本发明涉及一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,通过在发热层设置石墨烯发热膜,以及采用太阳能给其提供电源加热,防寒服具有快速升温及持续保温的效果;通过在领口和袖口处设置氧化石墨烯抗菌层,氧化石墨烯具有优良的抑菌杀菌性能,同时又对人体细胞无任何损伤的特点,使防寒服具有很好的抗菌效果;本发明的防寒服结构简单,比较轻薄,即使在极寒地区也能使用,而不会臃肿。

一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服
技术领域
本发明属于防寒服技术领域,具体涉及一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服。
背景技术
防寒服有三类,人们一般穿的普通防寒服大多只配有一个棉内胆,特别是在温差变化大的环境下穿着时往往感到不便,使人感到不是冷就是热而且还非常笨拙,严重影响工作进程和外出游玩的心情;高原防寒服和极冷防寒服往往也是通过增大防寒絮层的厚度实现更高标准的防寒效果,不能自主发热,此类防寒服比较笨重,尤其是对于一些寒冷地区的户外工作人员,厚重的穿着使其工作十分不便。另外,现有技术中的防寒服使用的面料一般没有抗菌的效果。
石墨烯具有优良的导电性,电子迁移率高达2×105cm2v-1s-1,比目前已知的载流子迁移率最大的材料锑化铟高两倍左右。同时,石墨烯室温下的电阻值只有铜的三分之二,石墨烯具有很高的径厚比(高达5000以上)和比表面积(理论值高达2600m2/g),石墨烯的二维平面结构使其比零维或一维导电材料在基体中更易构成导电网络。石墨烯上述这些优异的性能,使其在电加热领域展现了良好的应用前景,特别是透明、柔韧的薄膜加热器。与目前常用的碳纤维毡加热元件相比,石墨烯薄膜用于电热元件时,具有适度的电阻率、较好的热稳定性、以及优异的加工成型特性,更加高效节能。
氧化石墨烯是石墨烯的衍生物,具有良好的润湿性和表面活性,在改善材料的热血、电学、力学等综合性能方面有着重要的作用。近期的研究表明,氧化石墨烯同时具有良好的抗菌性。Liu等比较了石墨、氧化石墨烯、还原氧化石墨烯的抗菌性能,结果表明氧化石墨烯的抗菌性能最好。专利CN103205890A发明了一种纳米氧化石墨烯改性棉纤维,该棉纤维对大肠杠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率可达到99%以上,50次洗涤后,抑菌率还能保持98%以上。Elimelech等人研究通过在聚酰胺复合膜的表层添加氧化石墨烯处理,发现接触细菌1h后,65%的细菌失去活性。Akhavan以大肠杆菌(G-)和金黄色葡萄球菌(G+)为例,研究发现氧化石墨烯通过锋利的边缘与细菌直接作用,从而使细菌细胞膜破坏,内容物流失,从而杀灭细菌。由于革兰氏阴性菌结构中外膜的保护,氧化石墨烯对革兰氏阴性菌的杀伤作用较弱。
发明内容
为了解决现有防寒服不能自主发热、比较笨重,以及不能抗菌的问题,本发明提供了一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服。本发明要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,包括领子、前身片、后身片、前身片上的口袋和袖子,所述前身片和后身片的面料包括挡风层、发热层和保暖层,所述挡风层设于最外面,发热层在挡风层和保暖层之间;所述后身片的外表面固定有太阳能电池,在所述前身片的口袋内设有温度控制装置,所述太阳能电池和温度控制装置通过导线连接,所述导线置于挡风层和发热层之间;
所述发热层由两层绝缘布及一层石墨烯发热膜组成,所述石墨烯发热膜置于两层绝缘布中间,并且和两层绝缘布相互粘合;所述石墨烯发热膜和通过导线和所述温度控制装置连接;
所述领子、两个袖子的袖口与皮肤接触的一面设有一层抗菌层,所述抗菌层为氧化石墨烯纤维层。
进一步地,在所述防寒服的下摆的内侧设有一层纳米抗菌布料层。
进一步地,所述纳米抗菌布料层为氧化石墨烯纤维层。
进一步地,所述温度控制装置包括温度控制开关、温度调节旋钮,以及蓄电池。
进一步地,所述太阳能电池设置于后身片的中间位置,和后身片通过魔术贴相粘结。
进一步地,所述前身片装有温度控制装置的口袋有一小孔,所述导线通过小孔将温度控制装置和前身片及后身片的石墨烯发热膜相连接。
进一步地,所述阳能电池为柔性薄膜太阳能电池。
本发明的有益效果:
1.石墨烯发热膜具有具有优良的导电性、适度的电阻率、较好的热稳定性、以及优异的加工成型特性,通过在发热层设置石墨烯发热膜,以及采用太阳能给其提供电源加热,防寒服具有快速升温及持续保温的效果。
2.通过在领口和袖口处设置氧化石墨烯抗菌层,氧化石墨烯具有优良的抑菌杀菌性能,同时又对人体细胞无任何损伤的特点,使防寒服具有很好的抗菌效果。
3.本发明的防寒服结构简单,比较轻薄,即使在极寒地区也能使用,而不会臃肿。

