The front end, the middle part and the rear end of the upper handle 14-1 are respectively provided with an upper handle positioning column 14-1, the front part of the upper handle is provided with a universal wheel mounting groove 14-1-2, the middle part of the upper handle is provided with a pushing block sliding groove 14-1-3, a return spring limiting boss 14-1-4 and a closing handle limiting sliding groove 14-1-5, the middle rear part of the upper handle is provided with a top block sliding groove 14-1-6, the front end of the top block sliding groove 14-1-6 is provided with a return spring piece mounting buckle 14-1-7, and two sides of the upper handle are provided with closing handle mounting grooves 14-1-8.
The front end of the nail pushing sheet 2 is arc-shaped and is matched with the arc of the bottom of the anastomat, and the rear end of the nail pushing sheet 1 is provided with a nail pushing sheet sliding boss 2-1 which is matched with the push rod guiding sliding groove 5-2.
The front part of the pushing block 10 is provided with a reset spring mounting column 10-1, the front end of the spring mounting column 10-1 is provided with a boss 10-2 which is connected with a pushing block mounting groove 6-2 at the rear end of the guide rail 6, two sides of the rear part of the pushing block 10 are provided with triangular pushing wings 10-3, and the center of the pushing block 10 is provided with a push rod sliding hole 10-4.
The front end of the top block 11 is provided with a push rod mounting hole 11-1, and the rear end of the top block is provided with a return spring piece positioning groove 11-2.
The return spring piece 12 is rolled up from an elongated spring piece.
The push rod 3 is a metal push rod or a plastic push rod.
When the anastomotic nail pushing device is assembled, the return spring piece 12 is arranged in the top block sliding groove 14-2-6 on the lower handle 14-2 through the return spring piece installation buckle 14-2-7 on the lower handle 14-2. The top block 11 is installed in the top block sliding groove 14-2-6 on the lower handle 14-2, the rear end of the top block 11 is propped against the return spring piece 12 through the return spring piece positioning groove 11-2, and the front end of the top block 11 is propped against the rear end of the pushing block 10. The rear end of the push rod 3 is arranged in a push rod installation hole 11-1 at the front end of the top block 11 through a push rod sliding hole 10-4 on the push block 10. The front end of the push rod 3 sequentially passes through the push rod sliding groove 8-4 on the fixed card 8 and then passes through the push rod guide sliding groove 5-2 on the guide fixing sheet 5 to prop against the rear end of the push pin sheet 2.
The firing device comprises a guide rail 6, a return spring 9, a pushing block 10 and a closing handle 13.
The guide rail 6 is in a strip shape, and the middle part of the guide rail is provided with a sliding mounting groove 6-1 for guiding the closing piece 4 and the guiding fixing piece 5. The rear end of the guide rail 6 is provided with a pushing block mounting groove 6-2 and a universal wheel connecting groove 6-3.
The front part of the pushing block 10 is provided with a reset spring mounting column 10-1, the front end of the spring mounting column 10-1 is provided with a boss 10-2 which is connected with a pushing block mounting groove 6-2 at the rear end of the guide rail 6, two sides of the rear part of the pushing block 10 are provided with triangular pushing wings 10-3, and the center of the pushing block 10 is provided with a push rod sliding hole 10-4.
The closing handle 13 is composed of a left closing handle 13-1 and a right closing handle 13-2. The inner sides of the front ends of the left closing handle 13-1 and the right closing handle 13-2 are provided with pushing block sliding grooves 13-3, the rear parts of the pushing block sliding grooves 13-3 of the front ends of the left closing handle 13-1 and the right closing handle 13-2 are provided with sliding blocks 13-4, and the sliding blocks 13-4 are respectively matched with the closing handle limiting sliding grooves 14-1-5 of the upper fixed handle 14-1 and the closing handle limiting sliding grooves 14-2-5 of the lower fixed handle 14-2. The rear ends of the left closing handle 13-1 and the right closing handle 13-2 are respectively provided with a hinge hole 13-5 which is matched with a closing handle hinge post 14-2-8 at the rear end of the lower handle and is arranged on the lower fixed handle 14-2.
When the firing device is assembled, the reset spring 9 is sleeved on the reset spring mounting column 10-1 at the front part of the push block 10, then the push block 10 is installed in the push block sliding groove 14-2-3, the front end of the reset spring 9 is propped against the reset spring limiting boss 14-2-4, and the triangular push wings 10-3 at the two sides of the rear part of the push block 10 are installed in the push block sliding grooves 13-3 at the inner sides of the left and right closing handles. The upper handle 14-1 is fixedly arranged in an upper handle positioning column mounting hole 14-2-1 respectively arranged at the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the lower handle 14-2 through lower handle positioning columns 14-1 respectively arranged at the front end, the middle part and the rear end, and the upper and lower fixed handles are closed.
When the vascular anastomat is used in operation, the front end of the vascular anastomat guide closing sheet 4 is placed at the edge of vascular wall overturning tissues so as to enable the vascular wall overturning tissues to be anastomosed, the vascular wall overturning tissues are ensured to be just anastomosed with the opening end of the guide closing sheet, the two side closing handles 13 are tightly pinched as much as possible, when the closing handles 13 are pinched, the anastomat 1 can be firmly fixed at the opening end of the guide fixing sheet 5, the edge of the vascular wall tissues is closed, and then the two side closing handles 13 are loosened. The staples 1 are disengaged from the ports of the guide fixing sheets 5 and the vessel stapler is then removed. The ejector pin sheet 2 in the anastomotic pushing device is pushed by the return spring piece 12 to automatically eject the next anastomotic 1 to the forefront through the ejector block 11, the push rod 3 and the ejector pin sheet 2. If the suturing position of the blood vessel needs to be adjusted, the universal wheel 7 can be rotated by the rotating device to find the optimal suturing angle. If additional stitching points are required according to the vascular stitching length, the ordering of the staples 1 should be as compact as possible, with a distance between them of not more than 0.5mm.

