Technical Field
The invention relates to a mounting bracket fixing piece and a trolley line device, which are used for fixing a mounting bracket with a trolley line conductor rail on a transmission rail.
Background
The mobile device often needs to be moved on a conveyor track in order to change position as desired. Existing mobile devices moving on a conveyor track are typically powered by trolley lines. The trolley line is formed by a current collector arranged on the moving device and a conductor fixed on the transmission track. During movement of the mobile device on the conveyor track, a current collector provided on the mobile device is in contact with a conductor secured to the conveyor track to power the mobile device.
The conductors in the trolley line are typically fixed to the transmission track by conductor mounts. Specifically, through holes are formed in the transfer rail, and screws pass through the through holes in the transfer rail and engage with threaded holes in the conductor mount to secure the conductor mount to the transfer rail. The screws are typically in two rows. The lower row of screws is prone to interfering with the horizontal section of the transmission track or due to the small operating space, it is not easy to align the screws with threaded holes on the conductor mount. If the height of the vertical section of the transfer rail that engages the mounting bracket is increased, the raw material costs are increased.
Therefore, the mounting structure of the conventional trolley wire conductor mounting frame causes inconvenient operation and weakens the rail strength. The interval between the mounting bracket can't be adjusted when the installation, inflexible.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the existing sliding contact line installation mode, the invention provides a novel sliding contact line device, so that the installation of the installation frame is convenient.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a mount fixture 1 according to the present invention. Fig. 2 is a front view of the mount fixture 1 according to the present invention. The mounting bracket fixing member 1 includes a hook portion 11, a horizontal portion 12, and a vertical portion 13. The hooking portion 11 comprises a horizontal wall 111 of thickness T1 and length L1 and a free wall 112 of thickness T4 and height H4. The upper end of the vertical portion 13 is connected to the hook portion 11, and the lower end is connected to the horizontal portion 12. The hook 11 and the horizontal 12 are located on the same side of the vertical 13. In one embodiment according to the present invention, the hooking portion 11, the horizontal portion 12, and the vertical portion 13 of the mount fixing member 1 are integrally formed, so that the manufacturing is simple. In one embodiment according to the invention, the mounting bracket fixing is an integrally formed plastic part or a bent metal part. The material of the mounting bracket fixing may be a material that satisfies a suitable strength and is cheaper than the transport rail. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a trolley wire device 7 in accordance with the present invention. The trolley line device 7 comprises the above-described mount fixture 1. The mounting bracket fixture 1 is used for fixing a mounting bracket 3 with a trolley conductor rail 4 to a transmission rail 2. The transfer rail 2 is a profiled tubular piece bent from sheet material and has a vertical section 21 and a horizontal section 22 connected thereto. The vertical section 21 extends upwards from one end of the horizontal section 22 and has an upper end and a lower end, wherein the lower end is connected to the horizontal section 22 of the transfer track 2.
The hooking portion 11 of the mount fixture 1 is engaged with the upper end of the vertical section 21 of the transfer rail 2 so as to suspend the mount fixture 1 from the upper end of the vertical section 21. The hook portion 11 and the vertical portion 13 form an inverted U-shaped structure. Of course, the hooking portion 11 may be of other forms as long as it is realized to be able to suspend the mounting bracket fixture 1 at the upper end of the vertical section 21. The horizontal portion 12 of the mounting bracket fixing member 1 cooperates with the horizontal section 22 of the transmission rail 2 to fix the mounting bracket fixing member 1 and the mounting bracket 3 connected thereto. The upper end of the vertical part 13 of the mounting frame fixing piece 1 is connected with the hook part 11, the lower end is connected with the horizontal part 12, one side of the mounting frame fixing piece is leaning against the vertical section 21 of the transmission track 2, and the other side of the mounting frame fixing piece is fixed with the mounting frame 3 of the trolley conductor rail 4.
In the inverted U-shaped configuration, the distance (L1-T3-T4) between the free wall 112 and the upright 13 is greater than the thickness of the upright section 21, so that a first gap S1 is formed in the transverse direction. The size of the first gap S1 is selected such that the hooking portion 11 does not interfere with the vertical section 21 of the transmission track 2 when the mount fixture 1 is fixed. In one embodiment of the invention, the thickness W3 of the vertical section 21 is about 4mm. The height H4 of the protruding free wall 112 of the hook portion, i.e. the length of the wall of the free wall 112 that catches the rail, mainly serves to prevent the mounting bracket fixing from falling off the rail after fastening, typically 4-5mm. Too long can lead to the installation of mounting bracket mounting part unable installation, and too short then can not guarantee the intensity of mounting bracket mounting part. In this embodiment, the thickness T4 of the free wall 112 of the inverted U-shaped structure protruding from the horizontal wall 111 is about 4mm, and the height H4 is about 1-1.5 times its thickness W1, i.e., about 4-6mm. The first gap S1 is typically not more than 0.4mm, which is related to the wall thickness of the transfer track 2 and the height of the vertical section 21. If the first gap S1 is too large, the mounting rack fixing piece is easy to shake after being mounted, if the first gap S1 is too small, the mounting is not easy to mount, and the first gap S is usually determined according to actual condition simulation. In the present embodiment, the width of the first gap S1 is about 0.2mm.
