Abstract
一种海浪发电装置,包括:一个由浮力基板及竖
直浮力管构成的框架;很多对底面开有进水孔的液压
缸,该液压缸活动地安装在交叉杆上;一个具有可折
叠压力板及其下端开孔的空心活塞,该活塞与液压缸
相配合;在浮力板的角端开有长孔,支撑杆穿过长孔,
可活动地联接在交叉杆上;每个空心活塞的上端活动
地连接在浮力板的下端,然后与软管相连通。软管与
压力集水器的主水管相连通。压力集水器的一端有
一个大容量和一个小容量的发电机。
Description
本发明涉及一种海浪发电装置,该装置能容易地运到并安置在深海的大浪区,并能有效地将海浪的能量转变为电能。
由于人口的增长和科学文化的发展使人均能源消耗量增加,人类将需要越来越多的电能。因此,我们不得不考虑电能的危机。为了解决能源的危机,蒸气发电机和水力发电机的使用是众所周知的。而且,太阳能的存贮系统,原子能及核聚变发电机也被广泛地应用。此外,一些利用海浪的发电机也研制出来了。
然而,太阳能在晴天可以被很好地存贮起来,但是在晚上或下雨下雪的日子就不容易存贮了。原子能和核聚变发电机尚存在一些技术性难题,诸如安全性,核废料的处理及环境污染。此外制造原子能和核聚变发电机的费用是很高的。
常规的海浪发电机是固定地安装在海里,安置在海边或浅海里。由于在这些地方只有很小的海浪能量可利用,因此得不到大量的能量。结果常规海浪发电机的安置地址就难以选择。事实上,在深海里安置发电机是不可能的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种海浪发电装置,该装置能容易地移到并稳定地安放在海里的大浪区,以便有效地产生高容量的电能。
本发明提供的一种海浪发电装置,由竖直安装在浮力基板相对各边的竖直浮力管和很多对安装在连接竖直浮力管的交叉杆上的开有进水孔的液压缸组成。每一个液压缸有一个带有进水孔和一个可折叠的压力板的空心活塞杆。支撑杆活动地安装在交叉杆的底端,并插设在浮力板的细长孔中。这种结构使得浮力板可以沿着支撑杆垂直移动。空心活塞杆的上端活动地联接在浮力板的下边,并与软管联接。该软管与压力集水管的主水管相联通,在压力集水管的一侧设有大容量和小容量的发电机。

本发明将结合附图作进一步详细描述:
参照附图1~5,浮力基板1、1a充满海水,竖直浮力管2垂直地安装在每个浮力基板1、1a的两对面。浮力基板1、1a和竖直浮力管2组成了本发明的海浪发电机装置的框架A。相对放置的竖直浮力管2通过交叉杆3彼此相联接,很多对液压缸4在底部开有进水孔5,并活动地安装在交叉杆3上,空心活塞杆6下部设有一个可折叠的压力板7及进水孔8。空心活塞杆6可在液压缸4中往复运动。空心活塞杆6的上端被活动地联接到浮力板9的下端,并与软管13相联通。软管13联接到压力集水管15的主水管14上,大容量发电机16和小容量发电机16a安装在主水管14的另一侧。在空心活塞杆6上端设有很多的浮力板9,浮力板9上开有长孔10,支撑杆12插设在该长孔内,因此浮力板9可以垂直运动。支撑杆12的下端活动地安装在另一交叉杆11上。竖直浮力管2上设有进气管19和废水管20及泵17。
本发明的海浪发电装置的框架A,通过浮力基板1,1a和竖直浮力管2的浮力可以一直浮在海上。具体地说,安装后的浮力板9和其上面的不折叠的软管13浮在海面上。通过泵17可以调节流入竖直浮力管2的海水量,使空心活塞杆6,竖直浮力管2及浮力基板1、1a沉入海面下。用这种结构,通过通常的锁定海上结构的重物可以容易地将本发明的框架A移送和固定安置在深海的大浪区。
框架A上的浮力板9浮在海面上,当海浪涌到框架的一边时,浮力板9随着海浪的高度沿着支撑杆12垂直移动(见图3),当浮力板9被海浪举起时,空心活塞杆6同时也在液压缸4内向上移动与浮力板9相同的距离。
当空心活塞杆6从图5A上升或移动到图5B的实线所示的位置时,在展开位置的压力板7被移动,从而使流入其上面的海水被加压。因此通过进水孔8已流入液压缸4内的海水就被压进了空心活塞杆6,然后通过软管13排入主水管14,与此同时,在升起的压力板7下面新的海水通过进水孔5流入液压缸4。
此后浮力板9随着海浪下降时,空心活塞杆6也下降进入液压缸4,在这种状态时,压力板7向上折叠,如图5A点划线所示。因而空心活塞杆6毫无阻力地快速下降。
每当浮力板9被海浪推动而作垂直移动时,空心活塞杆6也随之在液压缸4内垂直移动,形成水泵作用,因此进入液压缸4的海水不断流入主水管14,进而流入压力集水管15。用释放到废水管20时水流产生的驱动力使大容量发电机16和小容量发电机16a产生电能。
在本发明中,流入竖直浮力管2中的海水量根据海浪的高度而调节,引起浮力板9随着海浪上下有效地移动。浮力基板1、1a上的主水管14可以彼此联通,以致海水仅能进入其中的一个压力集水管,这决定于海水进入主水管14的压力。另外大容量发电机16和小容量发电机16a可以有选择地工作。如果需要的话,浮力基板1、1a可以按规定的距离连续安装。
即使本发明的框架A被海中的大浪临时全部淹没,由于浮力基板1、1a和竖直浮力管2的作用,它能马上又浮到海面上来。此外,即使很大的海浪打到框架A上,因为浮力基板1、1a的底面很宽,且其中总是充满海水,因此浮力基板1、1a既不容易升到海面上,也不会被海浪掀倒。
本发明的这种浮在海面上的海浪发电装置可以固定在只有较小落潮差的近海边,也能容易地运到并安置在深海区。此外,本发明的海浪发电装置具有最大的发电容量。因为是利用深海的海浪的强压力的水泵作用来发电的,因而能量损失很少。相应的,设备的制造和维修费用是很低的。
Claims (1)
1、一种海浪发电装置,包括:
框架A:它包括充满海水的浮力基板1、1a,及竖直安装在每个浮力基板1、1a上的竖直浮力管2;
很多对在底面开有进水孔5的液压缸4,它活动地安装在交叉杆3上,交叉杆3连接相对的竖直浮力管2;相应的与液压缸4配合的空心活塞杆6的下端设有可折叠压力板7和进水孔8;
在角上开有长孔10的浮力板9,支撑杆12穿过该长孔10,每个支撑杆12活动地联接在交叉杆11上,每个空心活塞杆6的顶端活动地联接在浮力板9的下部,并进而与软管13相联通;软管13与压力集水器15的主水管14相连通;每个压力集水器15的一侧设有一个大容量发电机16和一个小容量发电机16a。
