技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种保温隔音隔热扣板，属于室内吊顶技术领域。
背景技术
现有常规的室内吊顶，主要由龙骨和扣板组成，所述的扣板包括一种冲压成型的铝或合金铝口，，这种扣板的厚度很薄，且金属材料的热传导性能较好，所有用上述扣板形成的吊顶面不能有效阻隔室内热量向吊顶上面的空气传递。例如室内取暖时的热气和夏天用空调时的冷气都会散发的较快，因此能耗较大。另外室内的噪音也很大，如楼上放水的声音，楼上走路的声音等等，都会影响到楼下用户的生活质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种结构简单，使用安装方便，降低室内能耗，以提高人们生活品质的保温隔音隔热扣板。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，一种保温隔音隔热扣板，包括一通过至少两对称边上设置的折边扣紧于龙骨上的薄壁状方形扣板体，所述的扣板体上的背面通过黏胶工艺复合有至少一层保温隔音隔热材料层；所述的保温隔音隔热材料层上面还复合有至少一层薄铝皮或铝箔纸或其它薄膜类材质层。
作为优选：所述的保温隔音隔热材料层由有机或无机材料制成，层中以实心或空心结构构成，其中设置有至少一面相互沟通的、由多条横向或多条纵向凹槽构成的网状凹槽隔音隔热空间；所述薄铝皮或铝箔纸或其它薄膜类材质层是一种平板状或带有一定成型形状或开有一定孔的材料层。
本发明属于对现有技术的改进，它具有结构简单，使用安装方便，降低室内能耗，以提高人们生活品质等特点。

本发明能够有效改善现有铝扣板所带来的隔热性能差，散热，耗能大等缺陷，能够提高人们居住的生活品质。
