The fixing portion 1 includes a first plate 11 and a second plate 12. The first plate 11 is provided with first mounting holes 111, and the fixing portion 1 can be fixed on the wall body 4 by passing through the first mounting holes 111 through bolts and fixing the bolts in the wall body 4, and the number of the first mounting holes 111 can be selected according to actual situations, and in this embodiment, one first mounting hole is selected. The second plate 12 is provided with a second hole 121, and the second hole 121 is used for connecting the support 2. At least one reinforcing plate 13 is further provided between the first plate 11 and the second plate 12, the reinforcing plate 13 being capable of enhancing the stability of the fixing portion 1. The reinforcing plate 13 may be triangular or may be of other shapes. Of course, many variations are possible regarding the structure of the reinforcing plate 13, and a specific person skilled in the art can choose this according to the actual situation.
The support 2 includes a support 21, a first tube 22, and a connection plate 23. The support 21 is used for supporting the precast floor slabs 5; the first pipe fitting 22 passes through the second hole 121 on the second plate 12, and both ends thereof are fixedly connected with the supporting member 21 and the connecting plate 23, respectively; the connection plate 23 is provided with a first hole 231.
The height adjusting section 3 includes an adjusting lever 31 and a first nut 32. One end of the adjustment rod 31 is provided with a screw thread which cooperates with the first nut 32. The adjusting rod 31 passes through a first hole 231 on the connecting plate 23 and is connected with a first nut 32; the other end of the adjusting lever 31 is fixedly connected to the second plate 12. The support part 2 can be driven to move relative to the fixed part 1 by rotating the first nut 32, so that the purpose of adjusting the height of the precast floor slab 5 is achieved.
In some embodiments, for convenience of assembly, the height adjusting part 3 further includes a second nut 33 and a third nut 34, and the adjusting rod 31 is provided with threads that mate with the second nut 33 and the third nut 34; at the same time, a third hole 122 is also formed in the second plate 12 of the fixing portion 1, and the diameter of the third hole 122 is smaller than the diameters of the second nut 33 and the third nut 34. In the assembling process, the second nut 33 is assembled to the adjusting rod 31, the second nut 33 needs to be spaced from the end of the adjusting rod 31 so that the adjusting rod 31 passes through the third hole 122 on the second plate 12, then the adjusting rod 31 passes through the third hole 122 on the second plate 12, and finally the third nut 34 is assembled to the adjusting rod 31 and screwed; at this time, the second nut 33 and the third nut 34 are located at both sides of the third hole 122, respectively, and the adjusting lever 31 is fixed to the second plate 12 by rotating the second nut 33 and the third nut 34 in opposite directions. The connection manner of the adjusting lever 31 and the second plate 12 is various (such as welding), and a person skilled in the art can select according to the actual situation, which will not be described in detail herein.
In some embodiments, the support part 2 further comprises a second pipe 24, and the second plate 12 of the fixing part 1 is provided with a fourth hole 123 for the second pipe 24 to pass through; the second pipe 24 passes through the fourth hole 123 and both ends thereof are fixedly connected to the support 21 and the connection plate 23, respectively. In addition, an adjusting rod 31 is located between the first tube member 22 and the second tube member 24. By means of the design, the height of the precast floor slab 5 can be adjusted more conveniently.
In some embodiments, the support 2 further comprises a pad 25, the pad 25 being in contact with the upper surface of the support 21 and being located above the support 21. Can make things convenient for the installation and the dismantlement of precast floor slab 5 through filling up square 25, if when dismantling, only need unscrew a part with first nut 32, can withdraw from filling up square 25, and then dismantle precast floor slab 5.
In some embodiments, a protruding portion 211 is further provided on the support portion 2, and the protruding portion 211 mainly serves to limit the movable position of the cushion side 25. The protruding portion 211 is provided with a threaded hole and a bolt 212 matched with the threaded hole, the pad 25 can be driven to move towards the wall 4 side by rotating the bolt 212, the pad 25 is further fastened, the pad 25 cannot move, and in order to better fix the pad 25 through the bolt 212, a gasket can be additionally arranged at one end, contacted with the pad 25, of the bolt 212, and the gasket is connected with the bolt 212.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 11, the supporting portion 2 further includes a fifth plate 26, the fifth plate 26 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 23, and the fifth plate 26 and the first plate 11 on the fixing portion 1 are located on the same side of the supporting device. It will be appreciated that the fifth plate 26 is co-planar with the first plate 11 in the vertical direction of the support means, i.e. the support means is arranged such that during installation, when the first plate 11 is secured to the wall 4, the fifth plate 26 is also located just above the surface of the wall 4, although this may be chosen by the person skilled in the art according to the circumstances. The supporting device increases the contact area between the supporting part 2 and the wall body 4 through the fifth plate 26, and further improves the stability of the supporting device.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 to 9, the fixing portion 1 further includes a third plate 14, the third plate 14 is fixedly connected to the first plate 11, and the third plate 14 is parallel to the second plate 12, and holes through which the first pipe 22 and the second pipe 24 pass are respectively formed in the third plate 14. By the action of the third plate 14, the supporting part 2 is more stable in the moving process, and the phenomenon that the supporting part 2 is deviated in the moving process is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the fixing portion further includes a fourth plate 15, where the fourth plate 15 is fixedly connected to the second plate 12 and/or the third plate 14, and a second mounting hole 151 corresponding to the first mounting hole 111 on the first plate 11 is further formed in the fourth plate 15. In the installation process, the bolts pass through the second installation holes 151 and then pass through the first installation holes 111, and the bolts are fixed in the wall body. Through the design, the fixing part is firmer, and the stability of the whole device is improved.
In some embodiments, the hole formed in the fixing portion 1 and matching the first tube 22 and the second tube 24 on the supporting portion 2 may be a full hole (as shown in fig. 1 to 5, 8, 10 and 11) or a half hole (as shown in fig. 9, 11 and 13), which may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12 to 13, a sleeve 124 or a half pipe 125 is further arranged on the hole of the second plate 12 of the fixing part 1, which is matched with the first pipe fitting 22 and the second pipe fitting 24, and the sleeve 124 or the half pipe 125 is sleeved on the first pipe fitting 22 and the second pipe fitting 24, so that the stability of the whole equipment is further enhanced through the design.

the fixing part comprises a first plate and a second plate, the first plate is fixedly connected with the second plate, and a second hole for the first pipe fitting to pass through is formed in the second plate;
one end of the adjusting rod penetrates through the first hole and is connected with the first nut, the other end of the adjusting rod is connected with the second plate, and the supporting part can be driven to move relative to the fixing part by rotating the first nut so as to adjust the height of the precast floor slab;
the height adjusting part further comprises a second nut and a third nut;
the other end of the adjusting rod is provided with a second thread matched with the second nut and the third nut; the second plate is provided with a third hole for the adjusting rod to pass through;
the second nut and the third nut are respectively positioned at two sides of the third hole, the adjusting rod passes through the third hole, and the adjusting rod is fixedly connected with the second plate through the second nut and the third nut;
the support part also comprises a second pipe fitting, and two ends of the second pipe fitting are fixedly connected with the support piece and the connecting plate respectively;

the fixing part comprises a third plate, the third plate is fixedly connected with the first plate and is parallel to the second plate, and holes for the first pipe fitting and the second pipe fitting to pass through are respectively formed in the third plate;

at least one reinforcing plate is arranged between the first plate and the second plate;
