Preferably, the mass ratio of ethyl acetate to butanone in the mixed solvent is 1:1-2: 1.
Preferably, the mass content of the chloroethylene in the copolymer containing chloroethylene and vinyl acetate is 60-90%, and the mass content of the vinyl acetate is 1-40%.
Preferably, the mass content of the copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate in the coating solution is 5-15%.
Preferably, the mass content of the cross-linking agent in the coating solution is 1 to 10%.
The copolymer containing the vinyl chloride and the vinyl acetate has good film forming property, and the film has proper water vapor barrier property; the copolymer has good compatibility with cellulose, and can form good adhesion on a cellulose membrane, and the added cross-linking agent can further improve the adhesion of the coating on the cellulose membrane; the used solvent has strong dissolving capacity and is environment-friendly.
The coating solution can be used for preparing a coating cellulose film through conventional coating, drying and humidifying treatment, and the prepared coating cellulose film product has the following indexes: heat seal strength: not less than 350g/37 mm; water vapor permeability value: 400-inch square meter is used for 600 g/square meter 24 h; thermal stability: heating at 130 deg.C for 10min to obtain a heat sealing value and water vapor permeability value which are not affected; light stability: the coating is not embrittled after being exposed for 15 days in the sun, and the heat sealing value and the water vapor permeability value are basically not influenced.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: by means of the characteristics of the coating copolymer and the characteristics of the formula auxiliary agent, the cellulose membrane can be endowed with proper water vapor barrier property, high heat sealing property, good heat stability, light stability and other properties, and can adapt to various use environments; the cellulose coating film prepared by the coating solution can solve the problems of environmental protection and cost such as toluene residue, high solvent recovery cost and the like of the traditional cellulose coating film.
Detailed Description

The coating solution of the cellulose membrane takes a mixed solvent as a solvent, is dissolved with a copolymer containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, a cross-linking agent and an auxiliary agent, and specifically comprises the following components:
1. mixing solvent: 75g of ethyl acetate and 75g of butanone;
2. copolymers containing vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate: the copolymer consists of three copolymers a, b and c, wherein the three copolymers contain vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate as comonomers, namely: a (88% of vinyl chloride and 1% of vinyl acetate) 5.87g, b (84% of vinyl chloride and 15% of vinyl acetate) 3.91g, and c (60% of vinyl chloride and 40% of vinyl acetate) 1.96 g;
3. 3.06g of isocyanate crosslinking agent;
4. auxiliary agent: 0.2g of heat stabilizer, 0.4g of light stabilizer and 0.2g of anti-sticking agent.
The above components were added to a conical flask, and stirred and mixed to obtain a coating solution.
