Description

Repairing material for extremely cold road surface and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a repairing material for extremely cold pavements, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The pavement cracks are one of main road diseases in China, and are mainly damaged in the early stage of the road, if the pavement cracks are not treated in time, the service performance of the road is seriously influenced, the maintenance period of the road is advanced, the maintenance cost is greatly increased, and the service life of the road is directly shortened. In extremely cold areas, the low temperature is generally-20 to-40 ℃ in winter, and the high temperature can reach about 40 ℃ in summer. The traditional repairing materials mostly adopt common modified asphalt, common crack pouring glue, a joint tape and the like, and the materials become glass state at the low temperature of-30 ℃, crack quickly under the action of a vehicle in the operation process, and the requirement of road maintenance cannot be met at all. When the existing concrete road pavement is repaired, the newly poured concrete is generally directly poured into the pit groove, the surface and the pavement are smoothed, and the repair is finished after the concrete is well maintained. The method has the defects of long construction time, low cohesive force to the original cement concrete, easy falling and the like, and the used materials can not be suitable for repairing extremely cold areas at all.

As a further scheme of the invention: the repairing material for the extremely cold road surface comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of Portland cement, 36 parts of fine sand, 15 parts of sodium gluconate, 22 parts of diethylenetriamine and 27 parts of polyketone resin.
A preparation method of a repairing material for extremely cold road surfaces comprises the following steps:
1) mixing diethylenetriamine with ethanol with the mass of 3.5-4 times of that of the diethylenetriamine to prepare a diethylenetriamine solution for later use;
2) heating the polyketone resin to 65-70 ℃, heating and stirring for 30-35min at the temperature, heating to 78 ℃, adding a diethylenetriamine solution, and sealing, heating and stirring for 0.7-0.8h at 78 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
3) and mixing and stirring the Portland cement, the fine sand and the sodium gluconate uniformly, adding the mixture, and stirring for 1.1-1.2 hours to obtain the repairing material.
As a further scheme of the invention: in the step 3), the stirring temperature is 62-65 ℃ when the mixture is added.
The application of the repairing material in repairing concrete on extremely cold road surfaces.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention has good low-temperature crack resistance, high-temperature stability, interface cohesiveness, aging resistance and fatigue resistance, high fluidity, is used for repairing extremely cold road surfaces quickly and effectively, can finish the maintenance work of pits in the road surfaces quickly by only simply paving and leveling, and is suitable for repairing cracks and joints of cement concrete road surfaces under the extremely cold weather condition. The invention can be used for traffic passing after 0.7h after the pavement is repaired, can greatly shorten the traffic opening time, and does not need repeated repair after once repair.
