI as calling party through 2/3G network;
