食料槽就是用来盛放食料的装置。
在大型的鸡场内,为了便于鸡的养殖,会将大量的鸡隔断放置在笼子内,为了提高空间的利用率,需要将大量的鸡分为三层放置,为了使得上层的鸡在进行排便时,不影响到下方的鸡,需要阶梯式的放置鸡笼子,为了便于喂食,将每层的食料槽都打造成水平全通的,在进行喂食时,通常都是人工添加食料,由于人工添加,内部的食料或多或少,鸡在笼子内不能随意走动,如果不均匀,多的地方鸡能够吃饱,少的地方鸡还容易吃不饱,造成营养不均衡,通常都是在添加料之后人工用手将其摊开,使得均匀,最下层的食料槽由于比较低,因此在进行操作时,强度是比较大的,由于大型鸡场食料槽比较多,工作时间比较长,都是人工操作,时间较长,效率比较低,因此为了解决这些情况,设计一种便于在推动时进行多层的转动清理食料槽内部的装置是很有必要的。

本实施方案的特点为,将此装置放置在鸡舍内,为了增加养殖数量,鸡舍的笼子通常都是三层的,在使用时,将此装置贴近其中面的三层鸡笼子,通过人工将每个滚动刮动架18放置在相应的食料槽内,其中每个滚动刮动架18均通过水平承载圆杆17与所对应的条形承载框架16进行连接,便于在进行推动时,每个滚动刮动架18均在所对应的水平承载圆杆17上进行转动,便于对食料槽内的比较不均匀的食料或者内部结痂的食料进行有效的刮动,其中每个条形承载框架16均通过固定夹手15与所对应的双节摆动臂14进行连接,其中每个双节摆动臂14便于根据不同的位置进行摆动,其中每个固定夹手15便于固定,其中每个双节摆动臂14均通过滑动块13与所对应的竖直滑轨12进行练级,便于根据不同食槽的高度进行调整移动的位置,其中所有的竖直滑轨12均固定连接在摆动支撑板7的右侧表面,其中摆动支撑板7通过竖直支撑板3与位于条形承载基座1上表面的一号条形固定板2上表面进行连接,位于使得三层的鸡笼内的鸡排便不影响下方,通常都是阶梯式的放置,因此每个食槽也是阶梯形的放置,可以人工根据角度,使得摆动支撑板7在所对应的竖直支撑板3上摆动适当的角度,其中位于摆动支撑板7前后两相对侧表面上的多组水平圆杆8便于套装万向节9的,其中每个万向节9均通过水平拉伸杆10与竖直支撑板3侧表面上的固定基座11进行连接,便于在调整摆动角度的时候,适当的拉伸每个水平拉伸杆10的程度,其中每个万向节9便于万向调整支撑的方向,其中竖直支撑板3的左侧表面通过水平固定板4与所多个L形支撑架5的相互配合,与位于条形承载基座1上表面的一号条形固定板2上表面进行连接,使得竖直支撑板3支撑的更加稳定,其中位于每个L形支撑架5上表面且与水平固定板4上表面的调整螺钉6便于调整固定,其中位于条形承载基座1上表面且位于摆动支撑板7前后两端的一组竖直拦截架19便于有效的拦截前后摆动,使得在移动刮动时,不发生过大的偏移,其中位于条形承载基座1下表面的多个竖直滚动轮23只能进行直线移动,便于防止在移动时发生偏移,其中每个竖直滚动轮23均通过N形框架22与所对应的短圆柱21进行连接,其中每组短圆柱21均通过条形承载板20与条形承载基座1下表面进行连接固定,其中一号条形固定板2上表面两端处均通过一组固定钉24与条形承载基座1上表面连接的更加稳定,也便于拆卸,其中位于条形承载基座1侧表面上的折形推动把手25便于进行人推动,其中位于折形推动把手25上的橡胶层26便于推动舒适,在推动中使得每个滚动刮动架18在所对应的食槽内进行转动的转动,对内部的食料进行有效的刮动,一种使用比较方便,便于在推动时,对不同高度的食槽内的食料进行刮动平整或者将内部结痂处进行清理,减轻人工强度,提高工作效率的装置。
在本实施方案中,将此装置放置在鸡舍内,为了增加养殖数量,鸡舍的笼子通常都是三层的,在使用时,将此装置贴近其中面的三层鸡笼子,通过人工将每个滚动刮动架18放置在相应的食料槽内,其中每个滚动刮动架18均通过水平承载圆杆17与所对应的条形承载框架16进行连接,便于在进行推动时,每个滚动刮动架18均在所对应的水平承载圆杆17上进行转动,便于对食料槽内的比较不均匀的食料或者内部结痂的食料进行有效的刮动,其中每个条形承载框架16均通过固定夹手15与所对应的双节摆动臂14进行连接,其中每个双节摆动臂14便于根据不同的位置进行摆动,其中每个固定夹手15便于固定,其中每个双节摆动臂14均通过滑动块13与所对应的竖直滑轨12进行练级,便于根据不同食槽的高度进行调整移动的位置,其中所有的竖直滑轨12均固定连接在摆动支撑板7的右侧表面,其中摆动支撑板7通过竖直支撑板3与位于条形承载基座1上表面的一号条形固定板2上表面进行连接,位于使得三层的鸡笼内的鸡排便不影响下方,通常都是阶梯式的放置,因此每个食槽也是阶梯形的放置,可以人工根据角度,使得摆动支撑板7在所对应的竖直支撑板3上摆动适当的角度,其中位于摆动支撑板7前后两相对侧表面上的多组水平圆杆8便于套装万向节9的,其中每个万向节9均通过水平拉伸杆10与竖直支撑板3侧表面上的固定基座11进行连接,便于在调整摆动角度的时候,适当的拉伸每个水平拉伸杆10的程度,其中每个万向节9便于万向调整支撑的方