A driving device 3 is arranged below the table-board base 11 and the table-board sliding seat 12 and used for pushing the table-board sliding seat 12 to translate on the table-board base 11; at the same time, a switching device 4 is provided for locking the drive device 3.
The driving device 3 is formed by connecting a pushing piece 31, a telescopic connecting rod 32, a transmission connecting rod 33 and a stepping plate piece 39; wherein, the telescopic link 32 is closer to the first scaffold support 21, one end of the telescopic link 32 close to the first scaffold support 21 is hinged with the pushing member 31 inclining upwards and the transmission link 33 inclining downwards, and a torsion spring 34 is arranged at the hinged position of the telescopic link 32, the pushing member 31 and the transmission link 33, the upper end of the torsion spring 34 is connected with the pushing member 31, and the lower end of the torsion spring 34 is connected with the transmission link 33; a supporting plate is arranged below the table top base 11, a shaft sleeve is hinged on the supporting plate, one end of the telescopic connecting rod 32 far away from the first foot rest supporting piece 21 is connected with the shaft sleeve, a telescopic spring 35 is sleeved on the telescopic connecting rod 32, the telescopic direction of the telescopic connecting rod 32 is the same as or opposite to the moving direction of the table top sliding seat 12, and the telescopic spring 35 is used for exerting resilience force on the pushing piece 31 to enable the pushing piece to move downwards and backwards and be separated from the pushing through hole 15.
As shown in fig. 4, the pushing member 31 is turned over between a horizontal state and an oblique state, a pushing contact 36 is fixed at the upper end of the pushing member 31, the pushing contact 36 can extend into the pushing through hole 15 above the pushing member 31 and generate a translational pushing action on the table top slide carriage 12 along with the turning of the pushing member 31, the upper part of the pushing contact 36 is two vertically protruding small square column heads, the upper edge of the back surface of the square column head opposite to the advancing direction is set to be an arc-shaped curved surface, the lower part of the pushing contact 36 is another transverse square column body connecting the two protruding square column heads, the square column body is set to be an inclined surface towards the edge position obliquely above and behind, meanwhile, an inclined guide plate is fixed on the table top base 11 above the oblique back of the arc-shaped curved surface of the pushing contact 36, when the pushing contact 36 moves downwards, the inclined surface of the back surface of the pushing contact 36 is tightly attached to the inclined surface of the inclined guide plate and moves downwards along the inclined surface, that the pushing contact 36 is not contacted with the table top 12 in the process of returning to the table top 12, so as to avoid the pushing contact 36 generating a reverse pushing action on the table top 12; a section of vertical return spring 37 is also connected between the transmission connecting rod 33 and the table top base 11, which is beneficial to the transmission connecting rod 33 to return to the initial position; furthermore, a limiting member is further disposed on one side of the return spring 37 and between the table top base 11 and the transmission link 33 for limiting the height of the transmission link 33 exceeding the initial position due to excessive return, the upper end of the limiting member is fixed to the table top base 11, the lower end of the limiting member is covered with a cushion 38, and the cushion 38 directly collides with the transmission link 33 to avoid collision and abrasion between the two.
The clamping table clamps a workpiece through the static clamping plate piece 13 and the dynamic clamping plate piece 14, and the clamping distance between the static clamping plate piece 13 and the dynamic clamping plate piece 14 is adjusted according to the specification of the workpiece so that the workpiece is clamped; if the specification of the workpiece is too large and even exceeds the length of the table top, the front end and the rear end of the table top sliding seat 12 can be exchanged, the clamping distance is enlarged, and the workpiece with the specification too large and even exceeding the length of the table top can be clamped.
The lower end of the transmission connecting rod 33 is hinged with a stepping plate 39 through a pin shaft, and when the stepping plate 39 is stepped, the pushing piece 31 pushes the table-board sliding seat 12 to move forward by one grid, wherein the distance of one grid is the distance between two adjacent pushing through holes 15; a positioning structure is also arranged between the stepping plate 39 and the transmission connecting rod 33 to limit the stepping plate 39 to rotate relative to the transmission connecting rod 33; specifically, a telescopic bolt, a spring and a telescopic pull ring are arranged on the step plate 39, meanwhile, a bolt hole is arranged at the lower end of the transmission connecting rod 33, external force is applied to pull the pull ring, the telescopic bolt is controlled to stretch, the telescopic bolt is inserted into the bolt hole, and the step plate 39 and the transmission connecting rod 33 are fixedly connected; the retractable pin is disengaged from the pin hole, and the stepping plate 39 is turned over, thereby completing the folding of the stepping plate.
For the convenience of operation, the stepping plate 39 is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion is a telescopic pull ring, and a telescopic pin extends from the middle portion to the upper portion of the stepping plate 39 to be inserted into a pin hole of the transmission link 33.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, after the second leg bar 24, the third leg bar 25, the stepping plate 39 and the first leg bar 23 are folded in this order, a clip groove 9 is formed in the lower side wall of the transmission link 33 in order to stabilize the folded state, and a protruding cartridge 10 is formed in the middle of the side wall of the first leg bar 23, so that the cartridge 10 is fitted into the clip groove 9 in the folded state.
