the paste mixer comprises a stirring motor arranged above the vacuum stirring tank, a stirring rod, a stirring paddle and a stirring rod, wherein one end of the stirring rod is connected with an output shaft of the stirring motor, and the other end of the stirring rod extends into the vacuum stirring tank;
the plurality of dye paste frames are respectively erected outside the vacuum stirring tank;
a plurality of dye paste pipes respectively erected on the dye paste rack;
the plurality of scale tubes are vertically and correspondingly arranged below the paste outlet of each paste tube and are respectively connected to the paste dyeing rack corresponding to each paste tube through a support rod, the upper ports respectively correspond to the paste outlet of each paste tube, the lower ports correspond to the openings on the upper surface of the vacuum stirring tank, and scales for displaying the volume are arranged on the surfaces of the scale tubes at intervals along the length direction of the scale tubes;
the paste squeezing devices are respectively corresponding to the paste dyeing pipes, one ends of the paste squeezing devices are erected on the paste dyeing frames, and the other ends of the paste squeezing devices are clamped on the outer walls of the paste dyeing pipes;
the paste squeezing device squeezes the paste in the paste tube into the scale tube, the vacuum stirring tank sucks the paste in the scale tube into the vacuum stirring tank through the vacuum suction in the vacuum stirring tank, and the paste is stirred and regulated through the paste regulator stirring motor;
the paste mixing bowl is arranged below the vacuum stirring tank, a bowl opening corresponds to a paste outlet of the vacuum stirring tank, and a sensor is arranged at the bottom of the bowl;
the controller is in communication connection with the paste squeezing device, a button for controlling a hairclipper is arranged on the controller, the hairclipper presses the button of the controller to control the paste squeezing device to squeeze the paste in the paste tube into the scale tube, the vacuum stirring tank sucks the paste in the scale tube into the vacuum stirring tank through vacuum suction, and the sensor is in communication connection with an indicator lamp arranged on the controller to form a prompt for the hairclipper;
the hair dyeing method comprises the following steps:
1) Testing the hair quality of the customer, wherein the hair quality grade is classified into three grades of healthy, damaged and extremely damaged;
2) According to the hairiness test grade of the customer, recommending corresponding dyeing paste combinations according to the requirements and preference of the customer on the dyeing color;
3) Clamping several types of dye paste pipes to be regulated on respective dye paste frames respectively, enabling paste outlet ports to correspond to upper ports of scale pipes respectively, enabling a hairstylist to press a button of a controller, controlling a paste squeezing device to squeeze dye paste in the dye paste pipes into the scale pipes, enabling a vacuum stirring tank to suck the dye paste in the scale pipes into the vacuum stirring tank through vacuum suction, enabling a stirring motor to be started through the controller every time when each dye paste pipe is squeezed by 3-30 g, stirring the dye paste in the vacuum stirring tank, enabling the rotating speed of the stirring motor to be 200-300 r/min, enabling the stirring time to be 2-3 seconds, enabling the stirred dye paste to flow into a dye paste bowl through the paste outlet ports, and enabling the hairstylist to take the dye paste in the dye paste bowl out through a dye comb;
4) The sensor at the bottom of the paste mixing bowl senses no paste in the paste mixing bowl, an indicator lamp on the controller is triggered, a hairclipper presses a button of the controller again, the paste extruder is controlled to extrude the paste in the paste tube into the scale tube, and the vacuum stirring tank sucks the paste in the scale tube into the vacuum stirring tank through vacuum suction;
5) Repeating the step 3) and the step 4) until the dyeing is completed.
2. A method of colouring hair according to claim 1, wherein the sensor is a gravity sensor.
3. The method for dyeing hair while maintaining the consistency of coloring according to claim 1, wherein the outlet of the vacuum stirring tank is inserted with a paste outlet pipe, and the paste outlet pipe is provided with a paste outlet valve.
4. The method for dyeing hair according to claim 1, wherein the paste squeezing device is arranged on the paste frame in a sliding manner along the height direction of the paste frame through a sliding block, and a locking piece is arranged on the sliding block to lock the sliding block on the paste frame.
5. A method of dyeing hair to maintain consistency of color as claimed in claim 1 wherein the manipulator button is communicatively coupled to the agitator motor of the paste dispenser to provide manipulation of the agitator motor.
6. The method for dyeing hair while maintaining the consistency of dyeing according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring motor is 200-300 rpm, and the stirring time of each stirring motor is 2-3 seconds.
7. The method for dyeing hair to maintain the consistency of dyeing according to claim 1, wherein each dyeing paste tube outputs 3-30 g of paste each time; the lower port of the scale tube is provided with a discharge valve.
8. The method for dyeing hair while maintaining the consistency of dyeing according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to alarnia in the dye paste is 1:1-2.