为进一步阐述本发明达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及实施例对本发明的具体实施方式、结构特征及其功效,详细说明如下。
实施例1:
如图1、图2和图3所示的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,包括领子1、前身片2、后身片3、前身片1上的口袋4和袖子5,前身片2和后身片3的面料包括挡风层6、发热层7和保暖层8,挡风层6设于最外面,发热层7在挡风层6和保暖层8之间;后身片2的外表面固定有太阳能电池9,在前身片2的口袋内设有温度控制装置10,所述太阳能电池9和温度控制装置10通过置于挡风层6和发热层7之间导线连接;温度控制装置10包括温度控制开关、温度调节旋钮,以及蓄电池。太阳能电池9设置于后身片3的中间位置,和后身片3通过魔术贴相粘结。太阳能电池9为柔性薄膜太阳能电池。
发热层7由两层绝缘布11及一层石墨烯发热膜12组成,所述石墨烯发热膜12置于两层绝缘布11中间,并且和两层绝缘布11相互粘合;所述石墨烯发热膜12和通过导线和所述温度控制装置10连接;前身片2装有温度控制装置10的口袋有一小孔,所述导线通过小孔将温度控制装置10和前身片2及后身片3的石墨烯发热膜12相连接。石墨烯发热膜具有具有优良的导电性、适度的电阻率、较好的热稳定性、以及优异的加工成型特性,通过在发热层设置石墨烯发热膜,以及采用太阳能给其提供电源加热,防寒服具有快速升温及持续保温的效果。
领子1、两个袖子的袖口5与皮肤接触的一面设有一层抗菌层13,所述抗菌层13为氧化石墨烯纤维层。通过在领口和袖口处设置氧化石墨烯抗菌层,氧化石墨烯具有优良的抑菌杀菌性能,同时又对人体细胞无任何损伤的特点,使防寒服具有很好的抗菌效果。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,本发明的防寒服的两个袖子5也具有和实施例1防寒服的前身片2和后身片3相同的面料结构层,发热层7也由两层绝缘布11及一层石墨烯发热膜12组成。袖子5面料层内的石墨烯发热膜12通过置于挡风层6和发热层7之间的导线和温度控制装置10相连接。
另外,在防寒服的下摆的内侧设有一层纳米抗菌布料层,纳米抗菌布料层优选为氧化石墨烯纤维层。
本实施例的防寒服具有更加保暖和抗菌的效果。
本发明的防寒服结构简单,比较轻薄,即使在极寒地区也能使用,而不会臃肿。

1.一种新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,包括领子、前身片、后身片、前身片上的口袋和袖子,其特征在于:所述前身片和后身片的面料包括挡风层、发热层和保暖层,所述挡风层设于最外面,发热层在挡风层和保暖层之间;所述后身片的外表面固定有太阳能电池,在所述前身片的口袋内设有温度控制装置,所述太阳能电池和温度控制装置通过导线连接,所述导线置于挡风层和发热层之间;
所述发热层由两层绝缘布及一层石墨烯发热膜组成,所述石墨烯发热膜置于两层绝缘布中间,并且和两层绝缘布相互粘合;所述石墨烯发热膜通过导线和所述温度控制装置连接;
所述领子、两个袖子的袖口与皮肤接触的一面设有一层抗菌层,所述抗菌层为氧化石墨烯纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:在所述防寒服的下摆的内侧设有一层纳米抗菌布料层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌布料层为氧化石墨烯纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:所述温度控制装置包括温度控制开关、温度调节旋钮,以及蓄电池。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池设置于后身片的中间位置,和后身片通过魔术贴相粘结。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:所述前身片装有温度控制装置的口袋有一小孔,所述导线通过小孔将温度控制装置和前身片及后身片的石墨烯发热膜相连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型石墨烯抗菌防寒服,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池为柔性薄膜太阳能电池。