The switch device 4 is arranged between the transmission connecting rod 33 and the second foot rest supporting piece 22 and mainly comprises a switch key 41, a pull rod 42, a sliding plate 43, a guide pipe sleeve 44, a telescopic pin shaft 45, a rotary floating plate 46 and a guide rod 47 from top to bottom; two sliding grooves are formed in the upper end plate 26 of the second foot rest supporting piece 22, the switch key 41 is formed by connecting a switch plate and a switch handle, the switch handle is vertically fixed on the outer side of the switch plate, two embedded plates are arranged on the inner side of the switch plate, the two embedded plates are embedded into the sliding grooves, the switch key 41 can slide up and down relative to the upper end plate 26 through the embedded plates, through holes are symmetrically formed in the two embedded plates, pin shafts are arranged in the through holes, and the upper ends of the pull rods 42 are hinged to the embedded plates through the pin shafts and the through holes; as shown in fig. 5, the lower end of the pull rod 42 is hinged to a sliding plate 43, meanwhile, a sliding rail is arranged on the inner side of the lower end plate of the second foot rest support 22, the sliding plate 43 is embedded in the sliding rail, the sliding plate 43 can move up and down along the sliding rail under the driving of the pull rod 42, a hollow area is arranged in the center of the sliding plate 43, bearings are respectively arranged on two sides of the hollow area, a guide pipe sleeve 44 is arranged between the two bearings, a rotating shaft is connected between two side wall surfaces of the guide pipe sleeve 44 and the bearings, and the guide pipe sleeve 44 can rotate; one end of the telescopic pin shaft 45 penetrates through the guide pipe sleeve 44, a spring is sleeved on the telescopic pin shaft 45, the other end of the telescopic pin shaft 45 is hinged to the middle of the rotary floating plate 46, one end of the rotary floating plate 46 is hinged to the lower end plate of the second foot rest supporting piece 22, a guide hole which is vertically communicated is further formed in the side face of the rotary floating plate 46, the guide rod 47 is vertically inserted into the guide hole in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the guide rod 47 is hinged to the lower end of the transmission connecting rod 33 in the driving device 3.
The switch device 4 is used for opening and locking the driving device 3, as shown in fig. 2, when the switch key 41 is moved upwards to the uppermost end, the pull rod 42 drives the sliding plate 43 to move upwards, the telescopic shaft 44 inclines upwards relative to the rotary floating plate 46 and generates lateral thrust to the rotary floating plate 46 under the action of the spring, the rotary floating plate 46 forms a small inclination angle relative to the horizontal plane, and the guide rod 47 can smoothly extend upwards and downwards in a guide hole on one side of the rotary floating plate 46 to drive and push; as shown in fig. 3, when the switch button 41 is slid downwards to the lowest end, the pull rod 43 drives the slide plate 43 to move downwards, the telescopic shaft 44 inclines downwards relative to the rotary floating plate 46 and generates a lateral thrust on the rotary floating plate 46 under the action of the spring, the rotary floating plate 46 forms a larger inclination angle relative to the horizontal plane, the guide rod 47 moves downwards under the drive of the stepping plate 39, the upper end of the guide rod 47 is obliquely clamped in the guide hole on one side of the rotary floating plate 46, the driving device 3 is locked, and at the moment, the pushing contact 36 on the pushing piece 31 extends into one of the pushing through holes 15 to limit the movement of the table-board sliding seat 12.
The end plate of the first foot rest supporting piece 21 and the lower end plate of the second foot rest supporting piece 22 are symmetrically provided with two through holes, two transverse hollow supporting sleeves are respectively fixed at the positions of the two through holes and at the inner sides of the end plates, each supporting sleeve is internally connected with a transverse extension pipe 52, a screw type adjusting and locking knob 53 is arranged at the joint of each extension pipe 52 and each supporting sleeve, and a screw of each adjusting and locking knob 53 penetrates through the supporting sleeve and abuts against the extension pipe 52 inside to realize a tight fixing position; the extension pipes 52 are hollow pipes, the outer ends of the two extension pipes 52 are simultaneously connected with a section of hollow short pipe 54, the short pipe 54 is provided with two transverse through mounting through holes 55 and two vertical through mounting through holes 56, wherein the end parts of the two extension pipes 52 are respectively and correspondingly connected to the two transverse mounting through holes 55, and the two vertical mounting through holes 56 are internally connected with a roller bracket 57; as shown in fig. 6, when the use is finished, the roller bracket 57 is detached from the vertical mounting through hole 56 of the short tube 54, and then transversely passes through the transverse mounting through hole 55 and extends into the extension tube 52, and then the extension tube 52 is retracted to the lower part of the table top base 11, so that the problems of storage and storage of the roller bracket 57 are solved, and the occupied space after the table top is folded is reduced.