The distance between the horizontal portion 12 and the horizontal wall 111 of the inverted U-shaped structure, i.e. the height H3 of the vertical portion 13, is greater than the height of the vertical section 21, such that after the mount fixture 1 is fixed, a second gap S2 is formed between the horizontal portion 12 and the horizontal section 22. The dimensions of the second gap S2 are selected such that the horizontal portion 12 does not interfere with the connection of the transmission track 2 between the horizontal section 22 and the vertical section 21 when the mounting fixture 1 is fixed. In one embodiment of the invention, the height of the vertical section 21 is about 50mm, the length L2 of the horizontal portion 12 is about 25mm, and the width of the second gap S2 is about 1-3mm.
The dimensions of the first gap S1 and the second gap described above are merely exemplary and do not constitute a limitation of the present invention. The first gap and the second gap may be appropriately selected according to the length of the vertical section 21 of the transmission rail 2, the length of the horizontal portion 12, the length of the downward projection of the hooking portion 11, as long as it is satisfied that no interference occurs between the corresponding portions at the time of installation.
The horizontal portion 12 is provided with a threaded hole 15 for engagement with the bolt 5 so that the mounting bracket fixture 1 is fixed to the transmission rail 2 by the tip of the bolt 5 abutting against the horizontal section 22. The screw hole 15 provided in the horizontal portion 12 may be formed by a nut 16 welded to the horizontal portion 12, and a through hole corresponding to the nut is formed in the horizontal portion 12. In one embodiment of the invention, the bolt 5 is a hexagonal bolt.
The vertical portion 13 is provided with a countersunk through hole 14 for receiving the countersunk screw 6, and the countersunk screw 6 passes through the countersunk through hole 14 and engages with a threaded hole 15 in the mounting frame 3 so that the mounting frame 3 can be fixed to the mounting frame fixing member 1. In one embodiment of the invention, the end of the countersunk screw 6 in the countersunk through hole 14 is flush with the surface of the upright 13 after assembly. The use of countersunk screws 6 allows the vertical portion 13 to fit well with the vertical section 21 while also compromising the strength of the connection between the mounting bracket fixture 1 and the mounting bracket 3.
When mounting the mounting bracket 3, the mounting bracket 3 is first fixed to the opposite side of the vertical portion 13 of the mounting bracket fixing member 1 from the hooking portion 11 and the horizontal portion 12 with the countersunk head screw 6. The assembly formed by the mounting bracket 3 and the mounting bracket fixture 1 is then moved onto the transfer rail 2 in an inclined state such that the hooking portion 11 of the mounting bracket fixture 1 hangs on the upper end of the vertical section 21 of the transfer rail 2. Due to the action of gravity, the horizontal portion 12 of the mounting bracket fixture 1 rotates around the hooking portion 11 over the connecting corner of the transfer rail 2 between the horizontal section 22 and the vertical section 21 and is substantially horizontal with the horizontal section 22. At this point, the bolts 5 are screwed into the threaded holes 15 on the horizontal portion 12, in particular, the threaded holes 15 in the nuts 16, so that the ends of the bolts 5 abut against the horizontal section 22 to fix the mount fixture 1 on the transmission rail 2.
According to the mounting frame fixing piece and the sliding contact line device, the mounted operation part is moved to the lower side of the transmission rail, so that the operation of mounting screws in the transmission rail is avoided, and the mounting frame is convenient to mount. The opening on the transmission track is not needed, and the weakening of the strength of the transmission track is avoided. The height of the vertical section of the transmission track is not increased for convenient operation, and the production cost is saved. The position of the mounting frame can be conveniently adjusted when the mounting frame is mounted.

A horizontal portion cooperating with the horizontal section of the transfer rail to fix the mounting bracket fixing member and the mounting bracket connected thereto; and
A vertical part, the upper end of which is connected with the hook part, the lower end of which is connected with the horizontal part, one side of which is leaning against the vertical section of the transmission track, the other side of which is fixed with a mounting frame of the trolley line conductor rail,
