本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种防松开的鞋带面料，该面料可以有效解决以往鞋带面料扎紧后容易松开的问题。其结构包括中心的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层外表面设有第一塑胶片层；所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有海绵层，海绵层外侧设有第二塑胶片层；所述的第二塑胶片层的外侧设有纯棉层，纯棉层的外侧设有若干橡胶凸起。它结构简单，使用方便，适用于多种款式的鞋子。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种防松开的鞋带面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步，社会的发展，我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展，随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展。
目前，很多鞋子上都设有鞋带，但是有些鞋带扎紧后，随着人体的走动鞋带会松开，有时被脚踩到容易踩断或者绊倒。一般的鞋带面料，其结构通常只包括一层简单的圆柱形的面料，上面没有设置防松开的结构。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种防松开的鞋带面料，该面料可以有效解决以往鞋带面料扎紧后容易松开的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种防松开的鞋带面料，其特征是，其结构包括中心的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层外表面设有第一塑胶片层；
所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有海绵层，海绵层外侧设有第二塑胶片层；
所述的第二塑胶片层的外侧设有纯棉层，纯棉层的外侧设有若干橡胶凸起。
优选的，所述的橡胶凸起之间的纯棉层上设有牛仔面料层。
优选的，所述的橡胶凸起呈外凸的弧形结构。
优选的，所述的橡胶凸起为中空结构。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于其结构包括中心的涤纶织物层，所述的涤纶织物层外表面设有第一塑胶片层，因此，使用时，涤纶织物层使得鞋带面料具有良好的柔韧性，第一塑胶片层可以起到过度作用，同时增加面料的韧性，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有海绵层，海绵层外侧设有第二塑胶片层，因此，使用时，海绵层具有柔软易形变，扎紧后可以防止滑脱，第二塑胶片层进一步增加面料的柔韧性。
3、由于所述的第二塑胶片层的外侧设有纯棉层，纯棉层的外侧设有若干橡胶凸起，因此，使用时，纯棉层易形变，且具有一定的防滑效果，橡胶凸起主要在外部起到防松开、防滑脱的作用。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明，实施例不构成对本发明的限制：
如图1、图2所示，该种防松开的鞋带面料，其结构包括中心的涤纶织物层1，所述的涤纶织物层1外表面设有第一塑胶片层2。使用时，涤纶织物层使得鞋带面料具有良好的柔韧性，第一塑胶片层可以起到过度作用，同时增加面料的韧性。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的第一塑胶片层2外侧设有海绵层3，海绵层3外侧设有第二塑胶片层4。使用时，海绵层具有柔软易形变，扎紧后可以防止滑脱，第二塑胶片层进一步增加面料的柔韧性。
上述实施例中，具体的，所述的第二塑胶片层4的外侧设有纯棉层5，纯棉层5的外侧设有若干橡胶凸起51。使用时，纯棉层易形变，且具有一定的防滑效果，橡胶凸起主要在外部起到防松开、防滑脱的作用。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的橡胶凸起51之间的纯棉层上设有牛仔面料层（图中未示出）。起到耐磨作用。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的橡胶凸起51呈外凸的弧形结构。利于外观的美观性。
上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述的橡胶凸起51为中空结构。可以有一定的形变，利于鞋带的扎紧和打开。

所述的第一塑胶片层外侧设有海绵层，海绵层外侧设有第二塑胶片层；
所述的第二塑胶片层的外侧设有纯棉层，纯棉层的外侧设有若干橡胶凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防松开的鞋带面料，其特征是，所述的橡胶凸起之间的纯棉层上设有牛仔面料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防松开的鞋带面料，其特征是，所述的橡胶凸起呈外凸的弧形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防松开的鞋带面料，其特征是，所述的橡胶凸起为中空结构。
