Abstract
The invention discloses a coating solution of a cellulose membrane, which is prepared by taking a mixed solvent as a solvent, dissolving a copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, a cross-linking agent and an auxiliary agent, coating the surface of the cellulose membrane with the coating solution, and drying and humidifying the cellulose membrane. The coating solution endows the cellulose membrane with good performances such as barrier property, heat sealing property, thermal stability, light stability and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a coating solution of a cellulose membrane, which can be used for preparing a coated cellulose membrane and belongs to the field of coated cellulose products.
Background
With the continuous development of the packaging industry and the continuous improvement of the requirements of people on packaging products, the coated cellulose films with different degrees of water vapor barrier performance are more and more favored by customers, and the annual demand of products is continuously increased. At present, domestic coated cellulose membranes mainly comprise high-water-vapor-barrier coated cellulose membranes such as PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) coating, nitrocellulose coating and the like, and the production process has the problems of serious toluene pollution, high solvent recovery cost and the like, and environmental protection and cost; the domestic production of the coated cellulose membrane with medium water vapor barrier property which has vigorous market demand is still blank. The invention provides a coating solution of a cellulose membrane, which is a benzene-free solvent-type environment-friendly coating and can be used for preparing a coated cellulose membrane with medium water vapor barrier property.

Preferably, the mass ratio of ethyl acetate to butanone in the mixed solvent is 1:1-2: 1.
Preferably, the mass content of the chloroethylene in the copolymer containing chloroethylene and vinyl acetate is 60-90%, and the mass content of the vinyl acetate is 1-40%.
Preferably, the mass content of the copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate in the coating solution is 5-15%.
Preferably, the mass content of the cross-linking agent in the coating solution is 1 to 10%.
The copolymer containing the vinyl chloride and the vinyl acetate has good film forming property, and the film has proper water vapor barrier property; the copolymer has good compatibility with cellulose, and can form good adhesion on a cellulose membrane, and the added cross-linking agent can further improve the adhesion of the coating on the cellulose membrane; the used solvent has strong dissolving capacity and is environment-friendly.
The coating solution can be used for preparing a coating cellulose film through conventional coating, drying and humidifying treatment, and the prepared coating cellulose film product has the following indexes: heat seal strength: not less than 350g/37 mm; water vapor permeability value: 400-inch square meter is used for 600 g/square meter 24 h; thermal stability: heating at 130 deg.C for 10min to obtain a heat sealing value and water vapor permeability value which are not affected; light stability: the coating is not embrittled after being exposed for 15 days in the sun, and the heat sealing value and the water vapor permeability value are basically not influenced.

Example 1
The coating solution of the cellulose membrane takes a mixed solvent as a solvent, is dissolved with a copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, a cross-linking agent and an auxiliary agent, and specifically comprises the following components:
1. mixing solvent: 75g of ethyl acetate and 75g of butanone;
2. copolymers containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate: the copolymer consists of three copolymers a, b and c, wherein the three copolymers contain vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate as comonomers, namely: a (88% of vinyl chloride and 1% of vinyl acetate) 5.87g, b (84% of vinyl chloride and 15% of vinyl acetate) 3.91g, and c (60% of vinyl chloride and 40% of vinyl acetate) 1.96 g;
3. 3.06g of isocyanate crosslinking agent;
4. auxiliary agent: 0.2g of heat stabilizer, 0.4g of light stabilizer and 0.2g of anti-sticking agent.
The above components were added to a conical flask, and stirred and mixed to obtain a coating solution.
The coating solution can further adjust the viscosity by adding the mixed solvent, the coating solution is coated on the surface of the cellulose membrane, and the cellulose membrane is prepared after drying and humidifying treatment, wherein the heat seal strength of the cellulose membrane is as follows: 421g/37 mm; moisture permeability value for 24 h: 522 g/(. square meter. 24 h); thermal stability: heating at 130 deg.C for 10min to obtain heat sealing value and water vapor permeability value; light stability: the coating is not embrittled after being exposed for 15 days in the sun, and the heat sealing value and the water vapor permeability value are not influenced. By contrast, when the coating solution is not used, the water vapor permeability value of the cellulose membrane for 1 hour is 200 g/square meter 1 hour, and an accurate value cannot be obtained due to an overlarge water vapor permeability value in a 24-hour test.
Example 2
The coating solution of the cellulose membrane takes a mixed solvent as a solvent, is dissolved with a copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, a cross-linking agent and an auxiliary agent, and specifically comprises the following components:
1. mixing solvent: 100g ethyl acetate and 50g butanone;
2. copolymers containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate: the copolymer consists of three copolymers a, b and c, wherein the three copolymers contain vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate as comonomers, namely: a (88% of vinyl chloride and 1% of vinyl acetate) 5.87g, b (84% of vinyl chloride and 15% of vinyl acetate) 2.94g, and c (60% of vinyl chloride and 40% of vinyl acetate) 2.94 g;
3. 2.3g of isocyanate crosslinking agent;
4. auxiliary agent: 0.4g of heat stabilizer, 0.8g of hindered amine light stabilizer and 0.4g of anti-sticking agent silica sol.
The above components were added to a conical flask, and stirred and mixed to obtain a coating solution.
The coating solution can further adjust the viscosity by adding the mixed solvent, the coating solution is coated on the surface of the cellulose membrane, and the heat seal strength of the coated cellulose membrane product is as follows: 452g/37 mm; water vapor permeability value: 489 g/square meter (24 h); thermal stability: heating at 130 deg.C for 10min to obtain heat sealing value and water vapor permeability value; light stability: the coating is not embrittled after being exposed for 15 days in the sun, and the heat sealing value and the water vapor permeability value are not influenced. By contrast, when the coating solution is not used, the water vapor permeability value of the cellulose membrane for 1 hour is 200 g/square meter 1 hour, and an accurate value cannot be obtained due to an overlarge water vapor permeability value in a 24-hour test.

6. The cellulose coating film according to claim 1, wherein the coating solution contains 5 to 15% by mass of a copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate.
7. The cellulose coating film according to claim 1, wherein the mass content of the cross-linking agent in the coating solution is 1-10%.
