Of course, the first blocking wall 2041 and the second blocking wall 2042 may be disposed at any position of the inner wall of the shielding shell 200, for example, in order to better limit the backward movement of the insulating body 1, a second blocking wall 2042 is also disposed at the inner wall of the shielding shell 200 corresponding to the upper wall for welding and fixing the fixing plate 4. After the waterproof glue is injected into the accommodating cavity 203, the fixing plate 4 is blocked by the waterproof sheet 300 formed by the waterproof glue.
The conductive terminal 2 extends from the rear end surface 1111 of the base 111 and is fixed to the protruding portion 112, and the soldering portion 25 is formed by extending the conductive terminal 2 rearward out of the protruding portion 112. In order to better seal the rear end of the base 111 by the waterproof sheet 300, the protruding portion 112 penetrates through the upper and lower top surfaces of the base 111 at a position corresponding to the conductive terminal 2 when connected to the rear end surface 1111 of the base 111, and the fixing piece 4 does not protrude rearward beyond the groove 1121 in the front-rear direction, so that the glue can flow into and seal the groove 1121 when the waterproof glue is injected, thereby enabling the waterproof sheet 300 to closely adhere to the rear end surface 1111 of the base 111 to achieve reliable waterproofing. In addition, a slot 1122 penetrating through the upper and lower top surfaces of the protruding portion 112 and provided with a spacer 1120 between the recess 1121 is further disposed behind the protruding portion 112, a bump portion 1123 is formed at both lateral sides of the slot 1122, and the soldering portion 25 of the conductive terminal 2 is formed in the slot after the conductive terminal extends backward out of the base portion and the spacer. The pair of intermediate ground pads 3 has a tail portion 31 extending out of the base portion 111 and held in the bump portion 1123, and a soldering plate portion 32 extending downward from an outer side of the tail portion 31 to the bump portion 1123, the pair of soldering plate portions 32 are respectively located at outer sides of the soldering portion 25 in the transverse direction and overlap with the soldering portion 25 in the front-rear direction, and further, the shielding shell 200 is also provided at the rear end with holding soldering feet 205, the holding soldering feet 205 are located at both outer sides of the soldering plate portion 32 in the transverse direction and overlap with the soldering plate portion 32 in the front-rear direction. Thus, the electrical connector 1000 has better interference shielding performance as a whole.