向,其中竖直支撑板3的左侧表面通过水平固定板4与所多个L形支撑架5的相互配合,与位于条形承载基座1上表面的一号条形固定板2上表面进行连接,使得竖直支撑板3支撑的更加稳定,其中位于每个L形支撑架5上表面且与水平固定板4上表面的调整螺钉6便于调整固定,其中位于条形承载基座1上表面且位于摆动支撑板7前后两端的一组竖直拦截架19便于有效的拦截前后摆动,使得在移动刮动时,不发生过大的偏移,其中位于条形承载基座1下表面的多个竖直滚动轮23只能进行直线移动,便于防止在移动时发生偏移,其中每个竖直滚动轮23均通过N形框架22与所对应的短圆柱21进行连接,其中每组短圆柱21均通过条形承载板20与条形承载基座1下表面进行连接固定,其中一号条形固定板2上表面两端处均通过一组固定钉24与条形承载基座1上表面连接的更加稳定,也便于拆卸,其中位于条形承载基座1侧表面上的折形推动把手25便于进行人推动,其中位于折形推动把手25上的橡胶层26便于推动舒适,在推动中使得每个滚动刮动架18在所对应的食槽内进行转动的转动,对内部的食料进行有效的刮动,其中位于竖直支撑板3上表面的一组折形限位架27,便于将摆动支撑板7与竖直支撑板3侧表面相平行时,将侧表面进行限制,使得固定,便于收集时稳定。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,包括条形承载基座(1),其特征在于,所述条形承载基座(1)上表面设有食料刮动机构,所述条形承载基座(1)下表面设有移动机构,所述食料刮动机构由固定连接在条形承载基座(1)上表面一端的一号条形固定板(2)、固定连接在一号条形固定板(2)上表面的竖直支撑板(3)、固定连接在竖直支撑板(3)左侧表面的水平固定板(4)、设置在一号条形固定板(2)上表面且与水平固定板(4)上表面相搭接的多个L形支撑架(5)、设置在每个L形支撑架(5)上表面且与水平固定板(4)之间的调整螺钉(6)、铰链连接在竖直支撑板(3)后侧表面中心处且与竖直支撑板(3)相匹配的摆动支撑板(7)、设置在摆动支撑板(7)前后两相对侧表面上的多个水平圆杆(8)、套装在每个水平圆杆(8)上的万向节(9)、设置在每个万向节(9)端面上且与竖直支撑板(3)右侧表面之间的水平拉伸杆(10)、设置在每个水平拉伸杆(10)与竖直支撑板(3)连接处的固定基座(11)、固定连接在摆动支撑板( 7) 的右侧表面上的三个竖直滑轨(12)、设置在每个竖直滑轨(12)上的滑动块(13)、铰链连接在每个滑动块(13)侧表面上的双节摆动臂(14)、套装在每个双节摆动臂(14)一端面上的固定夹手(15)、设置在每个固定夹手(15)内的条形承载框架(16)、设置在每个条形承载框架(16)内的水平承载圆杆(17)、套装在每个水平承载圆杆(17)上的滚动刮动架(18)、固定连接在条形承载基座(1)上表面且位于摆动支撑板(7)前后两侧的一组竖直拦截架(19)共同构成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述移动机构由固定连接在条形承载基座(1)下表面的两组条形承载板(20)、设置在每个条形承载板(20)下表面的一组短圆柱(21)、套装在每个短圆柱(21)上的N形框架(22)、设置在每个N形框架(22)内的竖直滚动轮(23)共同构成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述一号条形固定板(2)上表面两端处均设一组与条形承载基座(1)上表面之间的固定钉(24)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,多个所述L形支撑架(5)的数量为2-4个,多个所述L形支撑架(5)等距离位于同一水平线上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述条形承载板(20)前表面嵌装折形推动把手(25)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述折形推动把手(25)上套装橡胶层(26)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,多个所述水平圆杆(8)的数量为4-8个,且两两相对放置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,每个所述竖直拦截架(19)的高度均略小于竖直支撑板(3)的高度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述竖直支撑板(3)上端面铰链连接一组与摆动支撑板(7)右侧表面相搭接的折形限位架(27)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型鸡场食料槽内部食料刮动装置,其特征在于,所述水平固定板(4)位于竖直支撑板(3)左侧表面中上部。
