本发明涉及消防门技术领域,尤其涉及一种特殊的降噪消防门。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种特殊的降噪消防门,包括门框、门扇以及门把手,门扇的内外表面设有装饰面板,门扇由木骨架双面覆盖防火板再覆盖装饰面板组成,木骨架包括顶板、底板、加强板,所述顶板和加强板之间以及底板与加强板之间分别设置有上层消音棉和下层消音棉,顶板、上层消音棉、加强板、下层消音棉、底板胶合在一起,顶板上设有若干排贯通顶板上下两端的消音孔,加强板内间隔均布有若干消音道,门框和门扇之间设有防烟条,防烟条粘接在门框和门扇之间。本发明的优点是:结构合理,具有防火降噪的作用,可以有效阻隔火势,给人们提供宝贵的灭火和逃生的时间。

本发明涉及消防门技术领域,尤其涉及一种特殊的降噪消防门。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,每年都有大量建筑投入使用,大量房门使用在建筑上,由于家用电器的不断增多,电路老化后容易失火导致发生火灾,很多家庭选择在家用房门上添加防火设施,使用消防房门代替普通的家用房门。现有的消防门,主要由门框、防火门扇、防火板组成,结构简单,功能也相对比较单一,已越来越不能满足人们的使用需求。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,使用效果好的降噪消防门。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种特殊的降噪消防门,包括相互配合且成套使用的门框、门扇以及门把手,所述门扇的内外表面设有起装饰作用的装饰面板,所述门扇由木骨架双面覆盖防火板再覆盖装饰面板组成,所述木骨架包括顶板、底板、设置在顶板和底板之间的加强板,所述顶板和加强板之间以及底板与加强板之间分别设置有上层消音棉和下层消音棉,顶板、上层消音棉、加强板、下层消音棉、底板胶合在一起,顶板上设有若干排贯通顶板上下两端的消音孔,所述加强板内间隔均布有若干消音道,所述门框和门扇之间设有防烟条,所述防烟条粘接在门框和门扇之间。
进一步的技术方案:
所述消音孔靠近门扇外侧的一端直径大,远离门扇外侧的一端直径小。
所述消音道呈S形。
所述上层消音棉和下层消音棉采用超细玻璃棉制成。
所述门把手由一种耐高温高密度塑料制造而成,且其的表面设有若干个均匀分布的凹凸点。
由于上述技术方案的应用,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明的消防门,结构合理,门扇的内外表面设有起装饰作用的装饰面板,门扇由木骨架双面覆盖防火板再覆盖装饰面板组成,木骨架内设置由消音孔、消音棉和消音道,这样的结构设计使得本发明消防门具有防火作用的同时,也具有消音的作用。
2、本发明的消防门,在门框和门扇之间设有防烟条,大大增强了房门的防火性能,当发生火灾时,消防门可以有效阻隔火势,给人们提供宝贵的灭火和逃生的时间。

如图1所示,本发明一种特殊的降噪消防门,包括相互配合且成套使用的门框1、门扇2以及门把手11,所述门扇2的内外表面设有起装饰作用的装饰面板3,所述门扇2由木骨架4双面覆盖防火板5再覆盖装饰面板3组成,所述木骨架4包括顶板4-1、底板4-2、设置在顶板4-1和底板4-2之间的加强板4-3,所述顶板4-1和加强板4-3之间以及底板4-2与加强板4-3之间分别设置有上层消音棉6和下层消音棉7,顶板4-1、上层消音棉6、加强板4-3、下层消音棉7、底板4-2胶合在一起,顶板4-1上设有若干排贯通顶板上下两端的消音孔8,所述加强板4-3内间隔均布有若干消音道9,所述门框1和门扇2之间设有防烟条10,所述防烟条10粘接在门框1和门扇2之间。
优选的,作为本发明的第二个实施例,本实施例是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述消音孔8靠近门扇2外侧的一端直径大,远离门扇2外侧的一端直径小。
优选的,作为本发明的第三个实施例,本实施例也是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述消音道9呈S形。
优选的,作为本发明的第四个实施例,本实施例还是对实施例一的进一步限定,所述上层消音棉6和下层消音棉7采用超细玻璃棉制成。所述门把手11由一种耐高温高密度塑料制造而成,且其的表面设有若干个均匀分布的凹凸点。

1.一种特殊的降噪消防门,其特征在于:包括相互配合且成套使用的门框(1)、门扇(2)以及门把手(11),所述门扇(2)的内外表面设有起装饰作用的装饰面板(3),所述门扇(2)由木骨架(4)双面覆盖防火板(5)再覆盖装饰面板(3)组成,所述木骨架(4)包括顶板(4-1)、底板(4-2)、设置在顶板(4-1)和底板(4-2)之间的加强板(4-3),所述顶板(4-1)和加强板(4-3)之间以及底板(4-2)与加强板(4-3)之间分别设置有上层消音棉(6)和下层消音棉(7),顶板(4-1)、上层消音棉(6)、加强板(4-3)、下层消音棉(7)、底板(4-2)胶合在一起,顶板(4-1)上设有若干排贯通顶板上下两端的消音孔(8),所述加强板(4-3)内间隔均布有若干消音道(9),所述门框(1)和门扇(2)之间设有防烟条(10),所述防烟条(10)粘接在门框(1)和门扇(2)之间。
