背景技术

现在参照图1,示出了铁路车辆转向架中的本发明的摩擦瓦8。铁路车辆转向架包括两个侧架2,侧架2间隔开并且大体上相互平行。每个侧架2包括由一对间隔开的竖直柱14形成的窗13。平面形的柱耐磨板15连接至每个侧架竖直柱14的内表面。铁路车辆转向架还包括摇枕1,摇枕1在侧架2之间大体上横向地延伸。摇枕1的每个端部12位于相应的侧架窗13内并且通过多个螺旋状的悬架负载卷簧10竖直地支撑在侧架2上。悬架负载卷簧10本身支撑在每个侧架2的弹簧座16上。悬架负载卷簧10可弹性压缩,从而允许摇枕1的端部在窗13内并且相对于侧架2向上和向下竖直移动。每个摇枕端部12包括多个斜壁23。每个斜壁23适于与相应的摩擦瓦8的斜面20接合。能够看到,摩擦瓦8为在铁路车辆转向架行驶于导轨上时支撑在悬架控制弹簧9上的摇枕1的竖直运动提供了阻尼力。悬架控制弹簧9也被支撑在每个侧架2的弹簧座16上。

Claims (12)

每个侧架具有至少一个竖直柱,
所述摇枕具有至少一个斜壁,
所述摩擦瓦包括:
与悬架控制弹簧接合并被所述悬架控制弹簧支撑的底表面,
接合所述摇枕的斜壁的斜面,以及
包括衬片凹部的竖直面,
粘合在所述摩擦瓦的所述竖直面上的所述衬片凹部中的摩擦衬片,
所述摩擦衬片接合所述侧架的竖直柱,
当所述摩擦瓦以每秒0英寸至每秒19英寸之间的速度向下运动时,所述摩擦瓦的摩擦衬片提供7500磅至16,250磅之间的阻尼力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦瓦,其中:
所述摩擦瓦的摩擦衬片由提供2000磅至12,000磅之间的法向力的材料构成。

包括衬片凹部的竖直面,
