Abstract
The invention belongs to airplane alarm design, and particularly relates to a low oil level alarm method for a large transportation airplane. At present, when an airplane flies in a large attitude, the difference between the fuel quantity in an airplane fuel tank and the low-fuel-level warning fuel quantity is large when warning in advance or warning is easy to occur, so that misjudgment of a pilot is caused and the completion of a flying task is influenced. According to the low oil level warning method for the large-scale transportation aircraft, the oil collecting tank and the inner partition cabin are respectively provided with the high oil level annunciator and the low oil level annunciator, so that the problem that a low oil level warning signal gives a long-time warning when ground refueling is solved; when the fuel charge of the airplane is less, a low fuel level alarm signal is continuously sent out; meanwhile, the phenomenon that the fuel quantity in an aircraft fuel tank is greatly different from the low oil level warning fuel quantity when the low oil level warning is given in advance and is given an alarm when the aircraft flies in a large posture is prevented. The reliability of low oil level warning is improved, and the pilot can judge the residual oil quantity of the airplane and complete the flight task.

Background
The large transport airplane generally adopts left and right symmetrically arranged wing fuel tanks to supply oil to an engine, each wing fuel tank for supplying oil is symmetrically provided with an independent low oil level alarm signal to provide alarm information for a pilot, and the alarm principle is that a low oil level annunciator is arranged in each wing oil collecting tank, and when the airplane flies in a cruising way, the oil quantity of the wing fuel tanks reaches a low oil level alarm oil level, an alarm signal is sent. Furthermore, the inner bay low-oil-level annunciator and the oil-collecting tank low-oil-level annunciator adopt a dry-spring float-type annunciator.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the low oil level alarm signal is eliminated in a short time in the process of refueling the airplane; when the fuel filling amount is less, the low oil level alarm signal can not be continuously alarmed; under various flight attitudes, the situations that the low oil level alarm is advanced and the difference between the fuel quantity in the aircraft fuel tank and the low oil level alarm fuel quantity is large when the alarm is given do not occur, so that the reliability of the low oil level alarm is improved, and the judgment of the pilot on the residual fuel quantity of the aircraft and the completion of the flight task are ensured.

referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the method for warning of low oil level of a large transportation aircraft includes: the low-oil-level warning device comprises an oil collecting tank 1, a partition plate one-way valve 2, an inner compartment low-oil-level annunciator 3, an inner compartment 4, an outer compartment 5, a wing fuel tank 6, a semi-sealing rib 7, an oil collecting tank low-oil-level annunciator 8 and a low-oil-level warning device 9.
The wing fuel tank 6 is divided into an oil collecting tank 1, an inner compartment 4 and an outer compartment 5 by a semi-sealing rib 7, and the upper part of the semi-sealing rib 7 is provided with a through hole with oil spilling and ventilation functions. The low oil level warning annunciators are arranged in the oil collecting tank 1 and the inner compartment 4, the oil collecting tank low oil level annunciator 8 is arranged at the position of triggering the low oil level warning oil level in the cruising state, the position is higher, and the inner compartment low oil level annunciator 3 is arranged at the position of crossing oil quantity and liquid overflowing from the oil collecting tank in the large-posture of bending down and bending up, and the position is lower, as shown in fig. 5. When the fuel is filled, the fuel in the wing fuel tank 6 is filled according to the flow sequence of the outer compartment → the inner compartment → the oil collecting tank. When the fuel is consumed, the outer compartment 5 and the inner compartment 4 deliver the fuel to the oil collecting tank 1 through injection and then deliver the fuel to the engine through the fuel supply pump, and the fuel in the wing fuel tank 6 is consumed according to the sequence of the outer compartment → the inner compartment → the oil collecting tank.
In the process of refueling, as shown in fig. 2, because the installation position of the inner bay low-level annunciator 3 is low, fuel quickly submerges the inner bay low-level annunciator 3 through the partition one-way valve 2, so that a low-level warning signal is quickly eliminated; similarly, when the oil consumption of the flight task is less, the continuous alarm of the low oil level can not be generated.
When the airplane is in a cruising state or in a small-attitude flying state, as shown in fig. 3, the injection oil supply capacity is larger than the oil consumption of an engine, the injection redundant fuel oil flows to the inner compartment 4 through the overflow hole 10 at the upper part of the oil collecting tank semi-sealing rib 7, the oil collecting tank 1 is in a substantially full oil state, the fuel oil in the fuel tank 6 of the oil wing is consumed along with the consumption of the fuel oil, the fuel oil in the inner compartment is consumed first, the inner compartment low oil level annunciator 3 is firstly communicated, the oil collecting tank low oil level annunciator 8 is communicated again, and the low oil level alarm device 9 sends an alarm signal;
when the aircraft flies in a large attitude, as shown in fig. 4, because the oil level of the wing fuel tank 6 changes due to the rapid change of the attitude of the aircraft, the fuel in the oil collecting tank 1 flows to the inner compartment 4 through the overflow hole 10 at the upper part of the semi-sealing rib 7, the oil level of the oil collecting tank 1 is rapidly reduced, when the oil level of the oil collecting tank 1 is lower than the oil collecting tank low-oil-level annunciator 8, the oil collecting tank low-oil-level annunciator 8 is connected, but the inner compartment low-oil-level annunciator 3 is not connected, so that the low-oil-level alarm device 9 cannot send out a low-oil-level alarm signal.
In conclusion, the low-oil-level warning device sends out the warning method by installing the low-oil-level annunciators in the oil collecting tank and the inner compartment in the wing fuel tank of the large-sized transport aircraft, and when the oil collecting tank and the inner compartment low-oil-level annunciator are simultaneously connected, so that the problem that the low-oil-level warning signal gives a long-time warning in the refueling process of the aircraft is solved; when the fuel charge of the airplane is less, a low fuel level alarm signal is continuously sent out; when the aircraft flies in a large posture, the phenomena of advance warning of low oil level and larger difference between the fuel quantity in an aircraft fuel tank and the low oil level warning fuel quantity during warning easily occur, and the pilot is ensured to judge the residual fuel quantity of the aircraft and complete the flight task.
