Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electrical equipment, and particularly relates to clothes treatment equipment.
Background
With the continuous development and progress of economy and life, the large-capacity washing machine is more and more minded by consumers. The increasing capacity means that the weight of the machine itself increases, and moving such a heavy machine is difficult for any consumer, but in life, there are often occasions where the position of the washing machine is appropriately adjusted, such as moving a balcony or a toilet, sweeping a dead space at the bottom of the washing machine, moving the washing machine to a large space for boxing or packing when moving the washing machine. Many consumers now spend additional money buying a separate removable stand to solve this problem, virtually increasing the burden on the consumer and reducing consumer satisfaction.
In view of the above practical situation, the present patent proposes a simple and reliable manner for realizing the complete machine sliding of the washing machine, which not only does not increase the cost of the complete machine too much, but also does not change the structure of the complete machine significantly (only does the structure of the base product change correspondingly). This patent can bring better product experience for the consumer, belongs to the increase and the optimization of product function, has important practical meaning.

The distance between the moving mechanisms 2 in front of the apparatus is larger than the distance between the moving mechanisms 2 behind the apparatus. Because the moving mechanism 2 also plays a role in supporting and bearing when the equipment does not move, the design enables the gravity center position behind the equipment to be more concentrated, and the stability of the equipment is facilitated. And a space is left outside the moving mechanism 2 behind the apparatus, and other components can be provided.
Further, the moving mechanism 2 in the present embodiment includes an axle 22 and a wheel 21, the wheel 21 is rotatable about the axle 22, and the wheel 21 is mounted on the moving mechanism mounting position 23 through the axle 22.

Preferably, the lengths of the two-layer structure of the step 412 extending to the central part of the base 1 are different, so that a margin is left when the anti-collision cover plate 31 deforms.
Further, the steps in this embodiment are arranged in segments, and each segment of the two-layer structure is arranged in a staggered manner, so that the projections of the two-layer structure in the extending direction do not overlap.
Further, the connection mechanism in the present embodiment includes a second connection mechanism connected by a male-female fit. The assembly direction of the second connecting mechanism is the extension direction of the anti-collision cover plate, and a certain angle is formed; preferably 90. The second connecting mechanism comprises an eyelet 421 arranged on the edge of the anti-collision cover plate 31 and a protrusion 422 arranged at the connecting position of the base and the anti-collision cover plate, and the protrusion 422 is connected with the eyelet 421 in a combined manner. The number of the second connecting mechanisms is two, and at least two second connecting mechanisms are distributed.
Further, the connection mechanism in the present embodiment includes a third connection mechanism that realizes connection by a connection member. The third connecting mechanism comprises connecting holes 43 which are correspondingly arranged at the connecting positions of the anti-collision cover plate 31 and the base 1 with the anti-collision cover plate 31, and the connecting holes 43 realize the connection between the anti-collision cover plate 31 and the base 1 through connecting pieces which are arranged in a penetrating way.
During installation, the profiling 411 on the impact cover 31 is inserted/slid into the groove formed between the steps 412. The second connection structures are then aligned for connection. The adjustment member 52 is preferably a screw. The positioning member 51 is preferably made of an elastic material, such as rubber.
Further, the positioning mechanisms 5 in the present embodiment are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the moving mechanisms provided on the opposite side in the moving direction, so that each positioning mechanism 5 controls at least one moving mechanism in the reverse direction. The positioning mechanism 5 is provided on the side of the moving mechanism facing the moving direction, and the positioning mechanism 5 is provided directly in front of the moving mechanism with respect to the position in fig. 2. The design of the positioning mechanism allows for selective movability of the device. When the positioning mechanism is unfolded, the equipment loses the moving capability; when the positioning mechanism is retracted, the equipment can move. The user can make selections as desired. According to the clothes treatment equipment introduced by the invention, the positioning mechanism is designed to keep good stability when the positioning mechanism is unfolded, and the positioning mechanism can keep the moving mechanism still to the maximum extent.
Further, when the moving mechanism is a universal wheel, the end face of the positioning mechanism is annular, the positioning mechanism can move along the annular axial direction under the driving of the adjusting piece so as to adjust the position and the length of the positioning mechanism, and the moving mechanism is arranged in the middle of the annular, so that the moving mechanism is surrounded by the positioning mechanism at the periphery. The positioning structure can position the moving mechanism in all directions and can protect the moving mechanism when the positioning mechanism is in an extended state.
