Abstract
The invention discloses a profiling positioning device for fixing an intermediate frequency induction heating normalizing transformer in the field of metal heat treatment, which comprises a fixed support platform, wherein the fixed support platform is parallel to a steel rail, and the normalizing transformer is placed on the top surface of the fixed support platform; the four vertex angles of the fixed support platform are respectively provided with a rotatable support which is perpendicular to the plane where the steel rail is positioned and penetrates through the fixed support platform from bottom to top; the bottom of the rotatable support can be fixed with the roadbed where the steel rail is located, and the top of the rotatable support is provided with an operating handle which can be in forced contact with the outer peripheral surface of the normalizing transformer. The technical effects are as follows: which can flexibly and conveniently position the relative position between an induction heating coil connected with a normalizing transformer and a welding head of a steel rail, and the normalizing transformer after positioning and fixing cannot slide downwards along the slope, so that the consistency of normalizing parameters when normalizing the welding heads of the steel rails is ensured.

Background
The seamless steel rail is formed by connecting short rails through resistance welding or flash welding in the construction process of a circuit, and the internal structure of a steel rail welding joint can change to a certain extent due to the bearing of high temperature, so that the metal performance at the welding joint is reduced, and the welding joint is locally heated in an intermediate frequency induction normalizing mode, so that the grain structure of the steel rail welding joint is improved, and the final characteristics meet the iron standard.
As the roadbed paved by the track may have an ascending slope or a descending slope, the normalizing transformer may slide along the track, and the normalizing coil cannot be accurately placed at the welding joint of the track.

The top surface of the fixed support platform 21 is also provided with an infrared temperature sensor 212, the infrared sensor 212 is used for monitoring the temperature of the bottom surface of the normalizing transformer 3, and once the temperature of the bottom surface of the normalizing transformer 3 exceeds a threshold value, the infrared temperature sensor 212 alarms.
Meanwhile, a variable-frequency crane 4 is connected above the normalizing transformer 3, and the variable-frequency crane 4 positions the normalizing transformer 3 along the axial direction of the steel rail, so that an induction heating coil arranged on the normalizing transformer 3 corresponds to the position of a welding head of the steel rail. After the positioning of the induction heating coil by the variable frequency crane 4 is completed, the variable frequency crane 4 puts down the normalizing transformer 3, so that the clamping groove 31 at the bottom of the normalizing transformer 3 is clamped with the positioning sliding rail 211 on the top surface of the fixed support platform 21. Finally, the operating handle 222 on the top of the rotatable bracket 22 is adjusted, so that the operating handle 222 is in forced contact with the outer peripheral surface of the normalizing transformer 3, and the transformer is fixed on the top surface of the fixed bracket platform 21.
The positioning device for fixing the medium-frequency induction heating normalizing transformer can be used for fixing the normalizing transformer 3 for induction heating the welding head of the steel rail positioned on the ramp, preventing the normalizing transformer 3 from sliding downwards, and ensuring that an induction heating coil connected with the normalizing transformer 3 is positioned at the welding head of the steel rail. the four vertex angles of the fixed support platform are respectively provided with a rotatable support which is perpendicular to the plane where the steel rail is positioned and penetrates through the fixed support platform from bottom to top;
the bottom of the rotatable bracket can be fixed with the roadbed where the steel rail is located, the top of the rotatable bracket is provided with an operating handle which can be in forced contact with the peripheral surface of the normalizing transformer,
the bottom of the rotatable bracket is provided with a rotary pressing device for fixing the bottom of the rotatable bracket and the roadbed where the steel rail is positioned,
the top surface of the fixed support platform is provided with two positioning slide rails which are parallel to the steel rail and can be clamped with clamping grooves on the bottom surface of the normalizing transformer,
it also comprises a variable frequency crane which can hoist the normalizing transformer above the normalizing transformer and can position the normalizing transformer along the axial direction of the steel rail,
the bottom surface of the fixed support platform is a profiling bottom surface which profiles the top surface of the steel rail,
the upper part of the normalizing transformer is connected with a variable frequency crane, and the variable frequency crane positions the normalizing transformer along the axial direction of the steel rail, so that an induction heating coil arranged on the normalizing transformer corresponds to the position of a welding head of the steel rail; after the positioning of the induction heating coil by the variable frequency crane is completed, the variable frequency crane puts down the normalizing transformer, so that the clamping groove at the bottom of the normalizing transformer is clamped with the positioning slide rail on the top surface of the fixed support platform; finally, the operating handle at the top of the rotatable bracket is adjusted to ensure that the operating handle is in forced contact with the peripheral surface of the normalizing transformer, thereby fixing the transformer on the top surface of the fixed bracket platform,
