Abstract
The invention discloses a noise reduction system for a production line, which comprises a noise reduction and sound absorption cover for isolating production links of the production line, wherein the noise reduction and sound absorption cover is made of a noise reduction plate, a sound acquisition module, a processing control module, a first self-adaptive filter, a second self-adaptive filter and a loudspeaker are arranged inside the noise reduction and sound absorption cover, a sound output module is arranged outside the noise reduction and sound absorption cover, the processing control module is respectively and electrically connected with the sound acquisition module, the first self-adaptive filter, the second self-adaptive filter, the loudspeaker and the sound output module, and the loudspeaker is close to a main sound source of the production link; the invention combines the passive noise reduction and the active noise reduction, thereby greatly reducing the noise of the production line.

Textile machinery is various mechanical equipment required for processing natural fibers or chemical fibers into textiles; the textile machinery inevitably generates noise during the use process; mechanical noise is great in most workshops of textile factories, particularly weaving workshops, and researches show that long-term work in a noise environment can cause damage to hearing, heart vessels, mental systems, gastrointestinal ability, memory and the like; currently, noise reduction methods usually employ earplugs for operators, but these measures cannot well eliminate noise, still cause harm to the body of the machine operator, and are inconvenient to work.

Furthermore, the noise reduction plate is composed of a first layer of substrate, a second layer of sound insulation layer and a third layer of substrate which are sequentially overlapped, and the first layer of substrate, the second layer of sound insulation layer and the third layer of substrate are sequentially bonded.
Further, the second sound insulation layer is a rubber layer, and the first layer substrate and the third layer substrate are both wood boards.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1; the invention relates to a noise reduction system for a production line, which comprises a noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 for isolating production links of the production line.
The noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 is made of a noise reduction plate, preferably, the noise reduction plate is composed of a first layer substrate 11, a second layer sound insulation layer 12 and a third layer substrate 13 which are sequentially stacked, the first layer substrate 11, the second layer sound insulation layer 12 and the third layer substrate 13 are sequentially bonded, on the basis, the second layer sound insulation layer 12 is a rubber layer, and the first layer substrate 11 and the third layer substrate 13 are both wood plates.
A sound collection module 2, a processing control module 3, a first adaptive filter 4, a second adaptive filter 5 and a loudspeaker 6 are arranged in the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1; the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 is externally provided with a sound output module 7, the processing control module 3 is respectively and electrically connected with the sound collection module 2, the first adaptive filter 4, the second adaptive filter 5, the loudspeaker 6 and the sound output module 7, the loudspeaker 6 is close to a main sound source of a production link, and the main sound source refers to an operating mechanism which emits large noise, such as a driving motor; the sound collection module 2 is used for collecting sound signals in the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1; the processing control module 3 is used for carrying out operation processing on the sound signals; the first adaptive filter 4 is used for filtering noise signals in the sound signals and separating out human sound signals; the second adaptive filter 5 is used for filtering out human voice signals in the voice signals, separating out noise signals, and the processing control module 3 calculates the inverse sine waves for eliminating the noise according to the noise signals; a speaker 6 for emitting an inverse sine wave; and the sound output module 7 is used for outputting a human sound signal.
The principle of the present embodiment: collecting sound signals in the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 through a sound collection module 2; after the sound signal is operated and processed by the processing control module 3, the sound signal is respectively transmitted to the first adaptive filter 4 and the second adaptive filter 5; noise signals in the sound signals are filtered through the first adaptive filter 4, voice signals are separated, the voice signals are processed through the processing control module 3 and then output to the outside of the noise reduction sound absorption cover 1 through the sound output module 7, the work requirements of workers in the noise reduction sound absorption cover 1 are clearly transmitted to the outside, and stable operation of a production line is guaranteed; filtering out a separated human voice signal in the voice signal through a second self-adaptive filter 5, separating out a noise signal, calculating a reverse sine wave for eliminating noise according to the noise signal by a processing control module 3, and sending the reverse sine wave to a main sound source through a loudspeaker 6, so as to realize active noise reduction; after active noise reduction, the noise in the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 is greatly reduced, and the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 is made of a noise reduction plate, so that sound insulation is conveniently realized, and passive noise reduction is carried out; meanwhile, after the noise in the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1 is greatly reduced, the noise reduction requirement on the noise reduction plate is reduced, on the other hand, each production link of a production line is isolated through the noise reduction and sound absorption cover 1, the superposition of the noise is reduced, and the noise reduction requirement of the noise reduction plate is further reduced, so that the used noise reduction plate is composed of a first layer substrate 11, a second layer sound insulation layer 12 and a third layer substrate 13 which are sequentially superposed, the use requirement can be met, the manufacturing is simple, and the material cost and the manufacturing cost of the noise reduction plate are reduced conveniently.

the first adaptive filter is used for filtering noise signals in the sound signals and separating out the human sound signals;
the second self-adaptive filter is used for filtering out human voice signals in the voice signals, separating out noise signals, and the processing control module calculates the inverse sine waves for eliminating the noise according to the noise signals;
a speaker for emitting a counter-sine wave;
the voice output module is used for outputting a human voice signal;