Claims (9)

1. A vascular anastomat, which is characterized in that: comprises an anastomotic forming assembly, a rotating device, an anastomotic pushing device, a striking device, a reset spring and a fixed handle;
the anastomotic nail forming assembly comprises an anastomotic nail, a nail pushing sheet, a guiding closing sheet, a guiding fixing sheet, a guide rail and a connecting sheet;
the middle part of the guide rail is provided with a sliding mounting groove for guiding the closing piece and the guiding fixing piece, and the rear end of the guide rail is provided with a pushing block mounting groove and a universal wheel connecting groove;
the front end of the guiding closing piece is provided with an anastomotic nail forming groove and an elastic clamp, the rear end of the guiding closing piece is provided with a universal wheel mounting groove, and the front and rear parts of the guiding closing piece are respectively provided with a guiding fixing piece positioning groove;
the bottom of the guide fixing piece is provided with a sliding groove for installing the anastomat and the nail pushing piece, the bottom of the guide fixing piece is also provided with a push rod guide sliding groove, and the front end and the rear end of the two sides of the bottom of the guide fixing piece are respectively provided with a positioning bulge for being matched with the positioning groove of the guide fixing piece for installation and fixing;
the rotating device comprises a universal wheel and a fixed card; the universal wheel is provided with a universal wheel shaft, the middle part of the universal wheel shaft is provided with a rectangular hole, one side in the rectangular hole is provided with a guide rail installation step and a guide closing piece installation step, and the other side in the rectangular hole is provided with a fixed card installation groove;
one side of the fixed card is provided with a positioning bulge which is used for being matched with a fixed card mounting groove of the universal wheel, the other side of the fixed card is provided with a guide fixing piece assembly groove, one end of the fixed card is provided with a mounting and dismounting handle, and the bottom of the mounting and dismounting handle is provided with a push rod sliding groove;
the anastomotic nail pushing device comprises a nail pushing sheet, a push rod, a pushing block, a jacking block, a return spring piece and a fixed handle;
the fixed handle consists of an upper handle and a lower handle; the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the lower handle are respectively provided with an upper handle positioning column mounting hole, the front part of the lower handle is provided with a universal wheel mounting groove, the middle part of the lower handle is provided with a pushing block sliding groove, a reset spring limiting boss and a closed handle limiting sliding groove, the middle rear part of the lower handle is provided with a jacking block sliding groove, the front end of the jacking block sliding groove is provided with a reset spring piece mounting buckle, the rear end of the lower handle is provided with a closed handle hinge column, and two sides of the lower handle are provided with closed handle mounting grooves;
the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the upper handle are respectively provided with an upper handle positioning column, the front part of the upper handle is provided with a universal wheel mounting groove, the middle part of the upper handle is provided with a pushing block sliding groove, a reset spring limit boss and a closing handle limit sliding groove, the middle rear part of the upper handle is provided with a jacking block sliding groove, the front end of the jacking block sliding groove is provided with a reset spring piece mounting buckle, and two sides of the upper handle are provided with closing handle mounting grooves;
the front end of the nail pushing piece is arc-shaped and is matched with the arc of the bottom of the anastomotic nail, and the rear end of the nail pushing piece is provided with a nail pushing piece sliding boss which is matched with the push rod guiding sliding groove;
the front part of the pushing block is provided with a reset spring mounting column, the front end of the spring mounting column is provided with a boss which is connected with a pushing block mounting groove at the rear end of the guide rail, the two sides of the rear part of the pushing block are provided with triangular pushing wings, and the center of the pushing block is provided with a pushing rod sliding hole;
the front end of the top block is provided with a push rod mounting hole, and the rear end of the top block is provided with a return spring piece positioning groove;
the firing device comprises a guide rail, a reset spring, a pushing block and a closing handle;
the closing handle consists of a left closing handle and a right closing handle; the inner sides of the front ends of the left closing handle and the right closing handle are provided with pushing block sliding grooves, the rear parts of the pushing block sliding grooves on the inner sides of the front ends of the left closing handle and the right closing handle are provided with sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are respectively matched with a closing handle limiting sliding groove of the upper fixed handle and a closing handle limiting sliding groove of the lower fixed handle, the rear ends of the left closing handle and the right closing handle are respectively provided with a hinge hole, and the sliding blocks are matched with a closing handle hinge post at the rear end of the lower handle and are arranged on the lower fixed handle;
when the anastomotic nail pushing device is assembled, the return spring piece is installed in the ejector block sliding groove on the lower handle through the return spring piece installation buckle on the lower handle, the ejector block is installed in the ejector block sliding groove on the lower handle, the rear end of the ejector block is propped against the return spring piece through the return spring piece positioning groove, the front end of the ejector block is propped against the rear end of the pushing block, the rear end of the push rod is installed in the push rod installation hole of the front end of the ejector block through the push rod sliding hole on the pushing block, the front end of the push rod sequentially passes through the push rod sliding groove on the fixed card and then passes through the push rod guide sliding groove on the guide fixing sheet to prop against the rear end of the push rod piece.

