In the embodiment, after a checking confirmation instruction generated by the terminal according to the policy information in the third-party application is received, the stored policy information is inquired according to the policy identifier in the checking instruction, the numerical value transfer link of the third-party application corresponding to the inquired policy information is generated, and the numerical value transfer link is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal carries out numerical value transfer according to the numerical value transfer link, the operation of numerical value transfer of the policy information is simplified, and the processing efficiency of the policy information is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A policy information checking method, the method comprising:
acquiring and storing input policy information;
extracting a terminal identifier of the policyholder terminal from the stored policy information;
extracting a storage position of the policy information, and generating a third-party application access link according to the storage position; the third party application is an instant messaging software application provided by a third party except the insurant and the insurer;
sending the third-party application access link to an applicant terminal corresponding to the terminal identification;
receiving an access request generated by the applicant terminal according to the third-party application access link;
returning the stored policy information to the applicant terminal according to the received access request, and enabling the applicant terminal to display the stored policy information through a third-party application so as to check the displayed policy information;
receiving a check instruction generated by the applicant terminal according to policy information in the third-party application, wherein the check instruction comprises a check modification instruction or a check confirmation instruction; when the checking modification instruction is received, extracting modification information in the checking modification instruction;
modifying the stored policy information according to the extracted modification information;
and sending the modified insurance policy information to the applicant terminal, so that the applicant terminal displays the modified insurance policy information through the third-party application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the modified policy information to the applicant terminal such that the applicant terminal displays the modified policy information via the third-party application further comprises:
receiving a checking and confirming instruction generated by the applicant terminal according to the policy information in the third-party application;
extracting a policy identifier in the checking and confirming instruction;
inquiring the stored policy information according to the policy identification;
generating a numerical value transfer link of the third-party application according to the inquired policy information;
and sending the numerical value transfer link to the applicant terminal so that the applicant terminal transfers the numerical value according to the numerical value transfer link.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the returning the stored policy information to the applicant terminal in accordance with the received access request, causing the applicant terminal to display the stored policy information via a third party application for verification of the displayed policy information, further comprises:
acquiring a task creating condition;
screening the stored policy information according to the acquired task creating conditions;
establishing a service task according to the screened policy information;
and allocating a customer service staff number to the service task, and sending the service task to a customer service terminal corresponding to the customer service staff number.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein creating service tasks based on the filtered policy information comprises:
extracting the client type in the screened policy information;
determining a priority service level corresponding to the client type;
and generating a service task corresponding to the determined priority service level according to the screened policy information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal identification is at least one of a telephone number, a network address, and a physical address.
6. A policy information collating apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the policy information acquisition module is used for acquiring and storing the input policy information;
the terminal identification extraction module is used for extracting the terminal identification of the policyholder terminal in the stored policy information;
the access link generation module is used for extracting the storage position of the policy information and generating a third-party application access link according to the storage position; the third party application is an instant messaging software application provided by a third party except the insurant and the insurer;
the access link sending module is used for sending the third-party application access link to the applicant terminal corresponding to the terminal identifier;
the access request receiving module is used for receiving an access request generated by the applicant terminal according to the third-party application access link;
the policy information returning module is used for returning the stored policy information to the applicant terminal according to the received access request, so that the applicant terminal displays the stored policy information through a third-party application to check the displayed policy information;
the confirmation instruction receiving module is used for receiving a checking confirmation instruction generated by the applicant terminal according to the policy information in the third-party application;
the modification instruction receiving module is used for receiving a checking modification instruction generated by the applicant terminal according to the policy information in the third-party application;
the modification information extraction module is used for extracting modification information in the checking modification instruction when the checking modification instruction is received;
the policy information modification module is used for modifying the stored policy information according to the extracted modification information;
and the insurance policy information display module is used for sending the modified insurance policy information to the applicant terminal so that the applicant terminal displays the modified insurance policy information through the third-party application.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the policy identifier extraction module is used for extracting the policy identifier in the checking and confirming instruction;
the policy information inquiry module is used for inquiring the stored policy information according to the policy identification;
the numerical value link generation module is used for generating a numerical value transfer link of the third-party application according to the inquired policy information;
and the numerical value link sending module is used for sending the numerical value transfer link to the applicant terminal so as to enable the applicant terminal to carry out numerical value transfer according to the numerical value transfer link.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the creating condition acquisition module is used for acquiring task creating conditions;
the policy information screening module is used for screening the stored policy information according to the acquired task creating conditions;
the service task creating module is used for creating a service task according to the screened policy information;
and the service task allocation module is used for allocating customer service personnel numbers to the service tasks and sending the service tasks to customer service terminals corresponding to the customer service personnel numbers.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the service task creation module comprises:
the client type extraction module is used for extracting the client types in the screened policy information;
the service level determining module is used for determining a priority service level corresponding to the client type;
and the service task generating module is used for generating a service task corresponding to the determined priority service level according to the screened policy information.
