Abstract
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃的软包面料,包括外层和里层,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维10‑30份、聚磷酸铵20‑40份、滑石粉10‑50份、竹炭纤维30‑60份、玻璃纤维10‑60份、聚氨酯胶10‑20份、天丝25‑36份,具有阻燃的性质,能够有效降低软包面料的燃烧。

本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃的软包面料。
背景技术
现在的纺织面料已高度体现出产品的新颖性、复杂性、多样化和功能化的特点,市场对高性能、高附加值、特殊功能的服装、服饰及家纺面料产生巨大需求,尤其是婴儿用品的纺织面料,要求极为苛刻,因为婴儿皮肤柔嫩,所以需要柔软的面料来制备相应的材料等,另外还需要再抗菌方面有一定的要求,但是一般的纺织品很容易燃烧。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种阻燃的软包面料。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种阻燃的软包面料,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维10-30份、聚磷酸铵20-40份、滑石粉10-50份、竹炭纤维30-60份、玻璃纤维10-60份、聚氨酯胶10-20份、天丝25-36份。
优选的,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维20份、聚磷酸铵30份、滑石粉40份、竹炭纤维40份、玻璃纤维40份、聚氨酯胶15份、天丝30份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种阻燃的软包面料,具有阻燃的性质,能够有效降低软包面料的燃烧。

一种阻燃的软包面料,包括外层和里层,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维20份、聚磷酸铵30份、滑石粉40份、竹炭纤维40份、玻璃纤维40份、聚氨酯胶15份、天丝30份。
实施例2
外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维10份、聚磷酸铵20份、滑石粉50份、竹炭纤维30份、玻璃纤维10份、聚氨酯胶10份、天丝36份。
实施例3
外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维30份、聚磷酸铵40份、滑石粉10份、竹炭纤维30份、玻璃纤维60份、聚氨酯胶20份、天丝25份。

1.一种阻燃的软包面料,包括外层和里层,其特征在于,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维10-30份、聚磷酸铵20-40份、滑石粉10-50份、竹炭纤维30-60份、玻璃纤维10-60份、聚氨酯胶10-20份、天丝25-36份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃的软包面料,其特征在于,所述外层按重量份数由如下组分组成:碳纤维20份、聚磷酸铵30份、滑石粉40份、竹炭纤维40份、玻璃纤维40份、聚氨酯胶15份、天丝30份。
