The PCB is fixed inside the clamping structure 3 by adjusting the telescopic structure 4, the angle between the clamping structure 3 and the bracket 8 is adjusted by the angle adjusting structure 5, then the PCB is maintained in multiple angles by an electric soldering iron, and welding scraps enter the inside of the scrap collecting structure 1; the method specifically comprises the following steps:

(2) Observing the scale on the scale bar 36 corresponding to the beacon 32, lifting the adjusting rod 333, contracting the driving spring 334, separating the fixture block 336 from the bar-shaped teeth 335, fixing the PCB between the two limiting plates 31 by the limiting plate 31 on the sliding telescopic structure 4, sliding the first connecting rod 41 inside the second connecting rod 42, releasing the adjusting rod 333, extending the driving spring 334, clamping the fixture block 336 with the bar-shaped teeth 335 by the driving spring 334, and limiting the limiting plate 31.
(3) When the angle is adjusted, the pull ring 56 is pulled, the second return spring 54 contracts, the limiting rod 53 is separated from the limiting sleeve 52, the second connecting rod 42 is rotated, the clamping structure 3 is rotated, when the pull ring 56 is loosened, the second return spring 54 pushes the driving rod 55, the limiting rod 53 is clamped with the limiting sleeve 52, the limiting sleeve 52 is limited, and installation at multiple angles is facilitated.
