本发明公开了一种双面喷绘灯箱布，包括布体、上喷绘层和下喷绘层，所述上喷绘层和下喷绘层分别位于布体两侧，所述布体内部设置有遮阳层，所述遮阳层一侧连接有透气孔，所述遮阳层通过透气孔连接有耐磨层，所述耐磨层与上喷绘层连接，所述遮阳层另一侧连接有抗压层，所述遮阳层通过抗压层连接有阻燃层，所述阻燃层与下喷绘层连接。本发明通过在布体内部设置遮阳层，有效降低该灯箱布的透光率，增强展示效果，并且在上喷绘层一侧连接耐磨层，增强其实际使用的适应性，并且在下喷绘层一侧连接阻燃层，提高使用的安全标准，通过在布体两端均连接卷轴，并且在卷轴内部一侧设置复位弹簧，展开展示效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯箱布，特别涉及一种双面喷绘灯箱布。
背景技术
灯箱布是一种由两层PVC和一层高强度的网格布组成的灯箱招牌面料，也叫宝丽布，分内打光和外打光两种，现代生活中，随着经济和商业的不断繁荣，越来越多的广告灯箱出现在大街小巷，而广告灯箱不断的闪动结合停留，有效的提高了人们的视觉冲击力，提高了广告单位面积利用率，和变换灯箱及滚动灯箱一样广告效果不言而喻，广告灯箱集霓虹灯的优点于一身，白天晚上可以不间断的闪动，动静结合引起人们的注意，各种文字、图案有序跳跃、交替辉映，强烈的视觉冲击力，满足观者视觉感受，推动广告主获取最大经济效益。
现有的双面喷绘灯箱布其结构较为单一，在使用时的效果也不一样，例如其在户外使用时容易遭受刮碰磨损，使用寿命受到限制，并且现有的双面灯箱布其透光率较高，进行双面展示时效果不佳，此外在长时间使用后其延展拉伸效果降低，无法进行再次拉伸紧固。为此，我们提出一种双面喷绘灯箱布。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种双面喷绘灯箱布，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种双面喷绘灯箱布，包括布体、上喷绘层和下喷绘层，所述上喷绘层和下喷绘层分别位于布体两侧，所述布体内部设置有遮阳层，所述遮阳层一侧连接有透气孔，所述遮阳层通过透气孔连接有耐磨层，所述耐磨层与上喷绘层连接，所述遮阳层另一侧连接有抗压层，所述遮阳层通过抗压层连接有阻燃层，所述阻燃层与下喷绘层连接，所述布体两端均活动连接有卷轴，所述卷轴内部一侧设置有复位弹簧，所述复位弹簧与布体连接。
进一步地，所述透气孔两端均固定连接有缓冲层，所述缓冲层具体为橡胶材质。
进一步地，所述复位弹簧一侧连接有固定件。
进一步地，所述遮阳层具体为黑色聚乙烯材质。
进一步地，所述耐磨层具体为玻璃纤维材质，所述阻燃层具体为PP薄膜。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：该种双面喷绘灯箱布：
1、本发明通过在布体内部设置遮阳层，有效降低该灯箱布的透光率，在进行双面喷绘使用时的展示效果更好，并且在遮阳层一侧连接透气孔，便于喷绘材料进行渗透，增强其实际使用效果。
、本发明通过在上喷绘层一侧连接耐磨层，利用玻璃纤维耐磨层强度高、抗划伤性能强等特点增强其实际使用的适应性，并且在下喷绘层一侧连接阻燃层，提高其使用的安全标准。
、本发明通过在布体两端均连接卷轴，并且在卷轴内部一侧设置复位弹簧，便于对布体进行拉伸固定，展开展示效果更佳。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-3所示，一种双面喷绘灯箱布，包括布体1、上喷绘层2和下喷绘层3，所述上喷绘层2和下喷绘层3分别位于布体1两侧，所述布体1内部设置有遮阳层4，所述遮阳层4一侧连接有透气孔7，所述遮阳层4通过透气孔7连接有耐磨层5，所述耐磨层5与上喷绘层2连接，所述遮阳层4另一侧连接有抗压层9，所述遮阳层4通过抗压层9连接有阻燃层6，所述阻燃层6与下喷绘层3连接，所述布体1两端均活动连接有卷轴10，所述卷轴10内部一侧设置有复位弹簧11，所述复位弹簧11与布体1连接。
其中，所述透气孔7两端均固定连接有缓冲层8，所述缓冲层8具体为橡胶材质，利用缓冲层8一方面对该灯箱布承压时进行一定防护，另一方面能够对透气孔7进行支撑固定，延长使用寿命。
其中，所述复位弹簧11一侧连接有固定件12，对复位弹簧11进行固定挂置，提升使用效果。
其中，所述遮阳层4具体为黑色聚乙烯材质，减少透光率，增强双面显示的展示效果。
其中，所述耐磨层5具体为玻璃纤维材质，所述阻燃层6具体为PP薄膜，利用玻璃纤维材质强度高，耐划伤性能强等特点增强该灯箱布的耐磨效果，利用PP薄膜阻燃层6能够有效对火源等进行隔绝，提升其使用的安全性及适应性。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种双面喷绘灯箱布，工作时，通过对其结构进行一定程度改进并对其增加相应的功能性适应性构件，增强其实际使用效果，其具体表现为，首先在布体1内部设置遮阳层4，有效降低该灯箱布的透光率，在进行双面喷绘使用时的展示效果更好，并且在遮阳层4一侧连接透气孔7，便于喷绘材料进行渗透，提升该灯箱布使用的透气效果，然后在上喷绘层2一侧连接耐磨层4，在进行喷绘展示时利用玻璃纤维耐磨层4强度高、抗划伤性能强等特点增强其实际使用的适应性，并且在下喷绘层3一侧连接阻燃层6，在意外状况下对火源等进行阻隔或断燃，有效保护该灯箱装置及周边设施不受烧损，提高其使用的安全标准，最后在布体1两端均连接卷轴10，便于对该灯箱布进行回收保护或展开，并且在卷轴10内部一侧设置复位弹簧11，便于对布体1进行拉伸固定，展开展示效果更佳，从而充分提高了该双面喷绘灯箱布的使用效果及其在实际应用中的适应性和实用性。

1.一种双面喷绘灯箱布，包括布体（1）、上喷绘层（2）和下喷绘层（3），所述上喷绘层（2）和下喷绘层（3）分别位于布体（1）两侧，其特征在于：所述布体（1）内部设置有遮阳层（4），所述遮阳层（4）一侧连接有透气孔（7），所述遮阳层（4）通过透气孔（7）连接有耐磨层（5），所述耐磨层（5）与上喷绘层（2）连接，所述遮阳层（4）另一侧连接有抗压层（9），所述遮阳层（4）通过抗压层（9）连接有阻燃层（6），所述阻燃层（6）与下喷绘层（3）连接，所述布体（1）两端均活动连接有卷轴（10），所述卷轴（10）内部一侧设置有复位弹簧（11），所述复位弹簧（11）与布体（1）连接。
