本发明公开了一种喷水推进装置,包括导管,所述导管内设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设置有导叶轮和后导叶体,所述导管前端设置有进水格栅,所述旋转轴上还设置有前导叶体,所述前导叶体位于所述进水格栅和所述导叶轮之间,所述进水格栅外设置有预旋导轮,所述预旋导轮由预旋导管和预旋叶片组成,所述预旋叶片的旋向与所述前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体的旋向相同。预旋的水流提高了推进效率,导叶轮之前加装的前导叶体对预旋水流起到一个整流的效果,整流之后的水流再进入导叶轮时振动噪音均减小。

技术领域
本发明属于泵喷水推进领域,具体涉及一种喷水推进装置。
背景技术
喷水推进利用推进泵喷出水流的反作用力推动船舶前进,具有推进效率高、抗空化性能强、振动和水下辐射噪声小、主机不易超负荷、适合浅水航行等常规螺旋桨所不及的众多优点。面对国内内河航线复杂多变的情况,喷水推进方式比螺旋桨有着更强的适航性;喷水推进推进效率、节能减排等方面也比传统的螺旋桨更有优势;此外,喷水推进的浅水效应相对较小、传动机构简单、附体阻力小、主机不需要反转等优点。
然而,在喷水推进船舶上,除了水翼艇,进水口都位于船体的边界层。由于船体边界层内水流速度小于船体边界层外的流速,因此进入管道系统和喷泵的流速低于来流的速度,船体边界层对喷水推进效率产生不利影响。
发明内容
针对现有的喷水推进装置的船体边界层对喷水推进效率产生不利影响的问题,本发明提出一种喷水推进装置,提高喷水推进效率,而且减小振动和噪音。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种喷水推进装置,包括导管,所述导管内设置有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设置有导叶轮和后导叶体,所述导管前端设置有进水格栅,所述旋转轴上还设置有前导叶体,所述前导叶体位于所述进水格栅和所述导叶轮之间,所述进水格栅外设置有预旋导轮,所述预旋导轮由预旋导管和预旋叶片组成,所述预旋叶片的旋向与所述前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体的旋向相同;
优选地,所述旋转轴后端设置有导流帽;
优选地,所述预旋叶片与预旋导管的内壁固定连接;
优选地,所述预旋叶片、前导叶体、导叶轮和后导叶体均为翼型剖面。
通过采用上述技术方案,水流在进入喷水推进装置的进水管道之前,先经过预旋导轮,使水流产生了一个预旋的效果,预旋的水流再进入进水管道内通过导叶轮进行旋转加速,提高了推进效率。由于预旋的水流进入导叶轮会产生较大的振动和噪音,所以考虑在进水管道内的导叶轮之前加装前导叶体,前导叶体对预旋水流起到一个整流的效果,整流之后的水流再进入导叶轮时振动噪音均减小。

一种喷水推进装置,包括导管1,所述导管1内设置有旋转轴2,所述旋转轴2上设置有导叶轮3和后导叶体4,所述导管1前端设置有进水格栅5,所述旋转轴2上还设置有前导叶体6,所述前导叶体6位于所述进水格栅5和所述导叶轮3之间,所述进水格栅5外设置有预旋导轮7,所述预旋导轮7由预旋导管8和预旋叶片9组成,所述预旋叶片9的旋向与所述前导叶体6、导叶轮3和后导叶体4的旋向相同;
优选地,所述旋转轴2后端设置有导流帽10;
优选地,所述预旋叶片9与预旋导管8的内壁固定连接;
优选地,所述预旋叶片9、前导叶体6、导叶轮3和后导叶体4均为翼型剖面。