The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: when the anastomotic nail forming assembly is assembled, the anastomotic nail and the nail pushing sheet are arranged in the sliding groove of the guide fixing sheet, the push rod is arranged in the guide sliding groove of the push rod, the guide fixing sheet is matched with the guide fixing sheet positioning groove on the guide closing sheet through the positioning bulge, and the guide closing sheet and the guide fixing sheet which are assembled together are arranged in the sliding mounting groove of the guide rail through the connecting sheet.

The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: when the rotary device is assembled, the rear end of the anastomotic nail forming assembly is inserted into a rectangular hole of the universal wheel shaft, and a guide rail mounting step and a guide closing piece mounting step in the rectangular hole are respectively matched and mounted with a universal wheel mounting groove on the guide closing piece and a universal wheel connecting groove on the guide rail; the fixed card is installed in the fixed card mounting groove of universal wheel, and the universal wheel is installed in the universal wheel mounting groove of fixed handle.

The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: when the firing device is assembled, the reset spring is sleeved on the reset spring mounting column at the front part of the pushing block, the pushing block is installed in the pushing block sliding groove, the front end of the reset spring is propped against the reset spring limiting boss, the triangular pushing wings at the two sides of the rear part of the pushing block are inserted in the pushing block sliding grooves at the inner sides of the left and right closing handles, the upper handle is fixedly installed in the upper handle positioning column mounting holes at the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the lower handle through the lower handle positioning column which are respectively arranged at the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the lower handle, and the upper handle positioning column mounting holes which are respectively arranged at the front end, the middle part and the rear end of the lower handle are used for closing the upper and lower fixed handles.
5. The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: the guide rail is in a strip shape.
6. The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: the guide rail installation step and the guide closing piece installation step which are arranged on one side in the rectangular hole of the universal wheel shaft are overlapped together to form a whole.
7. The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: and a hand wheel is arranged in the outer circumferential direction of the universal wheel shaft.
8. The vascular anastomat according to claim 1, wherein: the return spring piece is formed by rolling a strip spring piece.