The roller bracket 57 comprises two vertical columns which are respectively and correspondingly inserted into the two vertical mounting through holes 56 of the short pipe 54, fastening through holes are formed in the end surfaces of the two end parts of the short pipe 54, a screw type adjusting and locking knob 53 is arranged in each fastening through hole, the inner end of a screw of the adjusting and locking knob 53 is abutted against the roller bracket 57, and the roller 6 is connected onto the roller bracket 57; the upper ends of the two upright posts are connected with a horizontal slat 58, and a roller 6 is arranged above the horizontal slat 58; a vertical mounting bar plate 59 is vertically and fixedly connected with one side edge of the horizontal bar plate 58, a vertical strip-shaped through hole 61 is formed in the middle of the mounting bar plate 59, a fastening rod member 63 inwards traverses the strip-shaped through hole 61 from the outer side of the mounting bar plate 59 and then traverses the roller 6 to form fixed connection with the roller 6, meanwhile, a plurality of circles of external threads and a threaded connection knob are arranged at the outer end part of the fastening rod member 63, and the tightness of connection between the roller 6 and the mounting bar plate 59 is adjusted through the knob; the horizontal strip plate 59 is a curved plate, the cross section of the horizontal strip plate is a semicircular arc with an upward opening, and the semicircular arc is just attached to the cylindrical side surface of the roller 6; in use, the height of the drum 6 is adjusted using the screw fastener 63.
The roller 6 and the roller bracket 57 are used for supporting a workpiece, and the roller 6 and the roller bracket 57 can be used independently or matched with an oblique cutting saw; in the clamping table, the table top consisting of the table top base 11 and the table top sliding seat 12 can meet the requirement of installing a screw rod seat; the dynamic clamping plate part 14 of the table top sliding seat 12 is firstly attached to the static clamping plate part 13, two screw rod seats are arranged on the table top, the screw rod seats cross the table top, and at the moment, the clamping table is used as a miter saw support.

the driving device (3) is formed by hinging a plurality of rod pieces and comprises a telescopic connecting rod (32) which is close to the table-board sliding seat and is transversely arranged, the telescopic connecting rod is close to the first table-board supporting piece, one end, close to the first table-board supporting piece, of the telescopic connecting rod is hinged with an upward-inclined pushing piece (31) and a downward-inclined transmission connecting rod (33) at the same time, a torsion spring (34) is arranged at the hinged position of the telescopic connecting rod, the pushing piece and the transmission connecting rod, the upper end of the torsion spring is connected with the pushing piece, the lower end of the torsion spring is connected with the transmission connecting rod, the telescopic connecting rod (32) is supported by the table-board base (11), a section of spring is sleeved on the telescopic connecting rod in a ring mode, the telescopic direction of the telescopic connecting rod is consistent with or opposite to the moving direction of the table-board sliding seat, a propelling contact (36) is arranged at the upper end of the pushing contact and can extend into a propelling through hole (15) above the propelling contact; the upper end edge of the back of the propelling contact (36) opposite to the advancing direction is provided with an arc-shaped curved surface, meanwhile, an inclined guide plate is fixed on the table-board base (11) at the inclined rear upper part of the arc-shaped curved surface, and when the propelling contact moves downwards, the back of the propelling contact clings to the inclined surface of the inclined guide plate and moves downwards along the inclined surface in an inclined way; a vertical return spring (37) is connected between the transmission connecting rod (33) and the table top base (11);
the switch device 4 is arranged between the transmission connecting rod (33) and the second foot rest support (22) and comprises an on-off key (41) which is connected with the second foot rest support in a sliding mode, a pull rod (42) is hinged to the on-off key, the lower end of the pull rod is hinged to a sliding plate (43), the sliding plate (43) and the second foot rest support (22) form up-down relative sliding connection through a concave-convex clamping structure, a hollow rotatable guide pipe sleeve (44) is arranged on the sliding plate, a telescopic pin shaft (45) is arranged in the guide pipe sleeve, one end of the telescopic pin shaft is hinged to a rotary floating plate (46), the rotary floating plate is hinged to the second foot rest support and is provided with a vertical guide hole, a guide rod (47) is arranged in the guide hole, and the lower end of the guide rod is hinged to the transmission connecting rod (33);

5. An aluminium-based multifunctional clamping table as in claim 1 wherein the first foot support (21) is hinged to a first foot bar (23) and the second foot support (22) is hinged to a second foot bar (24) and a third foot bar (25).

An aluminum product type multifunctional clamping platform as recited in claim 5, wherein the lower side wall of the transmission connecting rod is provided with a clamping groove (9), and the side wall of the first leg bar is provided with a protruding clamping head (10) which can be embedded into the clamping groove.

An aluminum type multifunctional clamping table as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower ends of the first foot bar (23), the second foot bar (24) and the third foot bar (25) are respectively provided with a balancing plate (28), the two sides of the balancing plate are respectively provided with a side plate, the end parts of the two side plates are symmetrically provided with a through hole, the through holes are vertical waist holes, pin shafts are arranged in the waist holes, the pin shafts can move up and down relative to the waist holes, the balancing plates are hinged to the lower ends of the foot bars through the pin shafts, and the balancing plates can be turned to be parallel to the ground and turned to be close to the foot bars; the lower extreme of foot pole sets to eccentric arc curved surface, and when the balance plate turned over down to the level, this eccentric arc curved surface can support the face of balance plate.
